Cool Blew was an awesome experience. Called to get smart thermostats installed. They were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely efficient. After setting up the appointment, they arrived early at their appointment time, only two days after I called them (great, considering this was in the midst of summer in Surprise, AZ). They installed four Ecobee thermostats in no time and provided a five year warranty. Great job Cool Blew. Im now going to enter into a twice a year maintenance agreement with them to keep everything blowing cool 😎.

Called in because my ac stopped cooling middle of the night - my house was nearly 90 degrees at 7:30am. They had the repair done before noon! Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly with a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Cool Blew for AC service twice now, once for an AC tune up, and another to address a zone problem with one zone not working. I was shocked that in the middle of a heat wave, calling at 1pm in the afternoon, they had a technician at my address within an hour to look at the problem. The tech was able to rectify the issue rather simply, and saved us a ton of money by suggesting to both tear into the system at this point. I appreciated the honesty of the technician and the speed of which the service was done!

Try to came out to do a maintenence on my 14 year old AC unit. Very personable and thorough. Said my unit was in great shape....I was stunned. Didnt expect that result. Last time I had it maintained (by another company). They tried to sell me a new unit. Very pushy, insisted that my unit was on its last leg. Just goes to show you, always read the reviews. My neighbor had Cool Blew install her new unit,and highly recommended them. Thank You Treyton for a great job.

I had a technician, Chris, come out to my place today. VERY friendly and provided me with a lot of helpful information. He helped me out probably more than i deserve, so i want to make sure the company knows i appreciated his work very much! If i ever have to have work done on the unit again, he is definitely the one i would trust!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. When they first were dispatched out they turned off my compressor and told me they would be back shortly. Instead the technician went to do more service calls apparently waiting for my warranty company which should’ve been said. Came back 12 hours later to repair the AC, during that visit informed me that the motor was going out. I was also informed that there was oil on my roof and had leaked in my AC and it was going to cost me almost $400 to have it cleaned up before the repair could take place. I paid the cost. A week later the AC goes out again and this time it was the compressor motor. The AC company comes out to repair the compressor motor and all in the meanwhile their customer service representative Sarah is extremely rude. After all is said and done my roof looks worse now than it did before they touched it there is oil spread all over my roof. The response from this company regarding that was I should’ve taken care of my AC for the 20 years that I have had it and t was my fault that it went out. I just purchased this house three months ago and had 2 AC companies look at it because I do live in Arizona and wanted to ensure I had a working AC. All pass the inspection and I proceeded with the purchase of the home. This company shrugs it off onto the customer instead of having proper customer service. This was the most heartbreaking experience I have had.

Great service, Chris was an amazing tech.After 9 months we had issues with our ac again, called another ac company only to find out that this place did a hack job and rewired the unit to work but that rewire ended up burning out our unit. We ended up having to replace the whole thing.

I’m looking for somebody to do a diagnostic on my air conditioner unit so I called this place. First time I called I was placed on hold for over a minute without even a greeting, the second time again no greeting place directly on hold, when the gentleman didn’t answer the phone he was short with me almost to the point of being rude. I was told that a diagnostic service would cost a certain amount unless it took the technician more than 15 or 20 minutes at that point the technician could charge me for labor whatever he wants. When I explain to the gentleman on the phone that is not the way you do business he couldn’t have cared less. I would attempt to fix my own AC unit before I ever had these unprofessional people at my house

Poor customer service. If you get this company referred by your home warrenty ask for a diffrent company. I called this morning at 8 AM to make sure they got my request from the home warranty company. They confirmed they got the request but said they couldnt schedule my appointment yet because they had to get together all the request they had received. I was told I would get a call shortly. 5 hours later and half the day gone they call and tell me they cant come look at my AC for 3 days. It would seem that since they gate paid a lower negotiated rate from the home warranty company they put you as a lower priority. It was 115 out today and I had no AC and they wanted me to wait 3 days. Unacceptable. I told them to cancel. They tried talking me into keeping the appointment in case I couldnt find anyone. The first company I called was there in 45 minutes and fixed my air. I dint have time to deal with home warrenty again so I called a company on my own. It was an easy fix a capacitor. Just poor customer service not calling back for 5 hours to schedule

Referred to Cool Blew through my warranty company. Dan, the technician, diagnosed that the blower motor burned out so I had no air conditioning in AZ He had the repair authorized, ordered the blower motor and returned and installed it promptly within a day as it was in stock. He was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and provided an explanation about the install. Dan is a skilled professional. He cleaned any dust and left the air conditioner working great. Additionally, I called in the problem on a Saturday and the office (Heather) called me on Sunday to set an appointment. Great customer service. She also was courteous and professional. Cool Blew is as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company.

Cool Blew, Inc came out to our house to fix our AC unit. It went out during one of the heat waves and we had just moved into our new home. After calling the home warranty they advised someone would be there the next day. They arrived on time and had our AC unit up and running within an hour! Replaced our capacitor and had the house cooling down right away. No complaints and very professional.

I have never had dishonesty told to me like these people had I went through them with a home warranty it was a back-and-forth for weeks when I talk to a woman on the phone named Heather she had told me that the pan underneath my coil pack looked like it had been underwater for 100 years told me that it was going to be $1400 for labor Out-of-pocket costs etc. after a lot of phone calls I had figured out that they have lied to me about all sorts of stuff for one the pan underneath my coil pack was black plastic they tried to charge me $400 for that I found one at Home Depot for 60 bucks they also told me that I would have to pay $120 for gas for them to come out I was also told that I needed new ductwork in a house that I Had just bought and had inspections and everything was up and running good these people tried to rip off me and my home warranty not that I really care about the home warranty but telling me it was going to cost $1400 out-of-pocket when my home warranty had told me that they would’ve paid a trip charge if they had submitted one these people are backstabbing liars, do not ever do business with them they charge for stuff that does not need to be done also I failed to mention that my System is only six years old and I looked at it myself and there is nothing wrong with anything except just the coil pack keep looking For a different company, I forgot to mention that the home warranty is covering the coil pack they would’ve been paid for it but because of their lies they get no work, if I could give this company zero stars I would have

I just had to kick their tech out of my house for being a prick, I had my home warranty old republic schedule and pay them to come out and that my thermostat was missing a screw when their were all the screws their to make the connection he wanted to charge me $180 to move one screw to a different socket literally centimeters over. And saying that he doesnt work for free when in fact my home warranty has paid them to come service me and that it only covered 1 hour dude has been here for 20 minutes and I told him I would move the screw for him and he kept going on about getting more money, he wouldnt even leave my house when I told him to leave I had to escort him out . Beware of this hate and switch company they are thieves and arrogant people.

Two experiences with this company. First it took them over 2 1/2 weeks to replace a compressor. Second, they called to schedule a time, the guy repeated the time and date three times before hanging up..,now date of service and I have to call to find out where they are at. Customer Service lady says it was scheduled for tomorrow ...how can that be? He was repetitive about time and date? Now they want me to wait longer and they will have someone out..but cant tell me when. If you are a working individual and time equals money I wouldnt use this company...they dont value your time, they just waste it!

Tech(Dan) came at about 4 pm today, I showed him where my outdoor unit was located, then he checked unit and seemed everything was in order, then he said I have to call back, if problem persist. Then He turned off power to the unit and put back on again, said my unit needs compressor saver and he installed. After he left I checked price of 521 compressor saver it was $32.00 at Walmart and at ebay it ranged $30.00 to $40.00 He charged me $346.90 for 521 compressor saver and $69.00 for service charge.Perhaps I did not need compressor save, but he put it in for more ten times of going market price.Day later, I found that my AC was nothing wrong and all I need was, new battery on my dermostat, it is working just fine now and Dan H. took back the piece he put in day before.
