We recently converted a very old phone system to VOIP. Greg and Rich at ITS made the transition seamless. The system works well and provides a huge upgrade in features but the real advantage over others is the service. These guys are amazingly responsive, professional and all around great to work with. ITS just upgraded the old phone system in our office to a brand new internet-based system, and they did an amazing job despite the many, many challenges our two old buildings threw at them.
