I have always liked Sears. However, in dealing with a repair it was awful. No one could help locate the part after it was ordered. Its like the order never existed. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and asked for refund. Its unacceptable. To lose faith in once a great store is just an awful feeling. There is no rating

The representative performed a yearly inspection and came to my house was a joke. He spent less than 20 minutes inspecting four of my appliances on warranty and was gone. He didnt do much of anything other than look at the back of my refrigerator with a flashlight. Very disappointing compared to past inspectors.
Problem: Dishwasher is not detecting the door switchThe tech replaced the mechanical switch but that didnt fix the problemHe decided that it needed a new circuit board at estimated $550 cost. I asked him to verify the switch impedance at the circuit board but he refusedI refuse to pay $550 to fix a $500 appliance that is 4 years old. I will buy a new one
The staff was extremely helpful. The clerks name was John and he provided us with the information that we needed.
This was a maintenance check of our freezer, and Joe was timely and efficient. He was head and shoulders above the tech you sent out last year.
A technician from a e appliance repair tried to sell us a warranty to reduce the price I paid his price but that did not want a warranty. A Sears technician came out install the part and was much friendlier than the other person I will never use Sears again too damn expensive
Soooo, if Sears is closig all thei Arizona stores, and elsewhere, where do i get parts for my Kenmore oven and stack washer/dryer???
3 times for the exact same repair ! On top of that I have to have a disagreement with customer service?
We were called in advance, texted on his arrival time. The repairman was knowledgeable and friendly.
While the service technician was friendly and proficient, the charge of $258 was ridiculous considering that he was only here about 30 minutes! He took the dryer apart. I removed the piece of clothing from the blower and he put it back together.
Absolute Worst. We had an appointment scheduled to maintenance our fridge for a time between 8AM and 12PM. By 1PM I hadnt heard anything, so I called and was told they were on the way. 3 hours later and they still werent here. Called again and was told the tech would call me in the hour with an update of when he would be here. STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. 6 HOURS AFTER MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT! Why pay for a warranty if I cant even get the people to my house once a year???
