I have a Google Pixel 3aXL and had a hard time finding someone who would work on it. Cletus provided a quote and did the work in the time he said it would take. I called 3 other places and this was the best price. I received exceptional service. I hope not to break the screen again, but if I do, I will DEFINITELY come back here.

I came here with a broken screen. It was able to be fixed, but the screen was poor looking and has a constant yellow tint in the lighting. An hour after I got home, the back panel of my phone was lifting away from the glue. The plastic backing was warped as well due to a lack of care when the technician reassembled it during his repair.

Amazing!!! Cletis is a true professional!Phone was dropped off just before closing and was repaired by noon the next day. We were told by Apple & T mobile that it couldnt be brought back to 100% after it was shattered (badly). Well, its like new now.We will only be going to him from now on.

Overall my experience with this business was good. The quality of service and knowledge is A+, as well as the cost for repairs. The reason I say good and not great is due to the lack of communication. I had to reach out to get an update on parts that were ordered and if my phone was ready for pickup. It appears that it is a one man operation, so understandably sometimes phone calls get overlooked with workload. Minor blemish on an otherwise great business. Would recommend and would do business with this company again.

Commonly known to many others with cellphone complications and issues you dont wanna go through the process of notifying your cellphone provider due to the possibility of having to increase your monthly bill to compensate for having a damaged phone. Well conveniently this place was close to home and more importantly I didnt want to risk losing all precious materials by switching devices. To make a short story long the repairer was very professional at disseminating knowledge of fixing my phone, the only thing I find problematic is I feel like the screen and digitizer are super cheap causing the display to have discoloration at times, whenever Im typing the keyboard will do a crazy twitch so spelling out mumbo-jumbo and the manage notification bar will randomly scroll downward not to mention the original brightness to the phone wasnt restored. I spent damn near $150 just to be disappointed almost a week and some change later. This is extremely displeasing.

I paid over 380 bucks for a OnePlus 7 pro screen repair. He claimed he put on a new screen for me. What i believe he did was bought a refurbished phone that had water damaged and transfered my memory into it. The pics and videos are foggy and the thing I wanted most to work didnt which was the fingerprint scanner. STAY AWAY. Cleatus is a liar.

This is our 3rd time we have had to take our phones in for repair. I guess I am rough on them. Every time weve gone in, hes been quick to help us and quick to get the work done. This time I had a new screen in less than 3 hours from when it was dropped off.All the repairs have worked fine and lasted for us. What more can I say.

I had my iPhone XR repaired with them and they charged a competitive price to the other services I Googled around in the Tacoma, including the Apple store.My concern was they do with the phone without me seeing as they asked for my password, which I didnt feel like was necessary.While the customer service could be more friendly, the work was great replacing the screen. I did fell like the screen has a slightly bluer tint to my original, and perhaps not quite as bright. Both which can be compensated with adjustments in the system preferences.

I have been taking my iPhones to Cletus to be repaired since the iPhone 4s was invented. While I find Cletus a bit socially awkward, I found his repairs done at a fair price every time. When I try to repair my phones myself, he always bails me out and usually never charges me. Today after an unsuccessful battery replacement on my daughters phone, he spent at least a half an hour trying to get the battery to work. Because you could not guarantee that work, he didn’t charge me a single penny, again. I will continue to take my phone repairs to him and recommend him to my friends.

Took in my phone to replace USB-C port since it was not holding charging cable. He cleaned out USB-C port and under 5 minutes had it back to me. Did not charge me a dime. Turns out it is a common issue. That was really nice of him. Highly recommend him. Will go back.

Just brought my daughters phone in for a screen replacement that had just been done incorrectly at Tacoma IPhone repair and they refused to warranty or even offer more than a 10% discount. Cletus was able to get it fixed in about 30 minutes which is way faster than expected. Price was almost exactly half of what TIR charged us and much better customer service. We have found our new repair shop and with about 10 devices in the family thats important. Thanks Cletus!

My Galaxy S6 was water damaged. Cletus was willing to give it a shot, take it apart, clean it and replace the battery. He explained the risks and three days later it was working. One small oversight, I was back in for a camera replacement a few days later and my S6 is like new. Thanks for the professionalism, fair quote and the repaired cell!

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and was not greeted properly. Instead he told me to be quite while he was on the phone. I brought my iPad in to get a quote on a repair and it was way overpriced! $100 and I have the parts! Would not recommend anyone here! You guys dont even deserve a star! On top of that he kept accusing me of something I didnt do. Saying I must have peeled the backing off my new screen, after I told him it came that way! Unprofessional.

Identified problem quickly and at reasonable cost

So I almost NEVER write a review unless you really mess up or screw me over. In this case I was screwed for $215!!! NW Cell phone repair right by the Tacoma Ross on 38th St. Is HORRIBLE as you can see by the pictures. 8 days ago I took my moms phone to get fixed for her Birthday. He had to replace the screen, in order to do that he also had to replace the LCD screen, so he did. He put a temper glass screen protector on there when the glue wasnt completely dry. Anyways the screen wasnt cleaned before the temper glass was put on so it made the front camera pictures blurry, so my mom peeled the temper glass off and when doing so the screen was cracked as you can see in the picture. According to the guy the adhesive isnt strong enough to crack it, well as you can also see there is dried glue in all 4 corners of the phone!!! It is horrible quality of work. Even the battery that was put in was faulty, it wpuldnt charge the phone after and when it finally did the phone battery drained extremely fast when its suppose to be a brand new battery? The professionalism when you step in the place was just as bad, there is a reason they have a 2.9 rating and 6 out of the 8 comments online people ranked them at a 1 star! I was fooled out of $215.

Horrible service! I came in to get my screen replaced and he didnt set it in all the way! It barely fit back into its case! The worse part of it all is he did something on the inside of my phone and now my phone never works! The screen freezes i turn the phone off then back on it will work for 3 seconds and everything will freeze again! The phone will send texts and messages and emails and photos all on its own! Ive owned the phone for 4 months and it was the best phone Ive ever owned until i brought it here. I dont recommend anyone to ever come here. You will regret it.

Cletus, the owner, had me bring my phone back For a second new battery because the battery he installed was junk. We were both rude with each other until he agreed to fix my phone.They said they needed to test it, and his associate said they tested three batteries. Well, They put another garbage battery in my phone. This time it says service again, and the battery life is even worse.

Saved me money by cleaning my charger port when I thought it needed to be replaced. Charged a very reasonable amount to replace the battery in my iPhone 5s. 10/10 would use again.

Cost me almost $300 to repair the lcd for my galaxy s4. When I got it back there was glue residue on the sides of the screen and the phone now creaks any time I put pressure on it. The only reason I went here is because I needed it fixed the day of. For future customers, youd be better off fixing it yourself or going on craigslist. Save yourself the money, youll probably get the same quality repair from a stranger.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Do not go here, especially if Cletus is the only one working. I brought my fiancees Galaxy s6 in for a screen repair and was told it would be 3-4 hours. 24 hours later, they told us that they got it working but it broke again. They then returned the still-broken phone to me WITHOUT A SCREEN. What should have been a simple fix is now going to cost me around $400. On top of all that, when my fiancee went in to check on the phone, he was extremely rude to her.

Charged me 200 for a screen replacement and the screen display went out after 2 hours of use. Went to bring it back and he blamed me for bending the frame and causing a bad connection, no replacement, no refund, nothing. Cletus is a scam at best and doesnt deserve any business.

I created my account just because of the terrible customer service I received today from this establishment.I took my phone in for a broken screen repair and picked it up on a Thursday night. By the next evening the phone went dead. The owner, Cletis, did try to repair it, but basically told me that he did nothing wrong and something mustve happened unrelated to his work within the 24 hours after I picked it up. Completely implausible, but that was his position.Now Im left with a broken phone and a $110.00 poorer. When I asked for a refund, or even a partial refund, he offered nothing. Cmon, the phone is more broken now than before he fixed it! He told me that since I signed a waiver when I picked up the phone, he isnt responsible for any damage, so there is no warranty on his work. Even for 24 hours. What other business treats their customers like that? Are these business practices even legal? Is the customer always right at this shop? Nope!Very disappointed with the service here and would strongly recommend you try somewhere else.
