Swimming pool is 20 yards instead of 25 meters. Nice kiddy swim area. Clean and modern with a nice, helpful staff. Smallish workout room but good equipment selection. Also has a picnic and water-spray area around back. Overall, a great place!

The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Staff are a bunch of rude and weirdly hostile people. not pleasant at all 1 or 2 lifeguards arent as bad but for the most part rude and abrasive with no customer service skills . treat the customer as if they are an inconvenience and make sure you do not feel welcome, the location is convenient for me and within walking distance which are the only things going for it otherwise i would totally avoid this place and mostly do

A nice little center located in quiet neighborhood. It was not too crowded and the facility in general (gym, swimming pool, etc.)was good enough.

OMG! Tried the gym out today for the first time. The classes were intense. I loved the energy the trainer was giving us & they offer multiple classes with a full weight room.

Food is ok. We expected excellence though.

Low cost swimming pool, water park out back and a gym. Apparently they offer excersize classes and dance classes for kids too. The pool is only like 4.5 feet deep but starts at 0ft and very gradually gets deeper. The water park is super cool and has a regular playground behind it.

We had fun.

Great center. Kids take swim and ballet classes here. Also have done tumbling class in the past. Place is always clean and staff are friendly. We don’t utilize the facilities enough to justify a membership but it’s still a great place in the community for exercise, pool, classes, and the public spray park behind the building is great!

My first visit to Center at Norpoint was for a kids birthday party and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is state of the art, very clean and modern workout equipment. The pool area is kids friendly and theres even an Olympic size pool.

I’ve always been a little awkward about gyms. It can feel like all the muscle men are hanging out doing their thing.But at Norpoint it genuinely feels like a place for everyone.The staff are super friendly. There is a great variety of work out machines and equipment. And it’s an important place to the community.

Large facility with plenty of space and equipment. A facility of this size should have a more robust class schedule. However, the classes offered have good instructors and I enjoy attending. Plenty of parking, adequate showers and clean.

My familys first visit and we were really impressed with the environment really friendly folks We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Awesome my 19month old girl takes swimming glasses there I think were about to get some passes to go there as well because I like it, looks fun. staff is good and I can swim, theres a cool down park for the summer, exercise room and lots of additional activitys

Great clean place with nice community. There is a kids zone for childcare, but I wish it had more gross motor activities in addition to all the fun toys.

The spa definitely didnt have enough chlorine. Im a lifeguard and noticed the staff not being attentive. At times, there wasnt even a guard on deck and the guard in the guard window was on his phone the entire duration he was sitting and watching in the window. I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the lifeguards. One of them that was on their phone in the window was constantly staring at my friend that was wearing a somewhat-revealing swim suit. Im extremely dissatisfied with this pool. The pool also only goes to 4 feet at the deepest and is only about 15 yd down. 2/5 stars.

Convenient, inexpensive, good workout options with 2 converted racquetball courts to weight rooms, nice pool for the kids, seldomly busy, friendly staff!

Awesome swimming pool! It gradually gets deeper so its perfect for kids, water temperature is warmer than most other pools, hot tub is 10 person capacity or so. Staff are always monitoring the swimmers for safety. Great place!

Good classes, friendly staff, clean, kid friendly. Worth checking out. In the summer there is a water park in the back, and a skateboard park out front.

Nice Facility, but I couldnt get the staff to speak to me on open house day. I stood around trying to get attention and they were too busy talking to each other

Summer Fun!! Great place for the kids, their water park is open on hot summer days, quick cool off. Playground could use some tune up, otherwise great park to burn off extra energy.

Very happy with my experience on Saturday, i rented one of the rooms for my daughters birthday party, and also rented the pool. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. Highly recommend!

I like Norpoint. I usually lift at a different gym, but occasionally grab a day pass and workout here as well. My daughter is taking swimming lessons here and the program seems decent so far.

Weve had multiple events here and definitely a huge amount of space for an affordable price that can look very elegant! And parking is great! :)

Simple and easy. You can also use all parts of the facility, class activities weight and training aerobic classes plus basketball. Hot tub is my favorite sauna then showers after weight training.

The new spray park and playground are creatively designed. The zip line is not ran tight enough so it bounces dangerously. The swings are set to high for 6 year olds. The park would be 5 stars if zip line fixed.

Nice and quiet location. Spray park, slides, swings, and zipline in back is hidden gem.

Great facilities with pool and classes. Polite.

Drop in day rates are $5 which is an excellent deal. The pool is only 20 yards but always a good temp so there is that. Workout rooms are kept clean and they have free weights, a climbing wall and racquetball courts.

Stuff dont know what the rules are at the pool. Have all mixed up. One person says one thing, another says different. Kay lifeguard on Saturday was very rude telling my daughter to get out of the pool . Very unprofessional . Not coming back there for sure.
