Weve had net venture for about a year now and have never had a problem. The only times that Ive had a slow connection have been due to an old wireless router. The customer service is awesome! Calls area answered quickly by a person and they have have kind and easy to talk to. I also love that they are local.

I am looking into other providers. To many internet outages. Sometimes short outages, but if there is a storm it can be 24 hours or more before it is restored. So many things are connected to the internet These days. So frustrating. Customer service is great, but that being said you can’t run computers and TV’s off off customer service.

I walk in and pay cash around the 20th of every month. This last time the front desk girl asked me if I wanted a receipt or an email. I said email and she sent me an email. The email I thought was a receipt but I got a phone call saying Im late so when I forwarded them what I thought was a receipt, it was not. She pocketed my cash and sent me a bill. I shouldve got a paper receipt. All I got was the run around over the phone and no solutions. I will be paying this last bill and switching services.

Do not even think of signing up with this company. First of all, the service is not reliable, the speeds are not constant and the connection drops frequently. Second of all, the manager is not helpful in resolving issues. When I requested discontinuation of their service, they shut me off immediately instead of the end of the month as requested. When I called them to ask why they did that, they blamed the receptionist and a computer glitch. This made me lose a days worth of work. They are rude and unprofessional. They must be a 2 bit small company. Stick with a reliable company and this one is not reliable.

They never have any downtime and the rates are very, very competitive. I have been with them for years and have only had one small price increase. I pay in the office and the staff are friendly and professional. A joy to deal with.

This service is absolutely terrible. My mother has it and literally from the time it was first installed a technician has had to come out at least twice a week! The tech department has a massive attitude problem, and between this company and click cable one cannot properly operate without the other. Both companies act like children, blaming one another for the technical issues instead of working together to remedy the issue. My mother pays far too much money to deal with such a mickey mouse operation like this. I would NOT recommend this service provider for any reason whatsoever.

Didnt have much problem when we switched over to a new modem 8 months ago. Being a gamer household, we are now experiencing alot of disconnects from the internet for 5-20 minutes at a time. This gets really frustrating. They said that they are still trying to fix this issue with with Click! network.

Ive been with Netventure for 10 or 11 years now and I am very happy with my service. Very rarely goes down and the price is very reasonable for what I get. Eventually I plan to move out of Tacoma city limits and Im going to miss them. I used to have Click cable tv as well until I realized I was paying $100 a month for crappy reality TV. Its nice to be able to get just the cable modem and not have to pay for TV and phone like some other company that I wont mention. Thanks Netventure, keep up the good work!

We have been customers of Net Venture for approximately 3 years, and were pretty satisfied with the service until recently. I cancelled my cable service with Click and as a result interrupted the signal to the router. I called Net Venture and the tech I spoke to was very helpful. He told me that I would need to switch a few cables around and reset the router. I explained that I did not switch any cables around, only disconnected the cable modem, but he wanted me to try it anyway. I wasnt able to disconnect the cable (it hadnt been disconnected in 3 years) because it was too tight, so I told the tech that I would let him go while I looked for a pair of pliers. He told me what to do, and to call back if it did not work. I switched the cables as instructed and tried to reset the router, but I still could not connect to the internet. I called back the next day and got a different technician. I explained what I was told to do by the previous tech and that it did not work. The tech had no idea what I was talking about. He didnt even know what a splitter was. He told me he was not able to help me over the phone and would have someone come out to fix the problem. He advised me that if there was any structural damage, I would be billed for the service. I stated no problem, because the only thing I had done was disconnect the cable modem. When the Click technician came out, he switched the cables on the splitter back the way they were before the Net Venture tech told me to switch them around, reset the router and left. He did not mention that I would be charged and did not give me a bill before leaving. I later received a bill in the mail from Net Venture for a Truck Roll fee in the amount of $82.50. When I called Net Venture to explain that I was told that I would not be charged unless there was structural damage, the office manager stated, well you knew there was a possibility that you could be charged. I was a little confused by this response. I explained again what the last tech told me and she stated, Ill have to speak to the tech, I cant just take your word. Two days later she left me a message that she had spoken to the owner of the company and the fee would stand. I left Comcast for Click and Net Venture because I wanted to save money, but Ive learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. Customer service is very important to me. Ive never experienced such poor customer service from a business, so Ill be cancelling my service and looking elsewhere.
