I like this shop and the nail techs. It just seems like I can never get in there cus they are either closed (Tuesdays) or they dont take you if you come too late (too close to 7pm, their current temporary hours.) The Google hours were never updated with their new hours and I kept forgetting that and showing up when they were closed. I personally submitted the new hours to Google and got them approved and updated! Anyways, the services are great. Hopefully I have helped future customers by getting their hours updated here on Google.

Lilly was fantastic. She gave me what may be the best pedicure I’ve ever had. It was my first visit here and I will definitely be going back.

It was an ok experience they where sweet and okay with a last minute appointment in a Sunday. But the pedicure was not great could have done a way better job. Dont think ill be back

After 18 years of faithfully going to the Nail Club we will sadly never be back. My Mom is 88 and she had her first ever manicure here at 75, my Dad who died two years ago would even go with us. The former owner Julie was amazing! It has not been quite the same since she sold to the new owner however we have still faithfully gone back as it was just our place to go with lots of good memories. The last time we were there one of the women who work there that we have always loved was not very nice to my Mom. Today I popped in the make an appointment and the owner very nicely told us to come back in 45 minutes, we ran to Kroger really quick but returned at :07Minutes after 4:00 rather than 4:00 on the dot, they had already taken someone in my place which I understood and I was just going to let my Mom get her nails done. Kit, the young woman we have always liked yelled my name from the back of the salon and said very rudely “Roxanne, you are late”. This was just the last straw! Such rudeness!! So after 18 years we left and went to any other nail salon who also recognized my Mom from the one other time we had gone there. She was so kind! Wow what a difference.

I just Keep looking over my nails. Every time I go Here no matter who does them they look PERFERCT! This time, she outdid PERFECT . They’re WONDERFUL THEYRE GORGEOUS THEYRE SO GOOD.! They’re hombre too she did such a good job. I’m gonna go back and tip her extra cause the more I look At them, the more gorgeous they are.

Really enjoyed my visit!! The technician explained everything she was doing. It was reassuring. I got a Manicure and SNS. Left satisfied!! Will be going back!Place is small and intimate which I like cause other nail spots rush the work to get to other clients.

The ladies here are super sweet and they did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. I loved the parrafin wax on my feet. I will definitely be back!

Im from charlotte nc and just moved here. I got my nails done at Suwanee Nails first and they were horrible. I asked for coffin and got bubbles so I was reccomended to Nail Club and to see Lily. She was welcoming as soon as I walked in. The place was a little dark so I was nervous but they had created a nice relaxing environment to where I almost fell asleep a few times. They were very clean and offered a bunch of services. The prices were higher than north carolina Carolina Im very pleased with the service and my nails. I will be back.

I had to request that another manicurist do my nails because the one assigned to me was too busy playing on her phone. Neither she or management apologized. Also, my french pedicure lines were crooked, and I had to ask them three times to fix it. I am extremely disappointed. Horrific customer service! I will not be back.

I just left the place and Im very upset, I asked the lady which is the owners sister to do coffin style, I told her that I didnt like the way she was doing it and she pretended not to understand english. Very unprofessional not recommended.
