Good people I was a bit scared when I went to the store but never judge a book buy its cover they are very nice people and they helped me with all my issues. I bought a new phone from them the phone works great and it is amazing got it for a great price. The store has unlock phones and any carrier phones the store has everything you need trust me.

They sold me a broken phone and when I asked for a refund they rejected then kicked me out of the store, and the owner had the coronavirus and he’s always there which that is potential exposure. This is the worst phone store I’ve ever been to. I also seen a bed bug on one of the chairs there.

Just had a Syracuse City Wireless Syracuse Wireless Retailer installation and wow! These guys are like the polar opposite of Comcast or AT&T in the best way possible.Had a 10 a.m. setup time which I was able to book literally the previous working day. They called me in advance to let me know they were running 15 minutes late and then showed up exactly when they said they would on the call.The installation took all of 5 minutes, after which they ran a speed test which showed better results than they advertise (over 200 MB up and down!).The network installer Tim K. was extremely courteous and left me with not just the support number but his own cell phone number.I feel like someone in this industry FINALLY gets how to do business. Kudos Syracuse City Wireless Syracuse Wireless Retailer!
