Had an ac capacitor issue. I brought in the faulty capacitor and the lady working the store helped me confirm the old unit was defective. She helped me select the correct replacement so I had no doubts when I installed the new unit.My issue is fixed for $45 instead of hundreds to hire a technician and this store helped me.

A great option for a do it your self A/C repair project. I needed a condenser motor. Valerie was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the correct replacement motor and capacitor. One suggestion: based on the pitch of the fan blades, determine the correct rotation to blow air out the top of your unit. Then, make sure the four wires (on the opposite side of the motor from the main wire bundle) are connected correctly to get the proper rotation. Switching these wires will change the rotation.Terry

Saved a friend of mine from another day without AC. Called them 1 minute before they closed and explained we needed a capacitor. They stayed late just to make sure we were taken care of. This is absolutely my go-to for HVAC going forward.

Stay far far far away from this store. The fan motors being sold here are of very low quality and poor material. The generic air conditioner fan motor I bought from this store moved air the wrong way, the wires connecting the fan motor to the capacitor were to short and had to be extended they were aluminum instead of copper. The wire guage or thickness of the fan wires were 18 guage. The original fan motor wire guage was 10 guage which means they were a whole lot thicker. Since the motor was a generic replacement you have to drill new wholes in your air conditioner for your motor to mount so the wires will line up. Before I even paid for the fan motor the lady encouraged me to write on the box which color wires from the motor go to the capacitor and then pointed out that since there was writing on the box it wasnt returnable. The fan worked for a week then burned up and became garbage. Total waste, I learned my lesson.

Amazing place!! My fan stopped blowing in the middle of the hottest summer on record. After researching I was able to find out that it was the capacitor. Not only did they have the part at a great price but they helped me troubleshoot when I installed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be going back for all of my parts or supplies.

Needed some parts today and the store was getting ready to close at 4:00 pm. The lady said she would wait for me. Not only did she wait for me, she also assisted in how to hook my system up with help from Joe. Good people in my book! I recommend this place for the DIY people.
