Kelly took her time on my pedicure and gave an awesome massage! This salon doesnt have all the bells and whistles as some others, but the service I received (which is what really matters!) was excellent. She even put my shoes in a plastic bag to carry out. So sweet!!

They are very personable and do excellent work. They listen to how I like my nails and are great at helping to pick colors. I get the sns and its done to perfection!

Walked in and got great jobs done to remove gel mail color. Unlike other salons, the nail tech gently removed the color with acetone warmed by hot stones in small bowl. She did not Sams it off as others have done, which has left my nails damaged in the past.

Love it. Same service every time.

*Disclaimer, this is sort of long* - I usually do not write reviews, but I feel that it is time I share some of my opinions. My wife and I have been visiting here for quite some time, and have experienced the previous and current owner. Now I would have to agree with the negative reviews the current owner is receiving, however I think she deserves some slack. My wife and I have both had multiple conversations with her and shes a lovely woman. She told us that this is her first time managing something to this level and still has a lot to learn. This I totally agree with, and I myself know that I cant learn something new immediately. I saw someone post something along the lines of her being racist, but from my experience I have never experienced anything of the sort. She speaks highly of her guests and has openly expressed her guilt for not being able to manage perfectly. With all that being said, our service was still on par to what it was prior to Leslie taking ownership, and we will continue coming here. I hope new guests give this place a try, because they wont regret the results.- J

Highly recommended! I dont normally share reviews online, but had to make an exception this time. I was visiting the area from out of town for an event. My friend and I wanted to get a last-minute mani/pedi, and the staff was extremely professional and accommodating. We walked in about 90 minutes before closing and they were very flexible to provide the requested services even though they were quite busy. We only had to wait a short time, and received excellent services. My friend and I had a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure which was very relaxing and looked beautiful for our event. The salon even remained open several minutes beyond their normal closing hours to accommodate us. Above all, the prices were very reasonable and service was exceptional. I will definitely return the next time I visit the area.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! This business is UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for 4yrs. I called and scheduled an appointment with a Leslie who said she is the manger/ owner she took my appointment, I called back in a few days to confirmMy appointment then a Debbie answered she said yes my appointment is confirmed than hours before my appointment she leaves me a message and said that they gave my appointment to another customer . I was applauded, Kathy and Tina the manicurist and pedicurist are wonderful, Unfortunately I will never patronize this business again. ALL CUSTOMERS RUN for the hills, New owners/ managers are rude and disrespectful!!!!

*Apologies for the long review...its been a long time coming & I have time today*My mother & I have been getting our nails done here since I was 14 (Im 22yo now). We absolutely LOVED it here and absolutely love Jenny! Jenny is quite literally the best & cant be matched doing acrylic nails.BUT NOW there is a new owner (Leslie) that is the most unorganized and disrespectful person weve ever met!When she first took over, we didnt think it would impact our love for this place, but every visit since has been absolutely AWFUL. Again NONE of the issues is any of the nail techs fault. It is quite literally the worst management Ive ever experienced!My last 3 visits were literally overshadowed by the fact Id have to wait 30+ minutes after my appointment start time to be serviced. Then Leslie would attempt to help and start on my nails. I will never allow her to touch my hands again! That was the most painful & uncomfortable experience of my life, and poor Jenny had to go back over all of my nails again to fix her noticeable (and painful) mistakes.Now, my mom has had the absolute worst experiences and has exercised the most patience Ive ever experienced simply because, again, we love Jennys work. But today was definitely the final straw! Leslie called my mom twice to reschedule her appointment because she double-booked Jenny, and mind you, this is not the first, second, or third time this has happened. Shes done this over & over again.My mom shows up for her appointment that Leslie asked her to be at for 12:00pm, and Leslie tries to tell her her appointment isnt until 1:00pm. Again, for this particular appointment, Leslie called to reschedule it TWICE from my moms original time of 1:00 so my mom changed her schedule and AGREED TO 12:00. So at this point, my mom is genuinely upset cause this has happened over and over again so she steps outside to cool off and finish up her phone conversation. While she is standing right outside the door, Leslie has the nerve to say OUT LOUD IN ENGLISH She is so stupid.The worst part is, I know this experience isnt exclusive to the two of us; and there is a noticeable difference in the way Leslie treats my mom & I. My mom is darker than I am while I am racially ambiguous to put it kindly. Ive seen and heard the way she treats varying races of patrons that come to the salon and its genuinely upsetting.I want to reiterate that this is no way a reflection of the amazing nail techs that have been working there longer than Ive been going there. I feel sorry for the fact that they have to work under such poor management.The metro area is full of nail salons, so this is one that will never see me again as long as that owner is running things.

This is my all-time favorite nail salon. I hardly ever get my nails done- when I do, its a real treat. I usually just pick a place I have a coupon to and hope its okay. Not anymore- I will make a special trip to come to Renaissance Nails. Its the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been in! The ladies are SO kind and friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. The deluxe pedicure is to die for- its worth every penny. The ladies really spend a lot of time on you and make you feel important. Ive never once had a bad experience there and have always been really pleased. Definitely my favorite nail salon!

Upon my visit to this salon, I found out that there has been a change in ownership. This has been my go to place for years now, and while the new management is a little slower, the quality and treatment is still the same if not better. I came in for a manipedi for my uncles wedding, and throughout I received so many compliments. Even under new management, Renaissance still kept up their quality of results and service. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because their current management is a little slow, but that is understandable as the new owner is probably still getting used to it.

Went there for the first time the other day. I told the staff I wanted a pedicure and acrylics. I even told them that I bite my nails so they didn’t have to do the acrylics if they were too short. You’d think they would be friendly and understanding about it, but instead the lady was pointing out my fingers to the other lady next to her and making fun of how short they were. I couldn’t believe how rude they were, so I’m never going back.

They were super nice and affordable. They let me stay 30 minutes after closing time and they worked well. An employee even ran out into the parking lot because I payed $1 extra. They had great service.

They fixed all of the previous nail salons screw ups perfectly! And for a perfect price. So polite and speak English very well. They point you in the best direction for you nails to stay healthy and happy! 100% recommend!!!

Ive been going to this place for more than 5 years and I love them. If you ever have an issue bring it to their attention and they will fix it right away (not that this has been an issue for me). Love them!

They do an excellent pedicure. Definitely recommend on that but I think they do lack on the amount of colors for sns and gel.

Ive visited this location 3 times each time Im given an excuse why they dont have time to service me instead of trying to service me. Poor customer service skills and not friendly at all. The others in the area are better serviced and friendly.

I went to have a filling and pedicure, the lady wanted to be so fast that she was hurting mi nails and when I told her she immediately said that she couldnt do my nails and got so angry at me. The manager instead of saying sorry or something, he just did my nails himself and then the pedicure lady cut mi skin and I said that I cant complain because its my fault if I say something. The thing I hate the most is that they always talk to each other in their language and of course they are not saying good things. Horrible experience, dont recommend this place.

Just a basic neighborhood nail salon, and they charge more than a few of the other salons nearby. Also, they always seem to be in a rush which makes the experience not as relaxing as it should be.

The gentleman that greeted me at the front was extremely nice and helpful. I was doubtful about which services to use and he guided me in the right direction without trying to upsell me. The place was quiet, clean, and relaxing, and I felt comfortable. The 2 young ladies that did my mani-pedi were great! They really took care of doing everything right and were very precise. I am very pleased and will definitely be going back!

I went to this place for pedicure and face wax. Usually the ladies are pretty okay but this time around she cut my finger while cutting my nails. I have been to this place for nail services twice before and this was the only time i got injured.Noe my face. Either the wax was not clean or the lady did a horrible job. After the waxing i got nast pimples all over my face. It was a horrible horrible experience. My face was red and patchy for a week. It took me a while to recover and so decided to write this review. I have added a few pictures of the aftermath but one can tell my face went through alot. I have had my face waxed before, a little redness is expected but this was just plain horrible. Needless to say i am not returning to this place and would suggest others not to go there either.i am trying to add pictures and either i dont know how or it wont let me. Anyway...be safe !
