I’ve been going here since 2015 before I knew how to do anything gym related. Good people here and management has always been very kind and considerate! I’ve lost my key twice and they have replaced it free of charge just because I’ve been such a loyal member 😇 always love the amount of sports I can watch and the facilities are always clean and smells like fruity pebbles here maybe that’s just me. I’ve also have used my membership at the Destin Florida location so the perk of being able to go to any location is pretty cool at no extra cost. Probably gonna go here forever unless I move somewhere without a 24/7

Ive worked in the gym industry for some time now, but this place takes the cake. You get this euphoric feeling right when you walk in due to the space. The atmosphere there is amazing too. I get the best pump when I visit this gym. Hands down best gym in Suwanee. Good job guys!

In terms of price and quality, I haven’t seen anything less expensive that doesn’t also lack something. It has plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The environment is relaxed and doesn’t feel cramped even at peak hours.

Low-key gym in a kroger plaza. Decent equipment and 24 hour access. Dont expect any amenities like pool, sauna, basketball etc. You get what you pay for. People are friendly. Staff are helpfull.

Ive been going to this Gym for awhile now. Moving from Sandy Springs to Lawrenceville was an adjustment.  Reason why I keep coming to this gym is the staff is very  personalable, genuine,  and friendly. Kayla my personal trainer is the best. Even if Im having a bad day she there  to keep my head straight up and gives me great advice to deal.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried SOOO many times to get started working out at a bunch of different places but failed every single time. After signing up at this gym with the idea that I’d probably end up being a silent investor, Jeff (manager) reached out to me. Once I got there, I saw how great this place is. Deb greets every person with an amazing smile and full of joy. She’s the best! Kayla is a fun, outgoing person who will not let you slack! Jeff is a great motivator who will push you while encouraging you. This awesome team will make sure you get your money’s worth while creating a FUN atmosphere. They truly care about your fitness journey. I just completed 6 months of personal training with Jeff, and signed up for another 6. In just 6 months, I saw huge changes in my body and strength, and I’m fully comfortable using each machine- completing (and exceeding) the goals I wanted when I first signed up. I feel so much more confident in myself, and these people saved my physical and mental health. These next few months, I stated my new goals, and I’m truly confident that they will be achieved.It’s a rare thing when a group of people (and gym) seriously change your life. This is a gym with any equipment you need, while keeping a family atmosphere. It’s amazing to see how they will greet each person, remembering their names, and encouraging a life changing experience. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I love it here! Jeff is AMAZING! The guests are friendly and don’t cause any trouble. The gym is small but that’s not a concern for me when the service there is great. Items and equipment are kept clean as well!

I went in to check the place out and the staff (Jeff & Kayla) Lawrenceville/Suwanee location, were very professional and informational! They immediately put me at ease and I absolutely had an amazing workout. The next day I brought my wife to check it out and we both enrolled. Awesome Gym and close to home.

Ive been with this gym since 2014 and was so impressed, I bought two years full membership. Their ULTRA FIT program was designed by a Mr. USA and has me down 40 lbs and still counting. The personal trainers are certified and very supportive. I see their other clients getting good results as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. I chose this place for convenience however I ended up really lucky and got a damn good gym with an excellent staff.

Great place to work out. Everything always works correctly. Great equipment facility and got to love the Hydro massage after the end of a work out. Very clean. Friendly members. We have a family membership.

Gotta say Im fortunate that this gym is walking distance! Equipment is in awsome condition, the facility is very well maintained, and orginized. The Staff is welcoming, and there are plenty of options for workouts with such a variety of equipment. Just wish people would stop stealing stuff from the box by the squat rack, had a solid leather belt and wraps but what can you do. Overall great gym!

I do appreciate the location but honestly I’m wondering why I have a membership here anymore because I originally got it because they were open 24/7 now not so much the case and it’s disappointing because my schedule doesn’t align w the new hours of operation I wish they would go back to normal hours of operation

Biggest crooks and bs artists! Signed up specifically for body training services, after loosing upwards of 37 lbs on my own. They fired their trainer and replaced him with an actual body builder, but was NOT licensed and gave me every excuse while blaming it all on the company, however the apple doesnt fall too far from tree. The owner (Mark) lied to us while stringing us along each month for monetary gain. Excessive unauthorized charges against our account, while blaming it on their accounting firm. Extremely dishonest. I can concur with all the others whom have had an equally bad experience, but of coarse the owner will have an excuse as with all the others. Did NOT get refunded as rebttaled. Lost a lot of money. Owner is greedy, a cheat and a liar! Do your wallet and yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Decided to stop by to get signed up for the trial membership. Staff gave a nice tour and explained the special they currently had running for memberships.Great looking facility, tons of equipment, and clean! I got the 7 day trial and decided to back to workout a different day. I was told to come back during staffed hours for my trial. When I showed up it was a Thursday at 6pm (they are staffed until 8pm), the door was locked and I could not get in. I then tried calling and no one answered the phone. I waited around for 5 minutes and still nothing. This was a pretty poor experience for my first time there. Strongly reduced chance of getting the a membership after that. I was very disappointed.

Ive been coming to this Gym since I moved to Atlanta not too long ago. Though Ive been a member of their Ooltehwah Tn location longer. I have to say now that Ive to two locations I am thoroughly impressed with the consistency of the Gyms cleanliness. All of the equipment is in working order and its never too busy either. Its a nice smaller yet space efficient gym unlike Golds gym or Planet Fitness. The only downside I have to say is the rate at which some of the wet whipe dispensers are re-flled though there is always some sort of cleaner available regardless.Overall its a nicely priced community gym for people whos lives are busy.

Best gym Ive been to. Reasonably priced with a knowledgeable and friendly staffed. Its my home away from home. For just 15$ a month I can workout any time of day or night and visit any location so I can stay for when Im out of town!! So love this place!!

This is Dalton, the General Manager, here with an update on our Suwanee location, in response to a couple of reviews on here. We now have a squat rack! We have had one since February of 2017. We are always adding new equipment to help our members be able to have diverse workouts. New pieces of equipment include the squat rack, kettle bells, resistance bands, jump ropes, and even a zumba step up box, with more to come! As far as the people who say that we over-charge credit cards.. The only time your card will ever be charged more than your monthly dues is if there isnt enough money in your account the day your dues are owed. Then our financial company will add a processing fee which will be charged in addition to your monthly dues. All we ask for is more personal communication, and we will gladly help with any issues you may have as a member here. Were always striving to be better, and your feedback is much appreciated.

The staff members here are awesome! Dalton the General Manager is very friendly and strives to make you feel like you are part of a family. It has all the equipment you need to get a good workout in. I highly recommend.

At first it was good except they are too pushy about the diet. Then Joe the head trainer fired my trainer and took all her clients. Then after a year or so Daniel the gym manager tells me I need to renew my membership. I remembered i was good until this November and told him so. He stated that it was already done at which time I informed him that the charge had better not end up on my credit card. When I got home it was on my card! I called the credit card company and told them to stop the transaction. This is fraud! I then got a call from Joe trying to pressure me into extending my membership. I ended up firing him.. This is the biggest bunch of con men I have run across. Do not join.

We have recently undergone new management and the old manager is no longer with us, and for quite sometime now neither are the Ultra Fit trainers. Although we do have our own Workout Anytime personal training. I personally, along with my coworkers, clean this gym daily, wiping down machines, taking out the trash etc. We are a family friendly gym who will work with you and try to save you the most money and yet still become a part of the Workout Anytime family. Rarely do I have to wait for a machine. Though they lack machines many other locations have, what theyve managed to cram in there is sufficient. Staff is friendly. Recommended if you need a moderately priced gym that isnt closed on holidays. Thats right. I can work out on Thanksgiving and Christmas. 👍👍

I cancelled my services in september. A month after my year. I still had to pay for that month and a cancelation fee. Now I have still been charged for the last 2 months and I cant get anyone on the phone or to respond to emails. I dont live close enough to just pop in and talk to someone. This is a common issue with them from others. Its theft and I want my money back.

Hands down favorite gym. Ive been to other gyms and did not feel comfortable. I really like this place. It is clean, affordable, mgmt is awesome

My experience here is good. The staff is friendly, kind, and responsive to their clients. The machines are well maintained and in good condition. Im a fat guy and have stayed away from these types of places due to embarrassment. I dont ever feel ashamed to be here!!!

Great gym with almost everything you pretty much need to train or workout. Only reason I give it 4 instead of 5, is theyre missing a conventional squat rack and that can matter to serious bodybuilders but besides that, theyve got enough equipment. Nice staff, $15 a month and you can workout whenever, I love it.

Just as my dad warned me about with any gym, there were hidden fees. I woke up yesterday morning to a notification from my bank that I am more than $200 overdrawn. When I went in to the gym to inquire about the hidden fees, they explained to me that they do that to make more profit and they showed me a contract that they had pasted my electronic signature on, a contract I had never seen in my life. Avoid this gym at all costs.

Everything I want in a gym. Clean and friendly with great equipment!

Its alright. They dont have a lot of equipment like squat racks, but it has enough. Its focus is too much on machines really, and I wouldnt recommend the personal trainers. Very expensive with very little results and very little work put in to the workout. Work out on your own, develop your own workout plan, come often and workout hard. If youre coming here to loose weight, do a combination of free weight, watching your diet and some cardio. If youre here to gain muscle dont use machines. At all. Trust me. Look it up on google about how machines screw with your muscle stablizers. Use cable machines, leg press, barbells and dumbbells and so on. Dont ever touch the smith machine until hopefully one day they replace it with a squat rack. If youre a serious lifter, either buy your own equipment, get creative, or go to a different gym because it will be difficult to hit the big lifts to your fullest potential like the back squat or overhead pressOverall this place is meh. It has less than the bare necessities but not so little that you could just buy it all yourself.

The facilty has eveything i need to do mt workout.I really like the staff they were great with everything and anything i needed.They had a lot of knwoledge about all the equipment.I cant think of anywhere else i would rather go and i been to several gyms.
