Was told by Steve he would return my call. Never did. I called literally three to four times daily to follow up. No return call. Even if you put aside basic business etiquette your still left with basic common courtesy which he displayed none. If your reading this, please do business elsewhere.

Joe responded promptly to my request and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue on my oven and replaced the broken part. He was professional, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Joe Cavedine.

Extremely poor. I have been paying insurance on my appliance for over two years, they approved repair over 6 weeks ago, still waiting for them to fix my washer.

I have used these guys a couple of times and they are awesome! They thoroughly explain what they are doing, whether it makes the most sense to repair or replace, and are done with the job in a timely manner. Joe is very professional and someone you can trust to get the job done right. Would recommend to anyone who needs great service!

They showed up on time and prompt. Unfortunately, the service call did not determine the problem with the microwave. He spent less than 30 mins. Diagnosing, blew a fuse I bought and didnt look further into fixing problem. A wasted $70 ( 1/2 hour) that I already knew. I called them for his expertise and got nothing in return except, I need to bring it into the shop and look at it. And then he told me that he didnt have the parts to fix it. If I didnt have the fuses I bought, he probably wouldnt have gotten as far as he did. Not recommending at all! Who comes to a house call and not have the parts when they knew of make and model.

Cavedines fixed our TV in November 2012 with a one year warranty on the parts and service. In April 2013 the TV experienced the same problem. We have experienced the same problems of the other reviewers. The people that answer the phone claim that the parts are unavailable. Calls to the manufacturer and the parts supplier indicate that those claims are lies. It is almost August and when I called today I was told that he would check with the office and get right back to me. NOT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAVEDINES!!!
