I work at a law firm that has an office in Tacoma (Dickson Law Group PS) and we hired Locke Systems to do our IT work last year. We have been very pleased with the work they have done so far (they have helped us solve a lot of computer and server problems). Their monthly invoices have also been very reasonable for all the work they do.

Hello,As a small business owner computer tech support is very important. Although Locke systems has been able to help, their service has gone way down hill in recent months. I have had up to 7 work stations, our own resident server, multiple laptops and tablets serving our business.When it is crunch time my small business is simply not important enough to provide timely troubleshooting. Tonight I am working a double shift to prepare for a quarterly presentation tomorrow. At just before midnight my printer stopped communicating. Although Locke systems does claim to provide 24 hour service for an extra incident fee and after waiting almost an hour for a call back. Even though I am willing to pay ANY FEE, I was told by Den Locks (the owner) that my company is simply not big enough or important enough for them to wake one of their technicians and I should call in the morning. This was the final POOR SERVICE experience I will have with this company. When they first set up this printer it took them hours. It took another company 15 minutes to fix their poor set up! When it comes to service I believe that if the service company does not care it shows. They advertise 24/7 emergency service but absolutely do not provide it. No matter how important my presentation is to me and no matter what I would have paid, this guy is off key with the needs of clients. I have heard from other EX-LOCK CLIENTS similar stories.I did a internet search and found 24/7 Techies . com. They charged me $189 for 6 months of unlimited troubleshooting and had my printer printing within 15 minutes.My advice is to use common sense. This company has been mis-treating me for years because I did not know better. Well now I do.DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT LOCKE SYSTEMSMick PerryTwo Dragons Karate
