Love this place. Maggie did my sns French nail. Perfect nail shape and good quality. It already a week ago but still like new. Absolutely come back again. Staff here also nice. They do suggestions and completely understand what you want. :)

I recently moved to Suwanee from Stockbridge and was looking foe a clean, professional location to provide consistent, great service. I was driving down the street looking for a shop that was open after breaking a nail during my move. This was one of the first shops I saw and I decided to give it a try. They did not disappoint! If I could give them 10 stars I would! The ladies here are very professional and excellent at their craft. I have found my new home for all things beauty!

Can’t get enough of my nails from Galaxy Nail & Spa 😍😍 They’re incredibly professional and kind. Zoe, who did my pedicure, was such a sweetheart and a joy to talk to. Eileen did the base of my extensions/tips with SNS and was super kind and chill. Maggie, who’s knowledgeable about nail art and design, finished it off with this beautiful, simple nail art fit for my upcoming wedding. They’re highly meticulous and care for your feedback and requests. Definitely coming back!!

I have been to many different places to get my nails done but this place is so different in the way that they care for their clients and the way that they do your nails! My nails turned out to be SO MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED! Really recommend coming here!

This place is so nice and clean. It is under new ownership. The best part is they hv such a great team who all take pride in providing service. Maggie the manager is very customer friendly. Joey and Helen are super nice and take their time in doing pedicure. Not only the place is clean, their prices are very competitive.My wife comes for nail repeatedly and has never complained.Try yourself, you will not regret!!

I wanted to love this place because it’s very close to my job. I showed them the picture and they said they could do it. This is the outcome. I asked them to redo it and my nail tech stomped her feet in front of the manager, Maggie. That has never happened to me before. Very rude and unprofessional.

Ive known Maggie and Eileen for years and have been following them around to get my nails done if they dont work too far away simply because I love the quality of work they offer -- my nails last forever! They dont break or chip. So really, its a one-time investment and I save a lot of money. Now, my favorite nail ladies opened their very own business and to say Im excited for them is an understatement. Over the years, Ive had gel, pedi and mani, design, and SNS done by these two girls, and I am delighted with their service. They are sweet people who work hard and care about their customers. Go see them, ladies. You wont regret it!

I wanted to get my tips&hard gel removed and the employees looked like they don’t know what to do. They didn’t drill it good enough to take it off and just poured alcohol on my nails and skin. I felt like my skin was burning so I told them to stop, and thats when they started to drill it off. My skin is so dry now and my nails are bending very easily. It took almost 2 hours to get a gel soak off done this is ridiculous. After the staffs has changed the service is so poor. Will not be back.

Came here with my older sister and grandmother, my grandmother was kind enough to pay for all of our nails. When she left, my mom came to get her nails done and the staff claimed that my grandmother didn’t pay enough (which is false) they were mad that my grandmother didn’t tip them. She paid them over $200 and they didn’t even give my sister what she wanted because they claimed it was too hard which is not true because the nail tech did a similar design for me. She ended up getting something that she didn’t want because the nail tech didn’t feel like taking the time to do something more complex. Her nails were rushed and done poorly because they were trying to get to another client and they took over 4 hours to do all 3 of our nails. My younger sister went there with my mom the same day and waited for an hour and no one did her nails even though she was there way before the other clients walked in. She was ignored because they decided the other clients were more important and they were mad about not receiving a tip on mediocre work. I used to love coming here, and I always tipped but the staff has changed and the quality is horrible. Customer service was awful. Will not be back.

Emma is awesome and will do any design you can think of. They have many more colors to choose from than most nail places including cat eyes. Worth trying!
