I waited one hour only to have my eyebrows completely different. It took her so long and I have so many random eyebrow hairs that she missed. The shape doesn’t match and they didn’t even sanitize the chair between customers.

I have been looking for an eyebrow threading place in or near Surprise since we moved here 2 years ago. Finally one close to home with great service! Place was very clean, greeted right away and seated right away. She did a great job and was painless unlike the place I frequented back in the Midwest. Great prices, walk ins welcome, great service and amazing brows, can’t get any better than that!

This is the best place to get your eyebrows threaded! I get my eyebrows done by Rita and she is amazing! The price is very reasonable and I love the location. Its such a relief as there are no other threading places near Surprise.

Clean place. Chairs are spaced out for customers and they sanitize the chairs after servicing each customers. Dont forget to ask for their business card so that you get your 7th service free.

I am so glad we finally have a threading place in Surprise that does an amazing job. I decided to give this place a try today and I am so glad I did. I am very happy with my brows and will definitely be back in 2-3 weeks when I am due for a clean up. Staff was friendly and professional. She did an amazing job, cleaned them up and gave me that slight arch that I like.

Very clean and friendly fast and easy my only thing was I had an appointment got there 15mins earlier and wasn’t seen until 45mins after my scheduled appointment I’m not too upset though because she was by herself and there where like 10 people ahead of me even though they didn’t all have appointments but I would recommend another staff member to be there with her cause she does get very busy but I’d go again
