Open 11-5 on Sunday yet they lock the doors from 3-4 for their lunch break?!? She opened the door and snipped at us before slamming it shut again. Annoying, inconsiderate, and extremely rude employees.

We were having data overage problems. A trip to Verizon solved our problems thanks to the fantastic Priscilla! Not only did she help us with our problem, she continued to help explain how to use our phones. And signed us up for the rewards program. Big kudos to her.

Absolutely awesome experience at this store. Went to my original store and was told a 60 minute wait to have a screen changed out. A walk in person from another store helped me on his day off and was more than helpful. Kudos to all of you at this store.

My husband and I are more than a little bit technically challenged. The entire staff worked with us both to complete our purchase of new phones cases and a tablet. The district manager came in and helped us as well. He had to go to another store to get two of the items we needed. Esmi and Natalie helped so much that I am certain we would not have made this purchase if not for them. With their help, we were able to understand things better and we ate so pleased with all our purchases

I went to the store not knowing exactly what I wanted but Alejandro helped me pick it out just the right phone. He was very helpful and patient with me and after I made a decision he also made sure to transfer all my files and apps and everything I needed from the old phone to the new phone. Because of a young man by the name of Jason I have now experienced the best possible customer service/sales transaction that I believe anyone could experience. He was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, courtious and made sure my new phone had all my personal information in it and was ready to go. He answered all my questions and offered many important tips. Ive been to this location twice and is the only place I will go. They are helpful, friendly and know what to do to make things work. I wish I would have found then before I purchase my phone a year ago.

Slow slower and slowestI cracked my screen protector and went to the store only to have to wait an hour and a half to even talk to someone. They then told me my phone was out of warranty even though I was told the screen protector had a lifetime warranty when I bought it. They told me I needed to pay $80 for a new one which is beyond rediculous. I refused and they said they would call me in a couple of days with a better price after they look around. A week later, no call. They are worse than bad. Steer the hell clear.

I called into the store to see if they had a certain phone in stock and the gentleman said that they did. I went in and asked if they had one and the gentleman checked the inventory and said they did. He went back to go get it and said that the one they had in stock was not for sale because it was on hold for the manager to buy. If this stores manager is more concerned with their own wants rather than the customers, then this speaks volumes for this companys ethics. I will not be back and will always shop at a corporate Verizon location.

I worked with Michael and a few others here a few weeks ago over an issue I was having with my newly upgraded phone. These guys are awesome! He was a big help in understanding the problems I was facing, and even walked me through upgrading the hotspot I use for work. Keep up the great work!

First time in this store came in because I saw it had good reviews turns out it’s all a lie.,Came in for a simple question about an upgrade the customer Rep named Natalie was very rude RACIST and straight up lied to my face would not be back, and wouldn’t recommend nobody of color to come here ever I only gave it 1 star because it didn’t allow me to comment without . I came in just browsing, but mainly I wanted to see if someone could sync my phone with my car. Minja was so polite and helped me. I have an oxygen tank which was running low on battery, Minja hooked it up to a charger and let me sit in the back while I came to. I ended up getting an iPhone which Minja went over with me in great detail. She downloaded everything for me and then even came out to my car and fixed my UVO for me which no one else could do! She was so great and I am so satisfied with her. She went above and beyond and I am so excited about all of new products. She told me I could come back for a lesson any time. Best time Ive had at a Verizon store EVER.
