I recieved a massage as a gift. Unfortunatly no one in the facility was masked. When I asked the massage therapist if she was vaccinated she said she was not and was surprised I asked. No vaccine and no mask and giving a massage? We are still in pandemic by the way. When I got up from my massage there was a air purifier in the corner I hadnt seen and it wasnt turned on. Again, still in a pandemic. Shame on your company. We need to keep your staff and clients safe.

I booked a 30 min reflexology treatment for myself and a facial for my wife. My reflexologist was Monique. She first listens to my concerns and then focused on those areas in my feet and also massaged my lowers legs. My feet and legs felt great after the treatment. I had no more pain in my feet or legs! My wife had a facial from the aesthetician Stephanie. Although she is new to Lavenders, my wife told me Stephanie asked her questions about her skin so that she knew what type of facial treatment to give her. My wife told me it was the best facial she has ever had. Her skin looked bright and smooth. We certainly will be going back soon. Keep in mind that this spa is very busy so you need to make sure you book your appointment a few weeks in advance. It is worth the wait.

My husband and I have been receiving massages at Lavender’s Day spa for over 15 years. My adult children also now treat themselves to massages at Lavendars with their significant others. The owner is absolutely amazing and very friendly. She definitely has a passion about all the services that Lavender’s provides. She is always coming up with new and up toDate wellness services. She is always willing to share her knowledge and excitement with you.The massage therapist are the best. I have never once walked out not feeling refreshed. I work in the medical field in a hospital and I am always on my feet and for long hours and using my back for patient care. These massages really do help me relax and reset. I will continue to always use the service that Lavender’s offers.P.S. You have to try the Cryotherapy. It is amazing. I can’t wait until my next appointment to do it again. My body felt to refreshed especially being sick.

I love this place so much! I can’t get enough of the super sauna, hocatt, and cryotherapy machines! They give me so much energy and make me feel so good I’m obsessed! I got a massage too and it was amazing I can’t wait to get more!

My wife and step-daughter had a terrible experience at this place. They arrived early for their appointment and were told that they missed the appointment by 20 minutes. The staff told them they could still use their remaining 40 minutes. So they did. Then the steamers did not work. At the end they got charged full price. I wont be booking any more appointments.

My friend and I enjoyed Swedish Massages here. I had to call a few times to book an appointment, because their phones were acting funny during a remodel and my messages werent returned. The remodel was the same reason that was sited when we waited in an empty room for a few minutes before being greeted. I am sure it will be lovely when they are finished! The space is very large with lots of rooms, both of us had skilled masseuses & all staffed members were very nice. We agreed that it was a good value & would be open to returning in the future.Heads up that the $10 aromatherapy charge is to put a scent in the diffuser only. Pro tip: Ask for a room away from the reception area to avoid overhearing conversation.

Let me start by saying the woman who did my massage, wrap, and scrub was very pleasant. I am giving them only 3 stars due to the horrible manager. I had made appointments for myself and my bridesmaids to get massages, body scrubs, and body wraps. I called beforehand (about an hour) to confirm only for them to state, we lost everything on our system and its a first come first serve basis. (okay, very inconvenient but not their fault) I asked if we could still be seen at the time we had originally scheduled and the manager had the audacity to tell me well because you arent here, we cannot guarantee that your services will be available, you can come in now and we can see what is available. So I go in with my girls and we sit and wait. And wait. And wait. Almost an hour goes by without their acknowledgement and one of my girls asks, do you know if we will be seen soon? I only have a babysitter for a short time. The manager states, They are with clients and will see you soon. (Okay lady, weve been waiting for far to long at this point for you to just say this). Finally we all make it in for our sessions and are heading out to pay. As I walk out into the front, I overhear the manager speaking to a couple. The couple voiced the same concern about their systems crashing, complained about the wait, and stated that this wasnt the fist time this happened. The next thing I heard from the managers mouth made me never want to go there again. The manager states, Id love to hear what you have to say but I need to do something. and then she literally walked away from the couple and walked to the back. The poor front desk girl was clearly sick and apologized for her managers behavior. Even though our services were nice, I will not ever go back there simply because of that manager.

I am a massage therapist, I am educated in all techniques used to ensure a safe and therapeutic massage. With that said, I have not had a massage since I had a massage here in 2013. I was touched inappropriately by a male therapist here. I was shocked and scared, it was so bad that it brought up some devastating emotions as a result from an assault I experienced years ago. I told the front office. They ignored me. I called the non-emergency police line. The dispatchers all but laughed at me...treated me as though I deserved it and should expect something like that to happen when getting a massage. I called the office in charge of regulating massage therapists in AZ. He was appalled by what happened and moved forward on working to get that massage therapist’s license revoked. I have paperwork to prove all of this.I asked to talk to a manager at Lavender’s. My husband called many times in an attempt to have the problem addressed. Not even an exaggeration, they did not care. They gave me a gift card to replace the gift card I had used when I was assaulted at their establishment. A gift card that I had received for Mother’s Day from my husband and son. No apology, no action, nothing. They heartlessly defended their employee’s actions, justified it even, and told me I should request a female therapist. I couldnt bring myself to experience another “massage” like that again. In a place that shamed me into thinking the assault was my fault. It wasn’t.Here I am years later, still trying to understand why these people are so heartless and okay with enabling abusers in their establishment. After seeing a few recent reviews that reflect a similar experience to mine, I decided to speak up too. Shame on you Lavender’s. All of you. This is not something that you should continue to brush under your rug!

First let me just say that the atmosphere is phenomenal!! Upon entering the spa it is easy to instantly feel relaxed and at peace. Second, the staff are both friendly and educated. Both are of great importance when spending the money for spa treatment and trusting someone to manipulate your body in said fashions. JOB WELL DONE!! JJ and her staff are amazing and I would highly recommend this day spa experience to anyone looking for a hidden treasure retreat!

I am giving this rating because of the poor receptionist that they have at this time. I have been coming to the spa for over 15 years the owner is amazing and the massage therapist are great. Since this new receptionist has started my appointments have been messed up I get no confirmation calls and she is extremely rude and short. Had I not called today to confirm my own appointment I would’ve missed the one that she had booked me into because of a therapist not being there. She seems to have no concern whatsoever for the people that patronize your day spa. I am not the only one in my family that has experienced this poor customer service with her would hope that you may look into getting a more pleasant representation of the quality spa that you are.

This is by far the best spa in the valley!! I was looking for a spa day to treat myself and a friend. I called and they were so friendly and accommodating. We each got a massage, a body scrub and a facial and all of these exceeded our expectations. Had my first session with Olivia earlier this year. My hour massage was amazing. I went in with both legs and my lower back bothering me. After a full body massage, I was in bliss and had less pain. I have had many massages and hands down Olivia was the best Ive had. Her pressure was spot on. She was attentive to my needs. I gave direction and she focused on those trigger points. What more can one expect from a massage? Ill be back! Ask for Olivia when you book.

I had a gift certificate for a stress knot package, it was my first time into Lavenders and I was lucky to get Maria as my therapist. She did an amazing job and I left the appointment feeling refreshed. Maria and the front desk staff were all so nice.. made my first experience at Lavenders one to remember! I was visiting AZ on vacation and really wanted a massage. I googled the first massage spa in the area and went straight there. I was scheduled with a massage therapist named Olivia and upon meeting her felt so relaxed before even getting into the room! She was very charismatic and down to earth. She and I talked about music (I got a vibe she and I liked the same stuff) and her deep tissue massage was SOOO good!!! When I say I am bummed I can’t go back and see her regularly I mean it! If you’re in the area and need a good massage from a reasonably priced spa, and want good company, request Olivia and you won’t be let down!

My first massage experience. I did a couples massage with my wife and we felt very comfortable. We were put at ease. In a dark room, nice music, ... the dudes were very knowledgeable in their art and we could tell. I had a hurt leg from soccer and my guy worked out most of the stiffness. Thanks guys!

Went in to get my first wax ever, friends of mine said youll love the after effects! I being a male have always been a little uncomfortable about body waxing. Lol. I chose lavender day spa due to its location and hours of service. The esthetician that works there I was told had many male clients and almost 10 years of waxing.I scheduled my appointment and immediately could tell they were in a hurry due to closing time. No worries, like I said this is my first time. Throughout the process the esthetician was extremely pleasant and professional but also in a hurry. She rubbed 2 different types of oils on my skin which besides the speed, I feel contributing to my massive all over body breakout. I have tried reaching out to the owner on numerous occasions and have yet to receive a call back almost as if she could care less. Not only did it ruin the vacation that I took less than a week after the waxing its been 3 weeks and my body is still horrendously broke out! For the $300 price tag I am extremely dissatisfied and blown away by the owners nonchalant attitude towards this matter. NEVER AGAIN will I go here and I will tell everyone the same thing.i wish I could post pics on here to show the outbreak and also the hair that was left behind in this speedy shop job.

I had Monique work on my aching back yesterday. It had been giving me trouble for three weeks. OTC pain meds didnt help much and it was a problem with the muscles/spinal joints in my lower back. Monique worked on this area during the massage session and this morning, I was up with no pain at all! First time in three weeks!!! I played two hours of racquetball without any issues!! She did more for me in the hour I was with her than anything else I have tried! There are measurable medical benefits to massage and she is excellent at making those benefits happen! She is an excellent therapist and knew exactly what the problem was and what to do to correct it. Had I gone to an MD, I would have been carted off to some sort of specialist, had scans done, etc. for several thousand dollars worth of work, which, most likely would have resulted in some sort of drug therapy. Monique solved the problem in less than an hour and has saved me more than a lot of $$ in the process!!! Im going back regularly now to get issues like this solved and not have to deal with MDs, insurance, etc. etc. etc. I would highly recommend her and Lavenders!!

Today was the first time I had a swedish Massage at Lavenders DaySpa given to me by Christina she was absolutely wonderful, she explained everything that would take place she asked me my likes and dislikes. Boy did I feel good afterwards she was made this old body (82) feel like a 30 year old body and I am going to find a way to work into my budget a massage with Christini at least every or every other month I jsut feel great

I have gone in many times and I have never had such a poor massage/experience. Im 37 weeks pregnant and am not comfortable on my back for long periods of time. I spent 85% of the hour on my back. It wasnt relaxing at all. The woman that gave me the massage was very nice but she spend the time wasting oil and digging her knuckles into my body. I tired to tell he how I would prefer it and in the spots that needed more TLC. She didnt listen to any of my concerns. I payed $80 for a very very poor massage. I walked out feeling more uncomfortable then when I went in.

Love this place! Therapists are all great and so relaxing both in the lobby and in the rooms.

If you guys never had a trigger point massage buy Blue at Lavender day Spa. I Suggest you go check him out, there should be no reason why you should wake up with any muscle discomfort knowing this guy. Hes very intuitive and has a great energy about himself I told him when I go on vacation if he can fit in my purse he can go, no lie. Fyi he is so good at Relieving sciatica nerve pain. My husband loves him my mother inlaw loves him and I bet you will too.

I bought a gift card online for my wife for 3 free massages worth 90$ total during a promotion. She received the first of the 3 massages and was NOT given the gift card by the staff, which we have come to find out is their procedure.When my wife called to schedule her second massage, the staff member who answered the phone told her she had to have the gift card in order to redeem the 2 massages that were left. My wife was never given the gift card after her first massage. She then looked up the receipt for proof of purchase. The extremely condescending staff member claimed to be in charge, but WOULD NOT give her name and told my wife that she must have lost the card. She also said that the receipt meant nothing and that they had no records concerning my wifes gift card. She even went as far as accusing my wife of giving the cards to someone else and trying to scam them for free massages, which was not the case.After all that, I decided to call and see what I could do to resolve the issue, since this lady almost put my wife in tears. I called and was calm, and the staff member once again would not say her name or title. She then proceeded to say that I was trying to get 2 free messages, and did listen to the fact that my wife is owed 2 messages.In the end Lavenders Day Spa would not do anything to help us. We are now out 60$ and all the staff member could say was its only 60$. I do not recommend this place to anyone, since this is a business that does not honor its commitments and steals money from its clients.All my wife wanted was a nice relaxing massage, but instead she was accused of fraud and is now more stressed than ever.

This place is a joke. The nail tech was great. However customer service sucks both on the phone and in person. They refused to honor a gift certificate and did nothing to resolve the issue. They could care less once they get your money. Low class at best. Very disappointing.

I went in to get my eyebrows tattooed on and the lady not only did a terrible job at shaping and coloring them but she had the nerve to give me attitude because she wasnt doing it how I wanted. Im pretty sure if Im paying for your services you are to do exactly what I want. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. It doesnt even deserve a 1. And the ink was disgustingly terrible after a few weeks not even months the ink turned green. I thought I was getting a damn infection on my face. TERRIBLE PLACE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The manager is quite impersonal, unapologetic, and downright rude. They have various issues with gift certificates and packages and refuse to refund if there is an issue from their end. I originally bought their works package only to find out their manicurist was no longer working with them. Then when they credited it for any service they were going to automatically take the difference and give it as a gratuity, to which we had to insist no. Our 1 hour massage was 50 min. and when this was brought up they didnt comment or offer anything.

Well today I had great massage. The people at the front desk though are scammers. Upsell Upsell is the name of their game. Your not charged until after your service . So you go to pay they double the first agreed on price. Not honorable, sad.

Im very disappointed in Lavenders Day Spa. I came across a gift certificate that I had and called to see if theyd honor it, since it had expired. They said their policy is to only honor expired certificates up until 30 days after. I dont understand why a gift certificate should ever expire--they received the money for it at one point in time. They will never get my business ever again.

I feel like the esthetician could have been more personal and educational however she rarely talked and didnt really smile or anything who knows what she has going on but I just feel like when we pay $85 for facial plus 44 the dermabrasion plus a $20 tip you should have a pleasant experience I will not go back unless I get someone else

This place is the biggest joke and I will make sure no one I know ever steps foot there again. I bought 2 gift certificates over Mothers Day for my mom to use and the same week we found out she has cancer. Turns out you cant go to just any massage therapist when you have cancer so she cant use the gift cards and no, Im not putting the cards in someone rlsss name. Thats defeats the purpose. They wont return my call even though I have called AND gone in to the spa. They just keep telling me that their owner isnt available. What poor costumer service and little care for their clients.
