Ive never had a service issue but I have had questions about my router/modem setup and upgrades. They always respond promptly with detailed and accurate information. I couldnt be happier.

Frustrating slow speed, especially evenings and weekends when I want to get work done. You have to be sitting right in front of the modem to get a sensible speed. I have a home office I cant even work out of because of the slow speed.

Internet is frequently down or very slow. They are quite expensive for the speeds you get. Customer service is usually good if you need them during business hours. Heads up: you will need a specific type of modem, so budget that into your setup cost if you don’t have a compatible modem.

They dont tell you there are only 18 specific modems you can use on this system. There are only nine modem router combinations you can use and only two of them have the 32 by 8 everything else is smaller. On top of that they are going obsolete cant buy them in town. Then they charge you an extra $20 to fit hook up your modem on top of the $40 to hook up the coaxial cable

We are on the Res-6 plan, which gives us 100 MB/s download and 10 MB/s upload. Weve been with them for over a year now and have no complaints. No service outages. No caps on our downloads. Im also unaware of any company that can even offer the same speeds, regardless of price, in our area - not that we would switch anyway. I like that I can call and speak to a real human without having to go through a maze of automated menu options. I also have the option of driving to their office and being greeted by a room full of folks, any of whom can help me. I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Stream over any of the big corporate names you see all the time!

Cant believe it the first internet provider but Ive had that actually has excellent service and I have not run into problems with they seem to be reliable dependable always be able to talk to customer service baby as far as company but theyre way ahead of the game by word of mouth because they really are very efficient and capable

I had service with Advanced Stream for years until we bought a house in the county. We never had a problem with our service, the rates were reasonable and customer service was always helpful. I wish they had service south of 176th so I could have kept them

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Signed up through Click and they upped the bill without informing me of it was an introductory rate. Also didnt inform that I would have to give a 30 day notice to cancel and are trying to charge me for additional months. Poor customer service. If theres an internet issue they take their phone off of the hook so you cant get through. Look elsewhere people!

Extremely slow most times. Cant play games online until late night or early morning. Cant do any torrenting either. Youll get a letter immediately. Im willing to bet I only get the speed I paid for 20 percent of the time. Shared cable connections absolutely suck no matter the speed. Maybe thats why I use my phone so much at home now. Should be a cheaper. Customer service is great though.

Internet is so spotty at night that I feel like they do it on purpose. Cant even make a facetime call let alone even think about gaming online without 1000 ping every 7 minutes. At my current plan I can not recommend the company.

Ive had good service with Advance Stream, no issues and someone was always available to answer questions. The culture is laid back, but it didnt negatively effect my service.

This company supports Net Neutrality. Service is a solid 100MB/s down and 10MB/s up on the Res-6 plan. We got a discount to start as a new customer last year and we havent looked back. No contracts, no gotcha sales tactics, just plain simple Internet at the same price each month. Customer support has always been there for us, and the owner has fought tooth and nail to keep Click! a publicly owned asset. Thank you Advanced Stream!

Ive been with Advanced Stream for over three years. Highly recommended. No issues with my internet and great customer service. Great having them being local.

Customer for nearly a year, never had a problem. Polite and quick customer service, and some nice policies (being pre-paid and keeping service going for 10 days after the end of the month). Tad pricey, but reliable speed (unlike, say, century link, paying for 20 mbps and getting maybe 2) and a decent company.

Terrible. Just terrible. So you will pay more for internet at slower speeds than anywhere else. Thats for starters. Then, if you have any trouble with your service they are open 9-5 M-F and Sat from 10-2. So if you need help after 2 on Saturday you get to wait until Monday at 9 am. Lovely. And to top it all off, they dont even provide the service, they just sell it to you. The service is from Click! Network, but they wont talk to you where you have issues. When I went to cancel they told me their policy is to have 30 days notice with NO REFUNDS of pre-paid services for the month, so I ended up having to double-pay for internet with them and with my new provider. Just dont do it. Just say no!

Worst wifi company ever. Everyday I try to play video games but always lags and makes my game crash. I get red bars for an hour straight. Never use this wifi company. And they were super rude to me and my father when we went there

Its really nice being able to walk down the street and into an office and talk directly to a person who knows what theyre talking about. Weve never had a problem with them, their customer service has been top notch, and they have reliable service and competitive pricing. This is how internet should be done.

Very expensive for what you get! I had to switch because I refuse to be ripped off. They charge $30 more for a comparable plan on a different internet provider. Not to mention a 300GB data cap! Seriously? With new game approaching 80 GB to download, I have to use 25% of allotted monthly bandwidth to play one game. Then factor in Netflix ultra streams, you will surpass your data cap in no time. As much as I want to support local business, they are just not worth it. If they make their prices comparable and fix data caps, then I will be back.

This company has very unprofessional and horrible customer service. It is also unclear when it comes to their fees, so similar to Comcast. At least Comcast has several years to build up this reputation. The only thing Advanced stream surpassed Comcast is their ability to scam people within such a short time.Ive had their services for 2 years and found out that their charges is the more than Comcast. I think the positive reviews are either new customers who only have them for a few months or they are paid! Total scam! For anyone who consider this company, know that they will fine you for not giving them advanced notice when cancelling, and the notice is longer than what your employer requires. Be warned!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They lied about our payment plan and charged us for equipment we returned and even had the audacity to laugh at my husband after he worked miriclyto get there equipment down there and the. Told he would not receive a credit.
