Fabulous experience at Salon Greco! It is an absolutely beautiful salon! The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, bright and inviting. The entire staff is incredible, friendly, and truly makes you feel at ease. Cathy & Olga, the owners, are tremendously talented. You can see it not only in their work, and the conversations/trust they have with their clients, but also you can see their skills and knowledge being passed down to the next generation of stylists, as they teach their staff. This salon is like no other and truly offers a unique, and worthwhile experience. Would highly recommend!

Ari did an excellent job at correcting a bad balayage from a previous salon. She managed to lift my hair to the perfect color to compliment my skin tone. She also used products and techniques that made my hair feel softer and healthier even after the chemical treatment. The salon atmosphere is very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable in comparison to other salons. Everyone did a great job and made me laugh the whole time! Not to mention how affordable it was with great results! Ask for Ari if you want a perfect balayage!

I won a makeover from a contest that my husband nominated for so got to experience a full pampering at Salon Greco. I have curly/textured hair and after looking at their site and seeing the type of hair featured, I was nervous and convinced Id only ask for a trim. Once I got there and met Ari who did most of my hair I felt much more at ease. Her hair texture is almost identical to mine and its obvious she knows what shes doing. Ari and Amanda did my color which came out better than I imagined, and Ari helped me make my style more bold with a side buzz. I wish they featured more diverse clients and/or hair types on their site. Id also love if they carried hair products that are specifically made for textured hair, but Ari worked with what she had and I couldnt be happier!I also got a hand treatment from Tina that was heavenly - would highly recommend it! My hands felt sooo soft and the massage was amazing! The salon itself was super clean, and everyone from check in to style to check out was eager to help as they could. Id highly recommend checking them out to see if theyre a good fit for you. If you have textured hair, see Ari or Cathy! Amanda seemed knowledgeable about curly hair, too.Also forgot to mention Amanda did my makeup. I wanted a natural look with a little more dramatic eye. She did such a good job! Ari added on the lashes to finish out the look.

I had the chance to try the Greco Facial and a Swedish Massage. To say I experienced the epitome of relaxation would almost be an understatement. The environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing and perfect for a little me time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the spa itself offered an impressive line of high-end beauty products. My skin was glowing and instantly felt smoother after my facial and I havent been as relaxed as I was after my massage since before having children. I highly recommend Salon Greco for Spa and Salon needs. I did receive complimentary services in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

My nail technician, Cindy is very meticulous and makes sure my nails are perfect every time. I have never been disappointed with her work. You will spend longer than you would in a regular nail salon, but enjoying the spa-atmosphere and having some YOU time is so wonderful and worth every minute! I have been a customer of Cindy’s for 4+ years and I wish I had found her sooner!

I have been to Salon Greco a few times for massages and a facial. Each time was very relaxing and I always left super happy. Today was my first time receiving a massage from Daniel. OH. MY. GOSH. I feel like a brand new person! He is so skilled, professional, and very calming. I usually go about a year in between massages just because I get busy and don’t really prioritize them. However, I plan on making my visits much more frequent as long as Daniel is available!

Okay, where do I begin? When I lived in the Suwanee area, I had passed this place all the time when going to the pharmacy across the street or to the eye doctor and dentist behind their location and never once set foot inside. As a mom of four children, I hardly ever have time to myself and making time for myself is something that is almost impossible. Recently, my husband told me that I needed to have a day off and so (as weird as it felt) I did. I made plans to spend the entire day here and I dont regret it at all! Whitney was great with helping me get everything that I wanted booked and was extremely nice when I arrived. Everything was immaculate and nothing looked out of place. They even have a little questionnaire for you to fill out relating to COVID-19 to make sure everyone who comes in is safe and responsible. There are two areas to this place, the spa and the salon. I went to the spa side first. Ashly was amazing with the relaxation massage and nearly put me to sleep on several occasions and even made some suggestions to me about some techniques she could do for me to help me with the back pain that I have and my tilted pelvis - which is a huge problem for me since my right leg is an inch and a half longer than my left one. I saw Tina for a revitalizing facial and she was wonderful! I know for this one I couldnt wear a mask, but after seeing her room and her cleaning procedures before she started, I felt very safe with letting her touch my face. She also has the coldest room in the unit, it really does feel like youre in a doctors office or hospital room, so I had no concerns about the spread of microbes of any kind. When Tina was done, my face felt incredibly soft and looked like glass. Id never seen my skin shine the way it did unless it was super oily. Tina was also very helpful in giving me tips about what to use on my skin and how to keep my skins pH balanced to keep it clean, clear and under control. While my mask was sitting, I remembered something important... I hadnt talked to Whitney about how much this was all going to cost so I could plan for the payment at the end with no surprises. Tina was nice enough to go out and speak to Whitney for me and get everything summed up in a little bill she brought to me. When my facial was done, I had a bite to eat for lunch, which they ordered for me, had delivered and waiting for my facial to conclude. From there, I went over to the salon side and sat down with Tamra. Id never had a Balayage done before on my hair, so I was nervous and a bit excited to see how it turned out. Turns out I lifted better than we both thought I would. Got some really nice icy blonde streaks on the first go. At first, Id thought that I wanted something like razored layers cut into my hair, but I decided to see what Tamra had in mind. The end result was amazing and I still am very pleased with how it looks now. When my salon visit ended, I went back over to the spa where I sat down with Cindy for a manicure and pedicure. Cindy. Was. Great! I can see why shes got a lot of people wanting to come see her! She, along with the relaxing spa music, almost put me to sleep again with the hand massage she gave. I had chosen SNS for my manicure and was stunned when she told me that she could have given me tips if Id wanted them once the powder was on my nails. I honestly didnt even think to ask if she did tips simply because every other spa Ive gone to never does tips on your natural nail. The pedicure was very relaxing as well and was the perfect way to end my day.Long story short, for my first time in, I wasnt disappointed. I will definitely be back for all of the services Ive had, only probably more spaced out. Im currently in the process of talking my husband in to getting us signed up for the spa membership, which has a ton of perks that go along with it.The only con that I saw was that theres no option to tip when paying with a card. While I did spend a ton for this trip, Id love to be able to tap and tip when paying at the end of my visits. Totally recommend otherwise!

Ive gone to Salon Greco for over 10 years. The salon is beautiful and peaceful. Ive had massage, facials and other spa services and all were a wonderful experience. I dont have great hair but Cathie cuts and colors my hair and makes it look like I have more hair than I do! Love Salon Greco ... you cant go wrong trying any of their services.

Cathy is amazing! She’s the only person I had found who can do my hair the way I like it. My hair had been so healthy and strong since coming to her despite doing regular color treatments. I highly recommend!

Professional & friendly!I’m glad I discovered this place in Suwanee. I got their lunch time hair color and cut (in an hour) and love my hair. It looks healthy, it’s shinny & my cut is sassy!The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced but supper friendly. I even got a hand massage while my color was processing by one of their massage people. I’m going back to try their spa, which looks amazingly relaxing.Thank you for the pampering!

Love this place. It’s become like home. Been going since 2006. Been through 3-4 different hairdresser/stylists who were all great. I am now using Cathy and won’t be changing to anyone else. She really knows hair. She has taken such good care of my highlights through the years. And, we have truly become friends.

Cannot recommend this place. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. Confirmed my appointment leading up to it. Showed up on time, filled out the required paperwork, went on a tour, etc. Only to find out my stylist was running 15 minutes late. I was asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule. I said wait since I blocked the morning off for that appointment. 15 minutes goes by and Im told itll be at least another 15 minutes until my stylist arrives. They asked if Id like to wait or reschedule. At this point I think its a sign to leave. I left and never heard back from anyone there with an apology for your inconvenience, or could we offer you a discount on your next appointment or a free product. It was not a good first impression.

I got a facial from Monica on Saturday morning. She is very knowledgeable about the products she uses and has great recommendations for my skin care needs. I dont have to tell her what to do...she just knows! She is also a very personable lady and easy to talk to.

Ive been coming here for a few years and no matter who touches my hair, its always great! With that being said, Olga is the main stylist thats been taking care of me the longest. Everyone there makes you feel like youre their only client!Recently, they made at home root color touch up kits for prepay and curbside pickup so we wouldnt have to let our roots grow up while weve been social distancing! Mine worked a treat and I dont know where Id be without this amazing salon. I will always support them. 💗

Not the fastest but definitely the best! I booked hair removal with Erica. It was my first experience there. Very affordably priced and a very relaxing ambiance. I booked online, which is a must have for me. It took an hour and a half, which is 3 times as long as the other waxing sessions Ive been to but Erica is very thorough and detail oriented. She did a great job. I will definitely be back.

Yuliya is a fantastic hair dresser! Shes the only person Ive ever been to, that can cut long hair and keep it long. It always looks so good too, and the cuts are so good, they last a while, which I need because I dont go every month. I love her, and will never go anywhere else. Im so glad I found her.

My hair is naturally medium brown but I have been dying my hair blonde for a good 20 years. I have red undertones, so my hair turns super brassy. Every. Single. Time. It is very difficult to find a stylist that can get rid of it. So so so many have tried and failed, leaving me to go home and put on ol trusty wella T25 after spending big $$. Ive left salons with hot roots many many times.I came to Cathey after someone had left me with really bad hot roots (ie the roots dont match the rest of the hair... more yellow, brassy, etc). She fixed me up perfectly. Ive been coming to her since then.I like knowing that shes not going anywhere. Ive had a few good stylists over the years who dont disappoint, but they end up changing salons and no one will say where they went.In short, Im super satisfied with how well Cathey takes care of my blonde hair.

Thank you Salon Greco!!! I visited them on 6/5/19 & they seriously saved my hair! I have bleached, chopped, dried, fried, and did just about everything imaginable to my hair over the past few years. I went in last night for a simple trim, and boy did they make me look & feel beautiful! I recently decided to grow out the bangs Ive been rocking & dying my hair black and i was finally ready for a simple but bold change. After assessing my damage Lauren recommended an SOS deep conditioning treatment. Id never heard of this treatment and was hesitant due to the wonderful claims, but i was blown away! Its a two step treatment that literally brought my hair back to life! My hair was so soft and shiny, but even after washing it today its still super soft! After my treatment i sat down & explained that i wanted Bettie Page bangs & they understood exactly what i wanted! Lauren trimmed my hair & the owner Cathie even stepped in to trim my bangs to perfection! They both were so knowledgable about the products & how to style my new bangs! I wouldnt trust my new hair with anyone else! I even booked my next appointment with Lauren again! Seriously everyone, go see them theyll take great care of you!

Always such a great experience at Salon Greco! Melissa dyes my hair every 6 weeks and I’m always laughing the entire time. (If you love Bravo she’s your girl!) Izzy always helps out with the shampoo or blow out and is so sweet as well. I originally found this place based upon how well it was rated when I moved into town and have been going since and would never switch! Never have had service from the other ladies but they are all so nice whenever I’m there and leave their clients looking amazing! Highly recommend!!

I went to Salon Greco yesterday for the first time and had Julie do my color. I have to say that she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted for my color and made suggestions on the best way to accomplish my vision, and Im so glad I listened to her advice. My color looks fabulous and my hair feels silky and shiny. I already made my follow up appointment with her for six weeks out and Im thinking Ill make an appointment for a cut in about 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend the salon and Julie especially. It really is amazing how good you can feel when you have great looking hair!

I had a hydra facial with Erica. It was so relaxing and informative. Before we started, she gave me an excellent consultation and asked me what I was trying to obtain with my skin. As the service went along, Erica made sure to tell me what she was doing and how I would benefit from it with at home care. It was definitely one of the best facials Ive had. Will definitely be back to see Erica soon!

I have seen Greta for Shiatsu massage twice. She is the best masseuse I’ve ever had, and I don’t think I can go back to deep tissue now that I’ve had Shiatsu. This type of massage goes just as deep (if not deeper), but is not painful like deep tissue. After deep tissue massages, I always felt groggy and had a headache. When I leave Greta, I feel energized and refreshed.

I recently received a color service that was AMAZING! I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but after thorough consultation with the stylist, Hannah, we decided what color would be best for my hair type. I LOVE my hair color now. I get compliments all the time and my hair is healthier now even after color service! I am amazed. I will never go anyplace else!!

Cathie was the best stylist and colorist I ever had in the Atlanta area - bar none. Under the skilled leadership of Cathie and Olga, they grew their salon to be awarded Best in Gwinnett. People would regularly stop me and ask who styled my hair and where I had it done Because the color looked so natural, they were shocked to find that I had it colored as well. Cathie is an absolute artiste when it comes to color. I was sad to leave that great place when I moved to Florida. I highly recommend both Cathie and Salon Greco.

I broke up with my long time stylist and switched to Salon Greco after working with Melissa! While I prioritize keeping my hair healthy and current, I’ve never been one to enjoy the salon experience. With Melissa and the staff at Greco, I actually look forward to my visits. Melissa is a problem solver and always knows what to do to address any challenges I’m having with my hair. I also appreciate that she stays current on trends and can offer ideas when I feel like making a change. She’s realistic about what will work for my specific hair type and is conscientious about taking approaches that won’t cause damage. They all work together as a team to make sure you have a positive experience - Olga has jumped in to fix a crazy cowlick I get on my bangs more than once, and Izzy is fantastic as well. If you want to feel like you’re playing glam squad with your friends, you’ll enjoy the Salon Greco experience.

It was okay. I did the special Sunday deal, two services for $99, which is a great deal. However, my massage therapist was 20min late. Thats fine, I understand it happens, and he apologized multiple times. But then he didnt give me the full time. If I was late, I dont expect the full time, but when my therapist is late I do expect the full time. It was a good massage though. The hydrofacial was great, very knowledgeable esthetician. The whole atmosphere of the spa was nice but small, since its part of a salon/spa. I mentioned that I was cut short on my massage and the receptionist said she couldnt give me a discount since I already am doing the special. I understand that, but I wish they would have done something to make that situation right. So overall not super impressed, but not also not completely disgusted. A mediocre spa experience.

This is a really beautiful salon with an excellent staff of talented women (mainly women). They really do their part to make you feel welcome. I had a massage by Rickey and I highly highly recommend him if you are looking for a massage therapist. He gave me a per-workout massage, and I felt great for my workout and the rest of my day.

I have been getting facials from Erica for about a year now. She is simply amazing and seems to know exactly what my skin always needs! I’m pregnant and my skin has been a NIGHTMARE, she took care of me with a great facial yesterday and my skin is looking so much better! Highly recommend giving Erica a try!

Found Salon Greco through Groupon but will definitely be returning despite its considerable distance from my home. Today I had a manicure and pedicure with Grace, who did an exceptional job. She really took the time to care for my nails and cuticles, then did a meticulous job on the polish. Everything was hygienic and the private room was attractive and relaxing. Those quick, cheap services at the nail salons on almost every corner dont even come close to comparing with the level of service I received at Salon Greco.

This was the most enjoyable haircut experience Ive ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. My stylist, Melissa, cut my hair exactly how I asked and got me in and out in no time. Im definitely going back. I love my haircut!

Every time I go to the salon for my hair appointment, I am treated with so much warmth and genuine kindness. My daughter, husband and I go to this salon for our styles. Both of the stylists we use (Olga for Ken, Brittanie for my daughter and myself) are super sweet, funny, professional and extremely talented. They take great care in studying our hair, head shape, and listen to our experiences. Our cuts look great and when it grows out, its tamed. I generally get mine colored in some pretty wild colors and it always comes out spectacular and I am always getting compliments. Ive even had the opportunity to refer someone looking for a stylist that can cut pixies well. Overall, we, as a family LOVE this place.

I love, love Salon Greco! Their stylist are amazing, and I always get many compliments on my hair. Its clear that the stylists here are above par, even the junior stylists blow other salons out of the water. Really, my favorite place to go. Also love the relaxed environment and camaraderie between the employees, they really seem to be like a big family.

I have visited many spas for massages in the area, and Kenneth is the best in town and is very respectful. I would definitely refer Salon Greco and Kenneth to my friends and family.

These people are strictly out for your money and thats it. I come in every so often for eye brow waxing and they do it as quickly as they can and dont take the time to get it right without mistakes. One of the stylist got the hot wax in my hair and had to basically rip out. I am never pleased when I come here. I would especially not come for hair appointments. If yall want a good reliable salon, look in to Salon Doremi!! Its a wonderful place and always my go to! They have fabulous staff!

Today was my first time visiting this salon. They were able to schedule me very quickly for an all over single process color. The salon was very clean and the staff was all very professional. I was happy with my color and the price was right in line. They also have these awesome massage chairs while you have your hair shampooed which was probably my favorite part.

It was my first time at Salon Greco and I was nervous about getting my hair cut since I have very curly hair. Corrie did an amazing job with my hair. She did exactly want I wanted, she cut my hair in layers, used really good products for my hair type and blow dried it straight without any frizz.... I loved it!!

Ive been going for many years and am grateful for Cathie and Olgas knowledge and continuing education for different styles, product lines and trends. They ALWAYS make me look good 😊 and they keep an amazing staff.Today, I had a Day Spa experience as a gift and had a facial by Ericka, who did a fantastic job and my skin feels amazing. Lita gave me a one hour massage and adjusted techniques according to my situation (back and shoulder issues) and I feel fantastic! This was followed up by a hydrobath that I LOVED, it made the experience even better and my skin is thanking me for it!! And I have to say that Thao, who finished me off with a beautiful pedicure was a treat. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was able to have the wonderful experience of using the massage services recently when I stopped in to see if they happened to have any massages available that morning. I had just come from a place down the street where the massage therapist that I had made an appointment with never showed up :( It was my day off and I was so disappointed and a bit frustrated about that situation.Well I saw the Salon Greco sign, stopped in and it was my first time there. Upon walking in the door I could feel the tension roll off me. There place was so clean, so inviting. One of their therapists was able to give me a 30 minute massage and it was excellent!! I am so grateful for their professional and lovely atmosphere, very relaxing and friendly staff. I look forward to going back soon and getting an hour massage with this same therapist!

My husband bought me a gift certificate from a deal site. I was a little hesitant at first, but I had my hair colored and LOVED IT! The stylist was so nice, made me feel so comfortable during the entire experience. Also, she curled my hair better than any stylist (even my wedding hair stylist!). Will definitely visit this salon again!

Went here the first time many months ago while using a Groupon. The service Ive received from Emily has been fantastic! She is very thorough and stays up to date on trends. She is quick to recommend products that have helped me tremendously. Atmosphere is nice and the staff has been pleasant, thus far. I would definitely recommend this salon. Give Emily a call!

I recently moved to Suwanee and was dreading getting my hair colored by someone new. However, after reading such good reviews about Salon Greco on Next Door, I made an appointment with Cathie on a Sunday at noon. First of all--Sunday? I love that! Secondly, Cathie (the owner) was GREAT! She took the time to really talk to me about how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how it would look with my complexion and face shape, etc. I walked in with blonde/brassy hair that was fried and felt like cotton candy. It was terrible. Cathie not only added beautiful highlights and lowlights to my hair to make it look pretty and more natural, she gave me a great cut and did a SOS conditioning treatment on my hair as well. I walked out with beautiful, natural-looking blonde hair that is soft and silky! Im so happy I went to Salon Greco. I will definitely be going back!

We went to London in September & I got my hair cut there like I always do when I go overseas. Three months later it was time to get it re-cut. Olga did a fab job. Everyone liked my hair cut & acted like it was a new style that is how good Olga did. Its nice to know you can get a consistent cut every time.

Ive been a client for a long time. I love the atmosphere, the friendly, knowledgeable staff and overall great experience every time that I go. I know that I will be treated with respect, the stylist always discuss what I what to achieve at every appointment whether its keeping the same style/color or a completely different look.

I purchased a multiple deep tissue massage package and I have enjoyed every one of them. My massage therapist took the time to listen to my needs and also used his professional assessment and suggested other ways to help me. Service is always professional and courteous. I will continue with this company.

The spa section is a smaller area on the side of the salon with individual rooms, I wouldnt give the ambiance 2-thumbs up -- but I can overlook that because of the quality of the massage. Be sure to ask for Daniel T. I have tried different types of massages (Balinese, Thai, hilot or a Filipino massage) and Daniels massage type is pretty close to those top massages and almost always I end up asleep on the massage bed. This is my little treat every month and I always look forward to it.

I had a really cool stylist! However, when I got there I was told no bleach was allowed from the groupon purchase (was in the print they stated). I went back to see if that was true and there was no such thing in the Fine Print. The color swatch looked similar but the next day it was a whole shade off and I had corrected it (myself) with box color... Huge bummer....

I have been a massage client of Salon Greco for over 20 Years and I just had a massage with Rickey ! The best massage I have ever had at Salon Greco or any other spa in the United States. I absolutely loved my facial with foot rub by Olga. She made me go home with a glow that Lasted for over a week. Lasting results is a facial thats worth every penny. Ive had facials at the Ritz & Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach FL, also Westin in Savannah Ga. This was a long over due Mommy treat!

I have been going to Salon Greco for at least 4 years and am never disappointed! Ashley has been cutting my hair since the beginning and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. She is so talented, thoughtful and knowledgable. The only other service I have tried is a pedicure but I am certain that all of the services they offer are first rate.

Cathie and her dream team saved my hair - they literally work magic!Listen, my hair... its always been a problem. Its thick, coarse, wavy, and frizz-prone. Put on top of that the fact that it was totally fried from a bleach job from another respected, high-end salon (I paid almost $300 for this other salon to ruin my hair). Not only did my hair look like a literal rats nest, but I thought I was going to have to shave my head, so I avoided going to a salon again because I didnt want that or for anyone to make it look worse than it already did. I mean, really, I thought I was dreaming. I have dream hair now. The texture has completely changed to silky, tamed, GORGEOUS celebrity hair. I have been a client at Salon Greco for 17 years and it seems to me that the quality of service, atmosphere, level of professionalism and overall ingenuity of the staff and owners only ramps up exponentially with each passing year! Im not a traditional client in the sense that I ask for some very detailed, time-consuming, artistic, and challenging colors, cuts, and styles. Not only have I never once failed to have my vision for my hair realized at Salon Greco, Ive ALWAYS had my vision amplified and improved from my original idea. It is not immodest to call what Cathie Fennell does sheer genius. Or would that be shear genius? :) At any rate, they have also done up-dos and bridal hair for me that went far beyond any expectation I had set forth even in my innately OCD plans. There is nothing in the realm of beauty or personal care that you cannot go to this salon to address. Ive had massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, the works. Everything is top-notch, the best products, and the most innovative techniques. The staff is the jewel in this very decorated crown. You will never, ever find more dedicated professionals anywhere! If you dont go to Salon Greco for your personal beauty needs you are cheating yourself!!

This was my first visit to Salon Greco for spa services. I was a little surprised by the atmosphere of the spa. There were a lot of employees standing around so there was a lot of noise from them. Spas are normally very clean and this one wasnt dirty but just not in the condition that I was used to from other spas. The massage room was a little unusual in that it had a furry type of blanket and face cradle. It was just different compared to the spas I was used to. The employees all had piercings, tattoos, and unusual colored hair so it had more of a punk rock theme. Not my type of spa so I will not be going back.

As far as my chemical peel the service I received was great. It was the appointment that I originally had with them that was the problem. It was one of the first days we had bad weather and I was told when I confirmed my appointment that I would receive a call if they were to close. I drove an hour to get to the appointment since no one called me to let me know they were closed. They had my email address since that is one way they confirm appointments but no one bother to send me an email regarding the close. I also called the main number and it seemed business as usual with no mention of being closed. There was another client there as well who had an appointment and had not been notified as well. That is poor customer service - someone should have contacted all of their clients that day to let them know they were closed. For that reason I will not go back there. I also wrote them an email and no one responded to my complaint which I also find irresponsible.

This salon and spa is the jewel of Gwinnett. I was given a recommendation to see Cathie and I was thrilled with her knowledge and skill. She talked to me about my hair challenges and explained why I was having such a hard time with my hair before she made recommendations for what would look good on me. I love my hair naiw and I love the salon. Then I got a tour and fell in love with the spa! I already booked a facial and a massage and cannot wait to get back int there and relax. What a lovely place.

Greta is amazing, I highly recommend her...she is very knowledgeable and gives a great massage. I have had lots of massages over the years and this rates as one of the BEST!!!

Way overpriced. There is one layer on top of my hair that is choppy and way too short, it just stands out from the rest of my hair. The whole haircut was almost 90 dollars! I said I wanted the layers to allow me to still braid my hair but there’s no way I’ll be able to braid my hair for atleast a year. I have to heat style my hair every day, which is way too much for a teenager to be doing. I know what good layers are like and these are definitely not good layers.

When I got to Monica, I got the Royal treatment!!! She was very good, knowledgeable, and suggested a treatment plan for me at home to help maintaince my facial treatment. I was very excited when my husband bought me a gift certificate here for our wedding anniversary. I went in to make the appointment and did not have a good first impression. Not that the woman at the counter was mean or anything I just got the you dont belong here vibe I was nervous about going to the appointment after that. It was my first time getting a massage and Daniel was great! He made me feel welcome and was very professional. When it was time for the hair the woman who I got seemed very unfriendly from the start. I came in with wanting a pretty big change. I wanted a shorter cut all one length. As soon as I told her that, she said that is so not in and I wouldnt do it. In the end she suggested taking a little length and adding lots of layers. It did feel lighter and has more volume which is what I was looking for. During the 2+ hours of the appointment I tried to make small talk and still just felt the unfriendly out of place vibe from her. She was extremely friendly with other clients coming in so I did take it personal and get the you dont belong here vibe again 24 hours later I am just feeling sad about the experience. I still feel like I wanted a shorter style and am left feeling like my money was wasted. Its not that the cut and color were not done well, I actually love the color just wanted something shorter. The most she said to me was was at the end trying to get me to make a six week appointment, which I did not do. Overall disappointed with my experience. The other stylists seemed extremely friendly which made me even more disappointed that I did not find someplace That could become consistent.

I had an impulse to chop my hair short so i took chance with a Groupon deal while I was visiting Atlanta. I was nervous to make the appointment, the receptionist scheduled me with Katarina (spelling might be wrong), she is one of the owner...and she was amazing!!!!She actually had a conversation with me about my hair before we begin. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went over my hair texture and how she would cut it to achieve what I wanted. Her style was great, extremely knowledgeable and skillful. The result was phenomenal! I think I have just found a new hair style that completely complement my face. I strongly recommend anyone to try this place out if you are so lucky to live in their vicinity. Thank you!

Disappointed. Hair Cuttery quality with salon prices. I asked for a bob with the hair underneath slightly shorter and I got the exact opposite. My hair is longer underneath and longer in the back. There is nothing more frustrating than knowing youre going to have to pay to have your hair fixed somewhere else.

This is the only salon where I would feel completely comfortable having any of the stylists do my hair. Wonderful cut, wonderful color every time. Also, my favorite place for massage.

I had a gift card, so I went and pampered myself with a fresh hair cut. Staff was super friendly and the place was clean. It was a nice treat!
