Customer service as a business owner should be priority number one. This guy lacked it toward me. Communication is key and he gave me none. I was the one chasing him for status updates and answers on the weekly. Every couple times I called he said he would get back to me the very next day for an update and did the opposite. Another time I called, he said he was repairing as we speak and that it would be ready the next day. No response again. I finally called again another week later, and then he says the tv is not repairable. Therefore, I had no choice to take it as a loss and just leave it there for him to so call “recycle” it. This was all in about a five week duration.If it’s not repairable or isn’t worth repairing, fine! It all comes down to keeping your clients in the loop and he failed to do so. I’m normally not the one who gives bad reviews or reviews at all, but felt the urge to this time.Be cautious of this guy. The TV and electronic industry alone is sketchy, and this guy defines it.

Do not go this man, I repeat don’t have him repair or fix anything!!!! He is a liar, a fraud and doesn’t know what he’s doing!!!!! I bought a tv from him and it broke down in less than a month and he want to charge me $100 to fix!!! He would not offer his warranty!!!! Don’t do it!!!! You will regret it!!!

Act like he didnt want my service when I asked about cracked screens. Other tv repair shops they would replace the screen in which Im willing to pay for didnt offer to fix it. Im shopping repair shops and wont be bringing any business there for any reason.

This man used our roku tv account on his personal devices and has been adding apps. Hes also using our netflix account that he took off our tv when we took it in to get repaired. He is lucky we dont lawyer up and sue him.
