Horrible experience stay far far away.Tawny was rude very unprofessional. In these COVID times no sales people wearing masks.Go to the store on Litchfield and Bell. You may have to wait a little while but they are the professionals.

The people in this location are absolutely awesome! I bought a new phone through the Verizon website and had nothing but trouble from the ordering to getting the phone activated. I called this store and they said I did not need an appointment and to come over anytime.Once we got there, Ricky was so kind and helpful. He and the staff turned around what had been an awful experience. If I could give this location 10 stars I would.In the future I will skip the on-line shopping and go directly to this location! Thank you Ricky for taking such good care of us.

Spacious store with visible displays and somewhat eager sales staff. But they were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I cant say that I received the best recommendations ever, but it was nice to have an actual person to help with the transaction.

I went to this store because of issues with a one month old phone. Hands down the best service EVER. Mike, the manager informed me about why I was having the issues Id been experiencing. I went in to get a new screen saver. I got the spiel of a newer phone. I was seriously thinking about it when his phone rang. He didnt excuse himself or say I need to take this important call. After a few minutes I had to leave. I had a bzy day. Ill go back. Sorry I didnt get to say Ill be back. I live far so I usually have a large list. Next time, Ill have more time. Thank You.

I have been online shopping for an iPhone 12pro + and became very discouraged with the unavailability of the phone or the poor customer service reviews of other stores in my area. I happened upon this store while out shopping and decided to go in and see what was available. To my surprise they had the exact phone I wanted and the service associate Martin was excellent in setting up my phone and transferring all my data. Wow!! After working with Mike (the manager), Jerremy (from Boston) and Malakeh (with the great nails) at Cellular Sales, I will never visit a regular Verizon store again. They got me in super quick and handled all my (phone) issues with ease. I wasnt getting messages, needed my new watch activated and was unable to get my bfs new iPhone set up. Mike clicked here and clicked there and BOOM they were all up and running!! Everybody was super friendly and helpful. I am now broke so hopefully I dont need any devices soon but they will be my go to for cellular needs. Thanks for all the help!

He was outstanding to deal with and took care of my issue immedately which was such a reflief having spent hours with verizon on the phone. I have to comment on my experience working with Mike and his team. These are some of the most professional and experienced reps that Ive work with in the cellular phone industry. I got an awesome deal on my phone and enjoyed every second that I spent in their warm and welcoming environment.

I absolutely regret going to this location to pick up my online order. I arrive to find all associates busy which was not a big deal because I planned for it to take me 30-45 minutes just in case, after a couple minutes an associate signs me in. And after 20-25 minutes I finally get help but only to find out there was a problem with my order so what do they do....tell me to wait a couple minutes “while we fix it”. But see they weren’t fixing it Jose was fixing a previous customers problem first which was fine too. My issue was while I was waiting all the other store associates were helping all customers who arrived after me! I was there 2 HOURS...for an online order pick up!!! While waiting I called Verizon Customer Service hoping they could investigate and resolve the issue on their end for me but ofcourse they couldn’t but they gave me more specifics on the issue and it appeared that even though I had a chat assistant create my online order somehow the “terms and conditions” was not accepted. I remember accepting it and vocalized it to the store associates but Tawny an employee I had noticed throughout my wait talking in a condescending tone and rude attitude made a point to say I was wrong. Hmm...this is your customer service? Employees who have no proper abilities to talking to upset customers? I recommend anyone to take your business to the Litchfield and Bell Rd store. I have been there before and their employees are respectful and polite. UPDATE: 1/21/2021- I requested a call from them and they haven’t called me back, I even filled out there survey they emailed which asked if I wanted a call back....obviously they have no intention or interest to correct their horrible customer service. Also note how suspiciously after my negative review some positive reviews were posted from “new” google reviewers. This place is so shady!!

Matt has helped me more than once. After two absolutely awful encounters with Verizon Corporate, (including this current time), Matt worked tirelessly with us and at the expense of missing out on some sales. He hung in with us and made sure our issue was satisfactorily resolved. All for no gain at that moment on his part. I will return for upgrades.(It should be noted that I was extremely angry with Verizon Corporate and was researching AT&T while sitting in this store. The only reason Im still with Verizon is because of Matt)

Awesome experience with Mike. We had transferred from Sprint to Verizon. Our original orders were done online. We had been through many hurdles trying to have our phone numbers imported and become active. We had come to Mike three times for assistance in working out our issues. Mike has been extremely patient, understanding, and kind. We highly recommend coming to this store if anyone needs help.

I purchased a Iphone 11 from Mike Romero. I asked him to match the price I had found at Costco for $20 less, pus a rebate of $150 for my old Iphone 7. After checking w his supervisor, he said he would. I have called 3 times and written a letter. After four moths and multiple calls, I have not received the entire credit, for returning my old phone. Not too happy about this. I hope he will call back and take care of it.

After days of frustration & that location of NO help I decided to visit the 16487 Bell Road location & what a wonderful experience it was! Kody was the best! He was helpful, kind & patient! He explained the processes he was doing & accomplished what I had tried to get from the other location. He was the best guy ever at this location!
