Great customer service. Good suggestions and support throughout the process. Products used are high end and make your hair feel,look,and smell great. Prices are reasonable, could be a little lower considering its inside WalMart, so thats the reason its only getting 4 stars.

This smart style (in syracuse Walmart) is the best Carmina is literally the best hair stylist I have ever gone to and yes I have paid for some expensive hair cuts. Carmina cuts hair the right way and for a fair price.

I very much regret the bad opinions of some who do not understand that they are there because it is their job and not making arrangements for the disasters that occur in their homes. And upstairs they dont want to pay, and they say (they had to do an easy job) Well, it was easy and she doesnt want to pay to fix herself, right?

Clean place to get your hair cut.

I walked in because I saw online that there was open appointments so I went in. At first the salon was closed 1120am, um ok, so I did a little shopping and went back and was told there was no time for me. I explained the online schedule said there was abs i was still told no time for you. I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Very rude and unprofessional. Not again.

If you want service where you are considered a burden and a nuisance then this is the salon for you! I made an appointment explaining I accidentally messed up on my own dye job and needed a color correction, I explained that I only had a budget of $90.00 plus tip (that should be plenty of money because my hair just needed a little toning and a few lowlights). When I went in the 3 staff members were waiting around with plenty of time on their hands, but thats not what the problem was. The problem was as soon as I said who I was their customer service deflated right before me eyes, I imagine no one likes taking on a color correction but I have shoulder length hair that isnt even thick, so it shouldnt be that hard of a job. The manager happened to be pretty nice as she explained to me that my hair was pretty much unfixable at $90.00 in an enthusiastic upbeat way (like I said I have thinner hair and midlength, it should be able to be fixed at or around 90.00 Ive had a mess up fixed before, this isnt my first rodeo). The girl that had been assigned to take on the task of doing my hair was curt and obvious about her dislike for her having to take on this job. So, as the manager explained in a way that showed me there was basically no hope, I felt dismissed and they even made me feel like I was being nudged out of my appointment, because it was too big of a task to their liking. I left really angry and my hair not fixed. I shouldnt have to convince them to kindly find a way to make it within my budget in a way that was easy for them. My hair wasnt even going to be hard to fix for them. It was just a little brassy with a spot that didnt process in the back, some lowlights and a toner is all I wanted, I even mentioned that and they were insistent it wasnt within my budget. Never again, Im not one to complain or write bad reviews. I consider myself an understanding person and slow to displease. My husband even noticed how they were unwilling in a nice way. But, thats a smart style salon for you.
