I bought a washer and dryer from here. I was very pleased with the service team there. Very acknowledgable and assured that if any problems arose to give them a call. Im looking forward to replacing my fridge in the near future...definitely gonna return to Allied...reasonable prices and outstanding service❤️

Very unhappy with allied appliance! I bought a refrigerator from them less then 2 years ago and the fridge stopped working so I called them to have them come repair it and they set up a service for 9-11 am so I stayed home from work to wait for them. They call at 10:15 to let me know they will not be coming because they dont work on LG models.. Why would you not know this when we made the appointment! So now I still dont have a working fridge and missed out on work, very poor customer service.(UPDATE they never tried to contact me to make things right)

Dont do it!!!! Buy one machine show up at your house with a different machine. Had to replace 2 washers in a week and 5 months later had to buy a new machine. Save yourself time $$ and BS. Dont trust them

Regarding review from game3620. He bought a stove from an employee, on a day when we were CLOSED, paid cash and was not given a receipt. Now tell me, if this was you, would you not think this transaction to be wrought with potential fraud? And even though the product was stolen, I still offered to repair it at our cost.

I bought a stove from these guys 4 months ago. After hooking it up, the oven didnt work. I have been trying to get it exchanged since then but keep getting the run around. The owner Scott claims one of his employees sold it and pocketed the money. He then told me he would exchange it. A week later his partner call and refused to exchange it. As owners of this business they should be responsible for any employee they hire. Tired of the bullshit. I am taking the hit and just buying a used stove from Craigslist for $100. Should have done this to begin with.
