They did an excellent job for me. Came out and advised it was just a burned out element. Ordered it and then came out and replaced. The customer service and repair tech were very nice, prompt and very helpful!

I was having a problem with buildup of ice in my freezer. They came out later that week (this was not an emergency) and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a blockage in the drain line caused by dust, etc. The technician simply took out the clogged part, rinsed it in the kitchen sink, and put it back in.. Ten minutes. The work was fine, but the charge of $220 was a shock. Apparently they just have a $200 fee for refrigerator repairs, regardless of how long it takes. I will shop around more next time - again the work was fine but the charge was steep.

Owner called me after I left a bad review because the installation was so expensive. At that time he expressed that he had defrosted and cleared the drain of my refrigerator and included this service in the $110 diagnostic visit. A good value, but I hadnt realized he had done more than just diagnose at the time. As for the repair I opted out because it was $400 total for repair + diagnostic including a part that is $100 and fairly simple to install.however, his work does include a warranty and that his diagnostic is correct. These are aspects I didnt consider prior to purchasing the part myself to install. I would hire him in a pinch, but I cannot justify the expense if I able to do the work myself.-landlord

We have a nice gas stove and just a few days before Christmas our oven went out. I googled a few places, this one included. Did not hear back from others but this one they answered the phone, set up a day and day of visit they called with time. They came out spent a little time checking out oven, determined it was heating element. What shocked me was they had the part in truck and was able to replace it right away. I was thrilled and it works great again. I will keep using them in future and refer others to them. I agree with the high rating I saw while checking out companies as I googled. Excellent work & professionalism.

My refrigerator wasnt cooling well something went wrong with the defrost system. With no experience in appliance repair, I began quickly look up for a good company to solve my issue. Thankfully, I found Appliance Repair Tacoma, they had the best customer service over the phone, so I decided to make an appointment. The technician was friendly and patient with me watching over him (I was curious about the repair). He explained everything he was doing throughout and made sure to test out my fridge before leaving. The tech was prompt in completing the work, about 35 minutes. The service was completed expeditiously and the charges were reasonable. For future repair, this company will be the first on my list.

Had a leak behind my refrigerator and had to take the doors off in order reach the space. I called around 1030 and had a guy come by 1200. He was quick, had all the lines, found the solution, and got everything back together.I am very happy! Would have taken me all day. Worth the price and time. Will definitely use again if needed.

I know this business by the name InstaFix, and in mid-December 2020, they really came through for us. Diagnosed the issue with our washing machine over the phone (water pump had worn out), gave us a quote in about 20 minutes, showed up the very next day on time, did the repair in under an hour. Professional and courteous.

My dryer LG was not working, making loud sound and had smell of burnt rubber. They came out same day. Technician was polite, fixed the problem, and kept me informed the entire time. Cost was reasonable and if the repair doesnt stick, theyll apply what I already paid to another repair (within 90 days.) Will definitely call again.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to do so for this amazing company! Appliance Repair Tacoma was very responsive, polite, knowledgeable and punctual from start to finish. I had a problem with my fridge. Everything inside was frozen and it got me a lot of problems. The technician called this morning when he was on the way and arrived prior to the window I was given. Wow, what a great service! He was friendly, explained everything, fixed the problem and even cleaned up after himself. The tech walked me through what the problem was and explained me what he was doing to fix it. Excellent service, thank you! I am really happy I have found such a great repair company.
