I am very happy to have found this PC repair shop near me.Jamie was so helpful and had great customer service. They were able to quickly diagnose my PCs issue and laid out all the options I had. The price was reasonable and fair, and they had my PC up and running in no time.I was unable to pick it up when it was first finished, but they made accommodations and held onto it while I was out of town.I will continue to use PC Techs & Parts in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking for affordable/professional PC services.

This was the company used by my employer and now I go to them personally. Wendy has always been really helpful working with me to solve issues over the phone so I always asked for her. Then I brought my personal PC in to their location and everyone was really nice and helpful! Definitely will be back.

This is a new small business. To my knowledge it is run by one bright young man that knew his trade. I did not repair my phone because the cost exceeded the value of the phone.

Took my wifes laptop in cause it wouldnt boot all the way up, they did a hardware test and found that the harddrive was bad. Had it replaced and back to me in just 2 days, the only thing is they put my name on when it boots up instead of my wifes,my fault cause I forgot to give them her name. Excellent work and great price, will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for your great work guys!

We purchased all the components for my sons gaming computer on Amazon and had plans on putting it together ourselves. Thought better of it and took everything to PC Tech not only were the knowledgeable and friendly they were fast as well. Received a call the next day that it was ready. My son is having a great time with it and have had no problems from time we turned it on.PS. Next time will buy the parts through them as well as having them build it. They quoted me the same price as we paid online for all the computer parts. A great place to go for all computer questions, purchases and service. Will be back for sure

They dont seem that knowledgeable or helpful, and theyre severely overpriced. I get it, mom and pop, brick n mortar...but sheesh. Its a bit much. This is why places like this dont last...

I brought in my desktop 30 min before close, because I was having an issue with my new cpu and the bios i.e. could not boot and couldnt fix it myself because my previous cpu was broken. They were kind enough to take a look even though they were about to close and didnt even charge me. Although they couldnt diagnose what was wrong they said to just bring it in next Tuesday, since it was Memorial day weekend, and theyll try to solve it. Next day they had it ready to go and the issue was resolved, very friendly and helpful staff,I would recommend them to anybody.

Nice friendly place. A little pricey but they did a great job building my custom PC. They are always busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit for repairs or your service to be done.Edit: Big update. This place is not as great as I first thought. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I paid a lot of money for nothing basically.My PC kept crashing after picking it up again. Dropped it off, they sent me home again again a day. Still unstable and crashing completely. Repeated this one more time and it still crashed after bringing it home for the third time. The guys there said they would charge me more to have it looked at again.Took it to a different place and the HD was in the wrong spot and the install wasn’t clean I guess. He fixed it same day and zero issues since. PC Tech and Parts guys mentioned how it might be a motherboard issue and it would kept costing me more money to have it looked at. And I paid to have it rushed. Not happy about the service at all.In addition to all that, someone there said the wiring was impossible to reroute so it wasnt right in front of the motherboard and I literally fixed it myself. You guys didn’t offer me a warranty either. I’m still covered for 30 + days with this other place.All in all, not great service. If it was possible I would like some of my money back.

So they have what you need but a used VGA adapter for 25 dollars? New ones are on Amazon for 8 dollars.

Full disclosure, I personally love and adore the owners as I think of them as family. However, despite having personal relations with them, I find their business to be worthy of my time and investment.I originally purchased my first laptop back in 2007, which got me through my entire nursing program wonderfully. I still have my original laptop, but just recently purchased another one (February 2020) only because my FNP program required specific specs for online learning that my other laptop couldn’t provide.I easily could have also went somewhere closer to purchase another laptop, but the fact that I know PC Tech & Parts have always been reliable, fair in price, honest, & trustworthy are only some of the reasons why I will forever use their services. I am grateful to Jim and Wendy for their support, but also to Jaimie for always being willing to answer my numerous questions. Thank you again, and btw I am writing this purely out of great appreciation of the work they provided me.

A small shop that offers big services. They have a plethora of small parts and cables you wont find at big box stores, and at a fare price. Support local businesses, dont buy from Amazon if you dont need to.

They are fast, efficient, personable, and they never talk down to you. They speak English, not computerese. Highly recommend these guys! They are the best.

I run a small business called Fence Specialists. we have about 12 computers on our network. we have been using these folks for at least 10 years, and have NO complaints whatsoever. They are fair, friendly, and helpful. I go in thinking i need new machines and they suggest upgrades etc, that save me tons of money and work great. i would give them 10 stars if i could!

Ive been to PC Techs & Parts three times now in the last three or four years and the service has always been great and speedy. Currently having it looked at to solve a random shutdown problem and Im confident theyll figure out the problem and Ill have it back today or tomorrow.

I took the computer in for a cleaning, and also let them know that the front USB hubs were not working.They called me and told me it was ready to be picked up.As I was putting it in the truck I notices the air intake filters were not at all cleaned, there were two of them. I went back into the store and asked them about that, they said the cleaning they do is the computer itself. If I wanted it dusted clean I had to ask separate for that. Ok so I get home and I clean the filters, took about 45 seconds or so. Now I plug it in and turn it on and the USB hubs dont work. I call them ask about that, and the reply was I need a new front panel, and they didnt have one for that case. So I paid $150.00 plus tax. I am quite disappointed to say the least. I would never use them again.

Stopped by to hopefully find a charging unit for my Sony laptop. The owner took considerable amount of time looking through his inventory of surplus units and found a perfect match. Sony wanted $105.00 + shipping and tax. Paid $65.00 + tax. Would have given 5 stars had the owner met me half way between $65.00 and my offer of $50.00. All that aside, if you have a PC issue in this area, make this your first stop!

Speedy service, always cheaper than buying a new laptop. My toddler loves to find new and inventive ways to destroy our laptops so I end up using this place quite often. Very friendly and honest, if the issue is an easy fix, they dont charge me.

Had a great first time experience taking my PC here! I originally had some hardware malfunctions and these guys fixed all those issues with some software bugs with no problem. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and honest, and I couldnt be happier with the service he had provided!

Ive been going to PC Techs for over 8yrs and have NEVER had a problem. I initially bought a computer from another company who told me I had viruses and kept charging me for software and scans but could never find the problem. When I took my computer to PC Tech, they diagnosed my computer with a hardware problem and it was finally fixed!!! I have continued to go to PC Tech because they are always honest and upfront with me about time frames and costs. I have recommended PC Tech to friends and family and would definitely recommend them to any one else!!!!!!!

If you know exactly what you want done pick them. If you dont know STAY AWAY. They charged me 3 hours trying to diagnose the problem and found it was just a bad GPU. It does not take that long to figure that out. You are better off going to someone more professional in my opinion.

These guys and gals have kept my 10 year old laptop working...new keyboard, new screen and have great prices on computers. That also sold me and my wife new computers...which wirk incredibly well..love these guys.

I would not recommend this company. I brought my laptop in because it was not charging. The staff was nice and upfront about the potential problems and costs. When I picked my laptop up the service person said it was faulty soldering from the manufacturer. Well I get my laptop home and the dvd player sucks a disc in but won’t spit it out and is making funny noises; which was not happening before the service. So I call back and let women know what is going on and she immediately says well we did not do that and becomes very defensive. She then tells me I can bring it back in and they will charge me another service fee to figure out the problem. Needless to say the woman was unprofessional and rude. I did not take my laptop back. Less than a year has now passed and my laptop stops charging again. So I take it to a different PC repair shop and the tech tells me the jack failed due to bad soldering. I definitely will not be using their service again.

I had worst experience with them,went there to diagnose the problem with my laptop,they figure out that keyboard needs to be replace,and they initially told me keyboard price gonna be between $30 to $40,but later they called me and told me there is no new keyboard in the market for my laptop,but they have used one in their store,which will cost me $150 just for the used keyboard.So i started looking myself online and i found many keyboards for my laptop starting price from $19 to $35 and i also told them i found cheaper keyboards online,but i dont wanna go through you guys,i paid $82 for nothing.

The people here come off as professional, there not I baught a power supply from here and a guy actually had the nerve to to tell me that people are actually plugging this into the motherboard. and showed me the 20+4 pin plug i dont know if he was testing me but i just nodded and said ok and later on i got a new video card and was in the market for a moniter and looked at the 2 they had and they were both priced way too high and they guy there working didnt even know his own product that was on display he said both moniters were 1920x1080 and they werent one of them was but he wanted wayyy to much for it then when i busted him out he got mad and asked me what i expected at least the angry nerds at last stop told me to go to frys
