First I need to say that Chris & Joe delivered our Refrigerator. They werewonderful, courteous, polite. Give them 10 Stars!!! However, we boughtthe Refg. May 2020. We knew because of COVID we would have a wait. We received the Refg. Sept 2021. No I did not miss type. I do not blame Weirs for the delay. However, Weirs never gave us updates ONLY when I initiated the call. Our friends had to wait a year for theirs. The Manager of the store told them that the Salespeople are to busy to call customer with updates. Customer Service???????????? You decide!!!!

Super glad I purchased another appliance from Weirs. From the phone sale to the delivery, it was perfect.The delivery men, Matt Mc and Rico R, did an amazing job bring my large refrigerator in without a bump, set up in a space with zero extra room. They put it all together and inspected it, then walked me through every detail of the appliance. They made sure I was completely satisfied prior to leaving.

Weirs itself is a great place to purchase appliances, I have been buying from them for years and have always received great service. We special ordered all new kitchen appliances in January. We are still waiting for the fridge (we were warned it would be a while when we ordered it)! Jeremy has been great to work with, he has kept us updated on schedule. It is frustrating that we have to wait so long but it is not Weirs fault, this is a crazy time and the situation would be the same whether we had ordered from Weirs or another appliance store.

March 3rd 2020 my wife and I ordered a new GE washer and dryer. Our sales rep was Winona. I’ll start with saying she was terrible to work with, worst communication of all time. We didn’t hear anything until we called mid June. It took my wife calling twice and me calling once over a 2 week span to finally receive a call from Winona. She told us that the washer was here, but they were waiting on the dryer. We chose to wait for the dryer to come before equipment delivery. She then said they had a date of July 17 2021. So my wife called Monday July 19 just to touch base, she got transferred to the voicemail. She requested Winona reach out in regards to the dryer delivery, we didn’t receive a phone call. So Thursday July 22 2021 I called and talked to a gentleman that was having trouble finding details about our order. He said he would have our sales rep call us. 10 minutes later, Winona called my wife to deliver her some odd news. Apparently someone else got my washer and dryer and my new wait time was October. Im fully refunded which is good, but more unfortunate because I was wanting to support what used to be a small family owned business. Still don’t fully understand the story behind getting our equipment continuously pushed out. Thanks for the wait time.

Ellis and Rico did a fantastic job with a refrigerator delivery! 10/10 would hire and work with them again. Both were very friendly and courteous and greeted me with a smile. They were quick but careful to make sure there was no damage to the refrigerator or the house. Way to go Weirs! Give those guys a raise.

Ellis and Rico were awesome at delivery of our washer and dryer. I didnt hear the message about when theyd get there, so I wasnt even home when they arrived. They were kind and gracious to wait for me as I hurried to get there when they called and said they were at my doorstep. They were friendly, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend Weirs and am grateful for Rico and Ellis!

They had exactly what I was looking for in a washer/dryer. The cost was very competitive, the customer service was great, and best of all they delivered on the exact day they said they would. Ive ordered appliances from some of the big box stores and have never received my products on time or had service as good as I did at Weirs. I highly recommend checking them out for your appliance needs.

Matt and Jontah delivered my washer, dryer and refrigerator today. They called ahead to confirm approximate arrival time, brought all three appliances in, installed them in the tiny space I had to work with and gave me a quick rundown on operation. They were wonderful to work with!

After waiting for the original refrigerator we wanted that was on backorder for a few months (same story with every appliance store), we settled for a refrigerator they had in stock, as well as a dishwasher. Jeremy hooked us up with an outstanding deal on the fridge and we like both the refrigerator and dishwasher.Matt M. and Jontah W. did an excellent job on the delivery. They were kind, courteous, patient and helpful. I was still disconnecting our old dishwasher for them to take for disposal and they graciously did everything else first and waited the extra couple minutes for me to finish so the whole operation could be taken care of. They were great guys.

My mom and dad bought our appliances ther and now they have taken care of me again. Knowledgeable and patient. No more box stores for me again.

We were very pleased when notified that our special order microwave and store were to be installed. Our installer, Chris Sumida was professional, courteous and friendly. He made cabinet modifications with easy and left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. Thanks Chris.

I was most pleased with the attitude and experience of our stove delivery guys, Ryan and Jayson! They were careful not to harm anything while moving appliances in and out, they treated us with respect, and they wore their masks the entire visit. they were also able to answer questions!Thank you Weirs for hiring great guys and for the great price we got on our new stove!

Terrible service. They messed up my order and after waiting 3 months for the back ordered item to come in. The manager would not return our call so we went in person to discuss the issue. The manager blamed the manufacturer instead of taking responsibility for the issue. No offer to give a discount for the problem. We had to order again and told it would be 8 weeks and since learned that was extended and we will be waiting 4 months this time. Nobody bothered to notify us of this change. We found out when we called at 9.5 weeks to see if it was in.The manager was unprofessional, talking loud and telling us we could go elsewhere while on the showroom floor. He told us we could order a lesser item or return the item we already paid for. He did offer to provide a loaner while we wait for the one we ordered to arrive. When the loaner was delivered it was electric instead of gas. This means waiting longer for another loaner delivery. We were informed the salesperson we worked with made these kind of mistakes regularly.. I would not recommend this place.

We have been happy with our experience! I had to order all appliances for our new build by phone, Winona was very helpful in helping me get all we needed and pricing was competative Our delivery driver, Matt M. was very friendly and by himself placed ALL of our appliances inside (was supposed to be garage drop off) after I asked since our garage doors are on backorder. Would shop here again!

Went shopping for a freezer. They didnt have any in the show room, I had to find someone to help. The lady did not appear to be interested in helping me out at all. I did not feel they were interested in my business. I was never asked how much was I even looking to spend or what brand, style whether a chest type or stand up. She just said they had none in the store and they could have one for me by Tuesday at would be over 1300. Needless to say I left with no sale. Very disappointing experience

Great services from ordering through delivery. The delivery guys (Jayson & Drew) had a little bit of a challenging situation at my house, but they figured it out and resulted in a seamless delivery. I will use them again and will recommend to others in need.

Great service and a great local appliance store. I’ve updated my entire kitchen over the past few years with all new appliances from weirs. Matt M. Did an awesome delivery, took all the packing material from the new appliance and even moved my old range in the garage for me as I am keeping it. Big box stores for sure don’t do that unless you pay extra for it.

Our whole experience has been odd at best. First, I want to acknowledge that COVID has made things difficult, however, I felt that I would have gotten better service from a big box store. My wife and I bought a jenAir fridge that was a floor model and Weirs charged full price. After that. We needed one of the doors changed because it was damaged and it took six months for that to happen. The tech that came out to change the door seemed confused about how to do the job and used my tools...to top it off, he tried to leave the house without leveling the door and my wife had to point it out. The entire process has been slow and void of clear communication with not much attention to customer service. We do have the product and we are happy with it. Just the entire process has been abysmal. I think if you want some really nice appliances this is the place to go, but just be ready to deal with a lack of communication.

Great experience during Pandemic - all had to be patient in trying times. In the end we just received our dishwasher and it was delivered my Matt M. who was courteous, careful, and thorough in giving us all the paperwork we needed. Weirs is very lucky to have him.

The delivery drivers were efficient, friendly, and clean. Really appreciated the thorough explanation of the features with the new refrigerator. Matt and Devon were very friendly to my 3 year old who wanted to be right in the middle helping every step of the way. These guys were awesome, and a great example to what customer service should be.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Weirs. Took awhile for it to come in because of the CoVid. However, Matt really delivered, he called 20 minutes before arrival, took the old fridge out and installed the new fridge and was very polite during the whole process.Weirs sell many different brands of appliances. My husbands parents did business with Weirs and we have done business with Weirs. Thats 2 generations, our daughter is now the third generation going to Weirs for her appliance needs.

I started with an online inquiry, looking to get a replacement oven same-day. I really appreciate Dakota responding quickly; He told me they had a floor model available.I went into the store and met Evan. He was extremely helpful with deciding what would work best for me. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, inventory is low everywhere, and I needed an oven today!Evan was able to make a deal I couldnt refuse. I ended up ordering a new oven and microwave, and I was able to bring home a loaner oven today to get me by until my new oven and microwave show up.I will be sure to recommend Weirs appliance. Prices couldnt be beat. I couldnt be more thrilled.Thank you!

We ordered 20k of GE Café appliances in late October of 2020. We knew there would be high demand due to COVID so we wanted to get our order in early for our complete kitchen remodel. We are finally at point where we can have our appliances delivered and come to find out that Weirs gave away our double oven to someone else AND ordered the wrong hood insert.I had even called in and asked on 3 different occasions if our appliance were tagged and reserved in their warehouse and they told me YES. Now we are a few days away and they tell me that my double oven is on backorder until late June (another 40 days) Also, we bought a 42 GE Cafe hood insert and they ordered the wrong one. So now we have to wait even longer. What an absolute joke. This is simply bad management and an overall lack of caring. We went to Weirs because we wanted a place that could provide a better experience than Home Depot or Lowes and apparently that is not the case. Probably should have went to Albert Lees instead. What a terrible and frustrating experience that is still ongoing.

When we bought our new refrigerator, we were not anticipating buying the day we went looking. But Weirs had the best price by $200 over the big Box stores. And when we were considering purchase, the salesman check the local assets to be sure no one had a better price than they did. I was impressed by that. Ryan and Jason delivered it to us and were stupendous. Our house us old and somewhat problematic when moving large things in and out. But they took it in stride with professionalism and good humor. They set everything up for us &, in my opinion, went out of their way, to make sure it was running correctly. I told them to tell Weirs they deserved a pay raise. 😁

Winona was amazing! Found a range and dishwasher within out budget. HIGHLY recommend asking for her. The delivery team, Matt and Chris, were quick, thorough and very detail oriented.

They were rude and would not really help us and we were the only one in the store.

While we didnt stay long, the service was good, very smart and well figured out, and knew exactly we needed as a replacement unit. Everything was up front and honest about the exchange itself.

We woke up yesterday morning to a dead refrigerator that was absolutely packed with food. This is after our back up freezer kicked the bucket about a month ago, which we never replaced because no one has any freezers in stock (and we were a little leery about having appliances delivered in the middle of the pandemic). We had never bought from Weirs but we had heard good things from a friend. We initially thought about ordering online, but we called the store and decided to head there and shop in person. Jeremy was great and took the time to go through our options and answer all our questions. We ended up getting a very good price on a refrigerator (better pricing that Lowes, Home Depot, and Best Buy), and they happened to have a small chest freezer in stock as well. Jeremy knew our predicament and was able to have the delivery crew out later in the day. The delivery guys were great and really went above and beyond. Our old refrigerator was bigger than they expected and they didnt have the right dolly to get it out of the house, but after some calls they were able to get another crew here to help out. This was at the end of the day, on a Saturday, and in the pouring rain! We cant thank the entire team at Weirs enough for taking care of us and saving the day. They have definitely earned our business for life.

We love our new appliances, and they were by far the best priced when we looked around! There were delays due to Covid (outside of Weirs control), but Evan kept us updated the entire time and worked hard to get them delivered as quickly as possible. Matt and Trace did the actual delivery and they were also a complete pleasure to work with. Despite the Covid delays, it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend!

Customer service is non existent here. I would give them zero stars if I could. Emailed for pricing and availability on chest freezers 2 days ago. Called today to verify availability. Person on the phone pretty much acted like she was doing me a favor by being open. Loaded up the trailer and drove my happy behind over there. Waited for 15 minutes while the sales rep assisted another customer while to desk jockeys ignored the fact that I was standing in their store. Finally get to the sales rep and tell him which freezer I wanted and he tells me no one from the warehouse is there on Sundays. Ill have to come back tomorrow to get it loaded up. No thanks, Ill take my business elsewhere!

We had a great experience with Weir’s Appliance. We went with Weir’s based on their good reviews and we were not disappointed. Our seven year old fridge died at the beginning of the pandemic and every appliance store we checked had a delay getting in the model we wanted, due to the manufacture’s warehouse being closed. Because of the Covid19 delay (four months!) it looked like we were going to have to manage with a college size refrigerator and some coolers; however, Weir’s offered us a loner fridge to use at no charge during the entire duration of our wait. This was a life saver! They even made a special trip to deliver it and did not charge us a delivery fee. Our new refrigerator was delivered yesterday and I can say we are very happy with our experience from start to finish. We are very impressed with this level of customer service; it is just not something you expect to find any more. We are more than pleased and I know we will be back for our next appliance.

My Mom had an emergency refrigerator replacement. Weirs accommodated our request for next day delivery since she lives by herself. The delivery person, BEN, was absolutely awesome. He ended up having to bring the refrigerator in a different doorway as its an old house but was careful moving furniture, bringing in the new refrigerator and making sure everything was perfect and put back into place before he left. He provided the best customer service Ive seen in a long time.He should get a raise!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Weirs home delivery service. Our fridge was delivered by AJ and Ryan who called about 30 min prior to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they were nice and easy to work with. They were more than happy to place the fridge where we wanted it to go and even switched the direction of the fridge door to our preference. They didnt make us feel like they were in a rush and took their time to be sure the fridge was set up properly and to our liking. Great local business!

First of all, I received a phone call from Ben saying he would be at our house in a half hour. Twenty minutes later the Weirs truck pulled into our driveway. He efficiently checked out our home to find the best way to get our old stove out and the new one in. He decided the clearest path was through our front door and down a short hall to the kitchen. I initially questioned the route because it involved running a hand truck over our pristine hardwood floor. He said, Dont worry about that. I have a solution.Within seconds he had a handful of cardboard sheets which he meticulously laid out along the route. Within minutes he single handedly had the old stove out in the driveway, and the new one in place in the kitchen. He picked up all the cardboard, loaded everything in his truck and drove away in about 20 minutes. There was not even a hint anybody had been there. Oh, did I mention, the whole project was complete about an hour and a half earlier than I expected! Efficiency, expertise and professionalism were on display throughout the process! Ben was super friendly as well.In my book, it pays to do business with professionals.

Our sales person Dakota was amazing. He worked with me and was able to give me a great deal on the refrigerator I wanted. I was very friendly and was not pushing. He wanted to make sure I got the purchase that I wanted and made me feel like I was important.Our drivers Ben and Jayson were amazing as well. ELLIS and Ryan came out today to install a refrigerator that I purchased they were very professional explain what they were going to do how they were going to do it and removed all garbage from the install

We bought a GE range and oven specifically with a warming drawer. It was to be delivered in about a week. On the day of delivery we called for an approximate delivery time only to be told that the unit was not in the warehouse and wouldnt be delivered for another 10 days. That deadline came and went without a phone call or notification. Meanwhile we realized the unit we purchased actually didnt have a warming drawer. We went back in to Weirs and ordered a more expensive unit with, we were assured, a warming drawer (it was even written on the invoice). The unit was delivered, but after it was installed and we began to use it we found out it lacked a warming drawer. In fact that line of GE range/ovens didnt come with a warming drawer! So, in our opinion, at least one of Weirs salesmen is poorly informed and their service--particularly notification--is subpar. Let the buyer beware!

Really great service on the delivery of our washer. I had forgotten to email back the day we wanted for delivery until the day before - by then they were full of course, but they fit us in anyway. Then, Chris offered to switch the door on the dryer that we had already picked up about a month ago. He did it in about 10 minutes, Im sure it would have taken me an hour of more to figure it out. Both Chris and Bill were supper polite - they were even OK with letting the big dogs out and about. I think from now on we are going to buy all of our appliances through Weirs.

Excellent customer service from walking in the showroom door to delivery of our new appliance. So nice to speak with knowledgeable salespeople - no looking for that guy to get a question answered. Communication was excellent: the unit we bought was on back-order from the manufacturer but we were offered a loaner if needed! Never heard of that from an appliance dealer. You never think about needing a freezer until you really need a freezer. We had a 35 year old Kenmore that decided it was time to say goodbye. After deciding not to go with a big box store because I would rather have someone help me that knows appliances, not someone who know a little about appliances, plants, wood, paint..... We decided on Weirs. I called and spoke with Jeremy, who made the whole experience of buying such a large purchase site unseen not so intimidating. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The freezer was delivered yesterday and the delivery crew was great! Ben and Chris S were fantastic. They had to come down a wet grassy hill, around the house down into the basement and then squeeze into the door, but they did without a bump!! I would highly recommend Weirs to anyone looking for any appliance. They are great from beginning to end.

We purchased a new washer and dryer. Our washer was not working, so they brought us a great loaner until our new one arrived. We have purchased from Weirs before and experienced great customer service! Our experience again was great - from the saleperson to the delivery team; AJ and Jayson. We will definitely purchase from Weirs in the future.

Our oven blew up right before Thanksgiving and we went black Friday shopping at our local hardware chain stores thinking we could find a great deal. We could not find what we were looking for at either place and a friend recommended Weirs. I looked them up on their website and it was very easy to navigate. They had a great selection of ovens at a great price! We were able to find a Frigidaire range and called to see if they had it in stock. Their salesman Jeremy was able to locate one for us and get it to us in a few days. When they came I had to pleasure of meeting Evan. He was very professional and had our oven installed in no time and the old one out the door. He made sure it was level and perfect for me before he left. I definitely would recommend them to everyone!! We will definitely be back!! THANKS WEIRS

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order and never received word that it would be backordered or explained that. I was, in fact, guaranteed delivery on a specific date. Was treated with discrimination regarding tax exempt status. Disappointed to say the least.

Was looking for a Speed Queen washer to replace my 17 year old Kenmore that was on the way out. Went to Weirs on a late Sunday (12.3.17) to browse their inventory. This was the first time that I had been to this establishment. I was given a few minutes to peruse the floor models before Jeremy, the sales associate offered his assistance. After speaking with him and becoming more familiar with the Speed Queen brand and reputation, I decided that day to make the purchase. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful.My washer was delivered on Friday 12.8.17 by the delivery team of Ben and Chris. I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before they arrived from Ben. They hauled away my old washer, installed the new one, made sure it was level, ran a test cycle, and answered all the questions that I had regarding my new purchase. The entire delivery experience was quick, painless, and exceeded my expectations.From this point forward, Weirs will be my go to appliance store. Excellent work!

Jayson and Chris installed our new appliances and were very nice and helpful in explaining how to use our new appliances. I highly recommend Weirs for their local, friendly and knowledgable service.

Jeremy sold me my GE washer and dryer. He was not pushy, he was friendly, informative and easy to talk with. I had Jordan and Sumida install the washer and dryer...again they were very friendly, informative and easy to communicate with. Excellent customer service, very pleased...sometimes good customer service is the hardest quality to find but the most important a company can serve.

Our dryer quit working so we went to Weirs to check out what they had to offer. We ended up purchasing a new washer/dryer set for a really great Memorial Day sale price. Even better, Weirs was able to deliver the washer/dryer set that same day, an hour later. Jordan and Dakota delivered the set and did an awesome job removing our old appliances and setting up the new ones. Thank you soooooo much! We will definitely continue to do our business at Weirs.

Recently purchased a new Maytag washer/dryer set. The set had to be ordered and once it came in I was immediately notified and arrangements were made to deliver them. Set was delivered on time and the service gentlemen were very pleasant and efficient. There was a mistake on the order that was promptly corrected, the new parts ordered and subsequently delivered and set up in a very reasonable time. Again the service people were pleasant and efficient. We were very pleased with our overall experience form the very fair pricing to the very good customer service including both the sales and delivery. Thank you.

The gentlemen delivered our refrigerator and did a great job bringing it in, setting it up and leveling the doors.

This place is great! We wanted to exchange a fridge that was ordered because it was too small for our newly remodeled kitchen. We were skeptical that we would get this done, but Jeremy helped us out upgrading or refrigerator. Evan came with the new replacement, installed the ice machine and help install it in our new kitchen. I would recommend Weirs to anyone for their appliance needs!

My fridge died! Went to Home Depot, 1 week for delivery. Went to local place, 1 week for alternative fridge. Went to Weirs, great service! Went above and beyond for me. Had my new fridge the next day! Great sales people, great delivery guys.

We purchased our second appliance at Weirs this week. They are the recommended source of my appliance repairman; the staff is knowledgeable and very professional. Their delivery staff could write the book on customer service. Sharp, focused and spotlessly neat in appearance and setup, they took the time to explain the operation and insured all was right before they left the house. We now buy all our appliances from Weirs.

Very friendly, and helpful. Price was competitive, with good selection. We ended up buying elsewhere only because of difference in delivery and pickup charges.
