I had attempted numerous times to cancel my membership with this gym in vain. They fully took advantage of the fact that I had relocated to a different state and would not cancel my membership. I had to pay over a years worth of payments without going to the gym. Ultimately, I asked my bank directly to void all payments with this gym and 3 months later, I find out my account has been transferred to a collection agency. REALLY? Last ditch attempt to take more money? Please do not sign into a membership with this gym.

Its very nice gym .clean organized .they are very helpful .people are friendly .me and my wife enjoy going there.we go there 5 times through out the week.

I recommend Anytime Fitness! The gyms are very clean! And the classes are super fun! The owner is so helpful and very nice!

John & his staff do a great job keeping supplies stocked & the facility clean. I requested that they add a rowing machine & 6 months later, there it was.I am continually impressed by the good people here, and I would like to encourage you to get your health on track at AnyTime Fitness Suwanee.

I visit many Anytime Fitness locations. This one is a good location. It is pretty large, and there is plenty of space except for the free weight area which is pretty small. They only have one power rack and one Smith machine, which are about 3 inches away from each other. It is very awkward to use one while someone is using the other, and a wrong move could easily result in bumping into a moving barbell. There arent really any negatives other than the extremely loud music (a complaint common to all AFs). Id recommend it.Edit: They changed the weight room layout, it is now much better.

Everytime Im in town I come to this gym, always clean, updated equipment, spacious bathrooms (youll be surprised some Ive visited) and large variety of machines.

Ive learned to eat, and Ive found out ways to workout that ive never been apart of before. Its a great place to work.

Customer Service is very bad, called several times to cancel the service have left multiple voice mails with no reply. Also, visited the location couple of time theres no office manager or a sales person who you can interact with.

Last time I when 2 weeks o so ago they have workers fixing something inside and I couldnt take the noises of the drilling anymore and left after 20 minutes 😠. If they need to fix something should put a sign notice is not a rocket science.
