Awesome they fixed my phone they said it would take 2 hours it took a little longer but thats okay works great

Arrived towards store opening, dropped my girlfriends old and expired phone off, and literally not even an hour later they fixed the battery and screen, so the phone could be fully functional again. It was necessary for some legal matters shes currently in for retrieving evidence. They were extremely congenial and informative as well, for quite a reasonable price ($110 for both fixes in a timely manner). Thanks, gentlemen! You were godsends and lifesavers. Ill come back, should I need any car battery or phone repairs in the future.

I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced, and it was but Im left with new challenges. The new glass is not flush with the body, it sticks out about 2 mm out from the phone, and I dont believe that it is installed properly because there are light leaks out of the case and I can see into the phone. Due to the screens new height, it also has new corners that will make it easier to break the screen in the future.They also didnt tell me that they had to break the home buttons adhesive and it now wobbles at a 45 degree angle and misfires every once in a while. Also, due to how high the glass is sitting, I have to press more firmly to reach the button. They should have a fix for this if they know that it creates this problem.On a less damning charge, I can tell all the points they entered my phone on because they left dents in the phone and scratches on the new glass.I brought my phone in with a simple glass problem and now I have even more and when I brought the phone back to have these issues fixed I was told that these arent real issues and that no one has complained before. They refused to give me a partial refund.Theres no way this kind of repair is worth $90 and I suggest if you value the long-term use of your phone that you take it elsewhere. Youre better off trying this repair yourself.

I went in to get a Phone front screen change on my s8+They did change it. But the antenna for my service was barley working if working at all. Most the times I have no signal/data. I also bought a new screen protector for the phone and they put it on slightly shifted down so it blocked some important things, And it wasnt cleaned before putting it on so there was a lot of dust and a hair under the screen protector.Edit: A couple weeks later they replaces my phone completely.

These guys have repaired my phone screen twice... Both times they were faster than Sprint... Makes me think of dumping sprint.

This was actually my first time in a batteries plus store. The staff were nice and they helped out right away. This was just a battery replacement and a new charger cord, but the phone is working fine. I had the opportunity to look around the store and found a few items I purchased extra Some bulbs and I bought a wireless motion sensor light for my porch. overall a good experience. I will think of them when I need something else. they have quite a bit of stuff I can use. Will probably go back and get a couple more motion lights for my home. Thanks. David Spurrell.

I never write reviews but this was such a great experience I had to let others know. My phone screen was toast after getting run over by a car. The replacement process with Batteries + Bulbs so so simple, so straight forward, and such a great price...thanks!

Sadly I was not prepared for Batteries Plus Bulbs/We Fix It Phone Repair to damage my Smartphone while replacing its battery, nor was I pleased when they shrugged it off saying it was easy to damage them. Knowing they are easy to damage means taking extra care, not trying to explain away the damage.[UPDATE] Peyton from the location called, we discussed the interaction, he will talk with his people to improve their interactions with the customers.We all know problems happen, it is how they are handled that makes the difference. I asked if I needed to pay up front and didnt have to and if it wasnt repairable would not charge . now thats stellar customer service . Even has a warranty they stand behind which many do not offer.

Had my shattered iPhone screen replaced. It was timely and reasonably priced. Very professional. They previously diagnosed and replaced my charger port and battery too which was also a great experience, hence why I returned when I broke my phone screen. I plan to always use them for phone repairs.

Well I went to fix my screen for my cell phone and the new screen was defected I show the guy and he told me that is ok I just a new screen a little heat is will get fix I come home and new screen got a big black dot I called them and they told me to come over we put a new one I went the next day early in the morning I went to drop my phone 2 hrs later I when to pick it up my phone and was not ready I was wait for 15 minutes the tech come out and told me the was something wrong he bend a thing in my phone mother board and he need to order one but the manager got the store credit card he going to try to contact him maybe answer his phone I got out mad but 30 minutes later they call me telling my phone is ready but they didnt fix that part they bend in my phone mother board so the new screen is on but my phone mother board is still bend so my phone when in with a broken screen but good inside and come out with a fix screen and a piece of the mother board bend hopefully nothing more happens because of what the tech did.

I’m giving it 5 stars for now. Looks like it came from the factory, plus it seems to work just as it did before. The guy who did the replacement was very nice and helpful.

I am going to be very honest, these guys are beyond great!!! I have brought my step-daughter’s phone in I think 5 times now to have her screen replaced and they always take great care of us!!!

Had a horrid experience at the Apple Store trying to get a new iPhone battery. Came to these folks and was told they had a battery in stock and would have it installed in an hour. Came back in an hour and was told they were behind and would have to wait another half hour. While the additional wait time was disappointing, they at least kept me informed as to what was happening and I now have a new battery. Would certainly recommend them over the Apple store.

My Samsung galaxy s7 mic isnt picking my voice up when I call. So Samsung sprint sends me to this store to fix the mic. I call before I go and they tell me they cant fix my phone. To go to some other store. Which will void my warranty. Wth!!! So why bother saying you fix phones when all you know how to do is replace broken screens. Sprint needs to stop sending their customers here.

Dropped my wife’s iPhone off last night about 6:30 with a cracked screen. The guy there said it would take 45 mins to change it out and for us to comeback at 7:30 pm. He said he didn’t have a clear screen but should have some in the stock that came in yesterday, if not this morning. He told me it would be ready at 10 am and it would be ready. Went there around 11:30 this morning and it wasn’t ready. They had 5 clear screens in stock last night. The manager was very unconcerned that I was there to pickup something that was promised to be ready at 10 am. The communication between the closing employee and the opening (manager) doesn’t work. I asked that I be called if the phone was not going to be finished. No cal! I was told to come back in 45 mins. I had another appointment and couldn’t get back till after 2 pm. Still wasn’t completed and spent another 30 mins. Poor service and customer service.

I’m writing to inform you that my experience was less than satisfactory. I spent nearly 5h traveling from one location to another attempting to have my iphone repaired. The first location replaced my screen, however, the phone receiver failed to work. I was told that my phone needed a new phone speaker and that I had to go another store to have it replaced. I did travel to another store only to be told that the “ribbon cable” needed to be replaced and that I had to travel back to the original store in order to have it replaced. Not only did the phone receiver did not work but the screen was dim. I decided to go the Apple to have it looked at. They found that the speaker and receiver needed to be replaced; the screen was incompatible with my 7 plus phone and the phone needded to be recalibrated. This has cost me an additional $169.00. Therefore, I expecting a refund of my $150.00. Apple informed me that they see this situation quite often for non-apple repair stores lack the expertise to repair their phones or even replace the screens for they are not original apple parts and frequently the receiver system is damaged during the screen replacement process when performed by non-apple product experts. Therefore, I respectfully request of $150.00. Thank you.

This location has been closed for a while but has moved up the street to a location with horrible parking. In most cases you can find a battery is all shapes and sizes. Do beware they are always pushing something else when you come in.
