Very good experience from walking in the door and meeting their very happy and helpful secretary to the top quality work they provided with their team of mechanics and body men being among the best in the area definitely on top of my list next time I need work done They saved me a lot of money without cutting corners and even got me into a rental while the work was being done Thanks Dicks Collision Definitely more then a local landmark You are a vehicle repair destination!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had. I went here to get an estimate for an insurance claim and was quoted $4500. As soon as I met the guy I told him I didnt plan on getting all the work done and he was fine with that. The process was long so I was without my car for about a month. During this, I offered multiple times to take my car home so it wasnt taking up space in their shop but they insisted it was fine and that I keep it there. Eventually the check comes so I can give them the okay to work on the car, but now Im dealing with the owner and he insists I get all the work done. After repeatedly telling him no, I went down to the shop to talk to him face to face. He told me if I didnt get all of the work done in the quote, he would charge me storage fees that racked up to $900. No one told me anything about storage fees and I didnt sign anything but he was quick to convince me I had no choice. So I ended up giving him the entire insurance check to fix my car that was purely cosmetic damage. The worst part is that it came back looking TERRIBLE. There was paint on my windows and grill, the paint used to cover the car looked like white out and did not match at all (which they later said they knew but I guess they hoped I wouldnt notice), and the interior to the new doors they put in was dirty and didnt match the rest of my car. I had to take it back and get it fixed AGAIN. A waste of time. This place is a joke and no one should waste their time or money going here. The owner is pushy, rude, and too old to communicate with. Do NOT go here.Edit: I would like to mention I took it back the next day and the guy who originally helped me fixed all the problems himself. The people in the front are nice, but people in the back do not know what theyre doing. The side they completely redid rusted as soon as winter hit and the wires of the driver door they put on are loose and my power windows dont work most of the time. Overall, very bad work done on their part.

Although I had to go back a second time for the same work they immediately took care of the problem.

Their work was AMAZING!!!!! My car is 10 years old and they made it look Brand New!They are reasonably priced as well. You have to be specific about what you want. They put used parts on my car and you cant even tell!

Side view mirror replacement took only ~20 minutes and was done for the cheapest price I could find. Great service and really nice people!

I took my 1971 MGB to Dicks in 1975 to have a restoration done on it and Dick assured me they would take the paint right down to the metal to do a proper job and showed me a car completely stripped of all hardware, including the windshield and paint and said it was mine. I couldnt discern what car he showed me since everything had been taken off of it and it didnt look like mine but he said it was. All he did was paint over the old paint job since the paint is now chipping off and you can see evidence of the old paint underneath everywhere! They didnt do a proper job prepping the car since the paint is flaking off. Dont take anything to these people. I believe he charged me $1500 at the time. Hes a rip-off.
