I have been using the services of Emil Neagu Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing Service Company for the past 15 years. Whenever there was an A/C or plumbing problem, he was available on short notice. He is on speed-dial to service our four A/C systems. He has replaced one A/C unit due to old age and installed a mini A/C unit in the garage. He relocated one system from the garage floor to the garage attic, freeing up floor space in the garage. He and his crew designed the change, specified the equipment and installed the new system in one day. He is a professional who is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, responsible and most of all dependable. Emil is the only person I will go to for my plumbing, heating and AC needs. He came over to my house and replaced a hose for my sink and unclogged my sink and dishwasher and gave me a consultation about my son’s room being too hot and too cold. Emil did not charge me a thing. He just made me promise to change my air filters, which I already did. I will be seeing him again soon about a water softener and insulation. Thanks Emil!!!

I was very impressed with work provided. I have had this company back a few times for various needs and have always been pleassed. He is also very good about providing details and information about possible new technological products that will make things easier to manage in the home.

I would definitely recommend calling Emil Negaunee for all your AC and heating issues. I called him late one evening when my AC stopped working. He called me back right away and we scheduled a time for the next morning. He and his son showed up and got right to work. They diagnosed the problem within minutes. The service and parts was less then $200! A lot cheaper than what I was expecting. They were so nice and professional. The next time my AC stopped working in called Emil again. This time it was a programming issue with my thermostat. They fixed it for me and reprogrammed my thermostat. I figured I would have to at least pay for the trip charge but when I asked them what the cost was, Emil said nothing. I was so shocked. I cant believe he didnt charge me anything. Who does that nowadays! Before you call anyone else, call Emil. He wont let you down.

Had hot water blow up. Emil was able to come out the day we called and put in a new unit right away. I would recommend him and he will be the first person I call if I need other help.

It is so absolutely wonderful when you can rely on a company you trust to not only repair & fix your issues, but provide exceptional customer service as well as provide speedy service! As a landlord I often get calls on a friday evening or saturday and Emil and his team have always delivered and gotten back to me quickly and I cant say enough about them. Called Mr. Neagu for electrical work and he referred me to his cousin Symi. Spoke to Symi who said he was a licensed electrical contractor and we set an appointment. Symi failed to show-up for the appointment and after several days I was able to finally contact him by text. Symi said he would come out to do the job but didnt want me to waste his time. Needless to say I did not do business with cousin Symi.I contacted Mr. Neagu to advise him of the situation with his cousin, who he referred me to in the first place, and his response was, Sorry to hear that. Mr. Neagu has ceased contact and is obviously not willing or able to fix this situation. Poor business practice, buyer beware.

Emil install my Ac in my house, he is very profesional, always on time and does a great work.

Emil has provided the most dishonorable services. He has come to my house to replace a thermostat and charged me for the wiring and never finished the job. He provided wrong information regarding the problem that accured. When I tried to contact him, he would ignore the calls and never got back to me. He even told me that he would be stopping by to finish the work on a certain day and never did and never responded since. He basically just took the money for the work that he didnt complete. Who ever considers getting service from him, just be extra careful and do not pay until he actually finished the job completely. He is a scam.

Overpriced and would trick you. Here is an example. He said a water heater would cost 525 but when I got the bill it was 825. The difference he said was installation. This is just one example of other stuff he did.
