I called Ben’s appliance service in the hopes that I could have someone work on my washer sooner because the other company I had called and set an appointment with wasn’t going to be able to see me until later next week. I called and left a message and within minutes received a return call. I Called back and Beth answered the phone she asked me detailed questions unlike the other company and was very helpful even over the phone. After a couple of calls of discussing my issue with my washer I decided it was best to just purchase a new one. But what I can say is if I ever needed to call on a company I would call on Ben’s appliance service. It was a completely different experience in the best way possible than with the other company I called. You know when you speak to a business and they just get customer service right, you just know they are a good business to work with. They were honest with the cost of the repair and didn’t try to convince me to go through with the repair. I am normally a skeptic when reading reviews when they are all good but just based on my experience I have no doubt in my mind they are true. I also don’t normally take the time to even write a review but I understand how important and helpful they can be when people are deciding on picking a business to work with. Anytime someone mentions they are in need of a repair of an appliance I will definitely pass your company’s info. And for those of you who were like me reading all the reviews of all the different Appliance repair companies don’t waste your time, call Ben’s Repair Service.

I dropped my washer off thinking there was an issue. They tested it for two days and told me the probable cause. They were right and didnt charge me since they didnt have to take anything apart. Great group of people.

I highly recommend this company,I’m clueless when it comes to appliances and they were so helpful, the lovely woman walked me through a couple things to try to figure out what was going on and once they figured out the problem he was here the next day(today) to fix it with all the right parts and the friendliest service I’ve ever gotten from a company!! Affordable,friendly,quick but thorough, and local. All of the best things you want in a repair service. Can’t recommend enough.

I requested a service appointment to repair an old Maytag washer with a bum motor. After taking the model number and doing a few minutes of research, Bens called me back and said that parts were available to repair, but that the cost would be nearly 1/2 that of a new washer, and that my model was near end of life for finding parts for repairs, so even if I could do the repair and save money now, I might not be able to get it fixed if it breaks again in a year or two. Im a new home owner, and after having several other service companies try to upsell me for services that were not required, it was refreshing to find a service company that takes care of its customers like they would friends or family. Theyve earned a customer for life, and I didnt even have to use their services this time.
