I had a flat on Friday night. They were the only ones open today (Saturday). I went in to get 1 new tire. They were totally awesome. They were all very friendly. They gave me a GREAT deal on two front tires. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will now continue to go there !!! I will also recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you guys!!!!

Every time I come to the House of Flats they knock it out of the park. New used doesnt matter. I have an 07 BMW 328i. Nobody had a tire in stock for it. But you know who did HOUSE OF FLATSSSSS!!!!!!

Called for a set of tires I typically have a hard time finding. (I’ve been looking from here to Rochester) they didn’t have my size but were able to find a set of new tires for about $70 a tire. I would defiantly say they offer the lowest prices on new and used tires. I will say they have a very large inventory of used tires so for most people it shouldn’t be a problem at all to find your size. As far as service goes I was in and out with two new tires in about 35 minutes and the staff was very knowledgeable! Keep in mind you will need to put a deposit down for new tires ordered in (in my case it only took about 20 minutes for them to come in after they were ordered).

Best quality and prices in used tires in Syracuse

My father brought my truck down to have used tires placed on it. $250 later I had a different size tire placed on my vehicle then what was brought in. I was told this was not the problem. They very kindly looked at the tires and said there were no issues with them. They resealed and re balanced the tires. Even flipped them over on the rim (just moving the wobble to the other side) Still the same wobble, just pulled a different direction. I then took it to another shop where different tires were placed and the wobble completely stopped. I called and told them. I was told I could return the tires for a refund (after asking for just a different set of tires I was told they didnt have my size tires which was why the larger tires were placed in the first place)!!??Upon returning the tires I was told they had to keep $50 of my money for LABOR!!!Nevermind the 2 additional half days I had had to take because of the bad / wrong size tire they placed and dont mind the having to take the vehicle to another shop so they could fix the mistake... Or I would have been driving my 3 children around unsafely is n these things!!! (Thank God I trusted my instincts and felt unsafe with the flipping of the tire and had them re checked)Im just puzzled by this whole mess!!Maybe I would have been less upset by this had I not been told they were going to make it right the entire time!Or just been told*No*WE DONT HAVE YOUR SIZE TIRE AT THIS TIME.These people also know I drive almost an hour every day with my children in my vehicle!!!DISGUSTED!INSTEAD OF JUST THROWING THE NEXT SIZE ON AND HOPING IT WORKED... BECAUSE THEY CLEARY DIDNT!

I am beyond upset with my experience here. I am a struggling college student and thought this was the best option in price to get better tires than the ones I had. I had my car towed in and paid in advance for services because I needed to leave and pick up my girl in order to drive the car home. I asked that they simply leave the car locked with the keys in the middle and I would pick it up a little after they closed. However, when I arrived my window was down, doors unlocked, and keys left in the ignition. My battery could have died or my car could have gotten stolen. The cherry on the cake was the big gash in the paint on my front bumper that wasnt there when I left. I immediately called the owner or manager? art. He didnt seem too concerned with this at all. He basically said he had cameras and the neighbors were watching so my car wouldnt have gotten stolen. Im sorry but a camera doesnt stop someone trying to steal a vehicle and all it would do is possibly help me catch them. That doesnt take away from the fact that I would be without a vehicle while trying to find it and could possibly find it damaged. Lastly, one of my old tires that I paid to have changed wasnt changed at all. I am so upset by the owners lack of care for another humans vehicle which is basically their source of income. I am upset by his response to my concerns and lack of any offer to fix this situation. Honestly, if they cant leave a vehicle locked up as asked or change all the tires asked I wouldnt come here. I know I wont be. Guess I have to take this as another lesson as a struggling college kid.
