We are very happy at Arium. The community is quite. It is very central. We are very thankful to Ellie who has helped us through the process to renewed our lease and change to a bigger apartment. She is wonderful, very patient and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. I have not had the best experience with others in the leasing office but Ellie made us want to stay.

Our leading agent, Ellie, has been responsive, friendly, and accommodating while we went through the leasing process remotely from North Carolina. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable about the unit and the property without being able to see it in person. The apartment was clean and in good repair. The amenities are very nice and the workout room is freshly updated. We are new here, but so far we are very satisfied.

Very nice very safe and friendly neighborhood just visiting new members in the family at their new place and just the whole neighborhood was very friendly I would suggest this for anybody that was a young family looking to start somewhere good because you can make good money around here this is a good place to work live and raise children

I just moved in a week ago and I LOVE IT! Manny is AMAZING! He is super professional, nice, honest, patient, and he was extremely helpful with the moving process. The place is renovated (stainless steel appliances and plank wood flooring). It is also very spacious. I give this place 5 stars!

I love living here! The girls in the office are very nice and Jennifer goes above and beyond with anything I needed. The maintenance guys always fix whatever is broken and theyve finally fixed the parking situation. Were currently looking into purchasing our first home and we will be sad to leave Arium.

This place is a disaster ! It sickens me how wonderful they are to get you to sign the lease but once that deal is done the niceness is all over. The entire staff in the leasing office does not give care and are very very rude. I have lived in many places and I have never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. Also, god forbid if something in the unit needs to get fixed cause that will take forever to get fixed. I feel really bad for the maintenance people as it seems that they need more help. Parking !!!! Let me just say parking is a disaster and although they are cracking down on it I know that is not going to resolve the problem. I pay a lot of money to live there and the fact that most times when I get home at night I could never find parking and I have to park very very far. I do not feel safe walking alone at night especially through the park area since it can be very dark, the lighting is almost non existent. This place has a lot of potential since the apartments are very pretty and if the outside area was better taken care it can give the community complex a better curve appeal. I hate the fact that I pay a lot of money to live there and have to deal with so many frustrations. I just recently renewed my lease and I wasn’t happy to do so but because of certain circumstances I had to. But ! let me tell you !!! I can’t wait for this year to be over so I can get out of this place. I will never recommend this place to anyone not even to my worse enemy. Someone needs to clean house in that office !!!

Sept 2020 Update (Original Post Below) I have changed my rating from a 3 to a 2 until the problems below are addressed.Not sure what is going on with Management at this property. I know Covid has affected a lot but the communication on this property has been almost non-existent.Things to note from this year.Smoking on this property is becoming problematic. While this is technically a non-smoking property, people are allowed to smoke 25 feet from the buildings. This doesnt seem to mean anything as you will see people smoking in front of their apartment doors and on their balconies. Management does little or nothing to stop or prevent this even if you report the issue.Marijuana is a frequent smell almost every evening on the property.I have seen multiple people grilling with charcoal in their garages or on their balconies.The front or back gate seems to be broken almost every other week with one of the gates being stuck open.Parking in the evenings is still an issue on the western half of the property.Some of the newer maintenance workers are doing the bare minimum to get the job done causing you to open up additional tickets for the other issues they may identify.-----------------------Original 2019 Post Below----------------------------------------------Not a gated community, but it is a good locationI have lived here over two years now and I thought I would put down some thoughts.There are some great things to living in Arium Sunrise. It is very close to lots of shopping and food. If you like walking and running, the neighborhood is very nice and there is also a park nearby. You are just a couple of miles away from the Sawgrass Expressway and 595. They are fast to respond to maintenance requests and the maintenance crew are great people.It should be noted that the property changed owners earlier this year and it changed names from the Palms at Sawgrass Mills. Some of the front office staff stayed after the transition and I like the current staff at the property as they are very nice and helpful. Crystal has always been friendly and tried her best to assist with any question or concern that I have.There is a beautify grass space between the two pools on the property as well as around the buildings and along the pond. Lots of trees and the property is very pet friendly. I love the fact they are transitioning to a no smoking community.In the past year the grass space between the pools have become more weeds than grass. It appears they have sparingly applied mulch as weeds have grown where mulch used to be. Underneath bushes, you can see years of debris and leaves that are never removed. In the spring, some of the weeds have grown so bad that pets are covered in dozens of stickers that are difficult to remove. Also, as bushes die, they remove them but never replace them.The guest call box at the front of the property has been missing for over a month (probably closer to two now) so they just leave the front gate open 24x7 now. In my opinion, that means this is not a gated community anymore.Parking is tough in the evenings after 8 or 9 PM. Many people use their garages as storage, so they park in the parking spots. By 11 PM, people are parking in the grass, in fire lanes, and any area they can squeeze their vehicle into. It can make getting out of your spot and the community a challenge at times.Lastly, Broadstar is a horrible internet provider. Random outages and inconsistent internet speeds.

Great Rental from AIRBNB. For anyone looking for a great rental, check out this apartment complex. It is close to the Sawgrass Mills Mall and a fairly quiet community. I rented here for a couple of a days and parking was never an issue.

My girlfriend and I had a tour of the property and absolutely loved it. Manny was very accommodating since the beginning and walked us through different floorplans and around the property. The property is in a centric and nice area of Sunrise.Manny provided all the information we needed and was extremely helpful during the entire application/leasing process. It looks nice inside, but there are ridiculous fees. Such as the $80 flat rate for water, no one will use that much water unless they shower 5 times a day and wash laundry and the dishwasher every night.

New people at the office just dont care about you. Very poor customer service!We have brought this several times to the leasing office but nothing has been done, after several weeks.We pay $30 trash fee every month so we can be ashamed inviting guests to our house.Trash is already over the parking lot, which already is limited, and we have to keep our windows close to avoid the smell inside the house.

So far I have been living here for 6 months. I can only give 3 stars. I love the apartment and community, it is beautiful and well maintained, quiet and parking has improved a lot. Now as far as the cons, it’s the internet and cable provider. I work from home so my experience with the company they provide here has been nothing but horrible and the worst part is that when I tried to message the office I have yet to receive a response. I think communication with the main office here at Arium and not having an option on my internet provider has tarnished the living experience here as it’s something that affects me daily.

You are reading reviews for a reason. Take my advice and live elsewhere. If you have the tiniest of dust allergies, you will probably die. They do not clean out the air ducts, your dryer vents just blow out next to your door, you cannot go one day without a layer of dust on your furniture. We pay more to have a lake view. The lake (which is really a retention pond) is fine, but the grass around it is dead and now mostly dirt. I guess they dont want to spend money to water. They allow all dog breeds, and do not enforce the rules of picking up after your dog. They redid the balconies and screens, but have decided to leave one screen flapping in the wind. If you dont have a garage, parking is a nightmare. And lastly, since we moved in 3 years ago, the clientele has gone way down. They allow anyone in and it shows. It could be a great place if they cared, even a little.

The parking lot is a crazy stuff. There is no formal spot for each resident so everyone parks literally as they can and where they can; but the worst thing is that there are not enough spaces for so many vehicles. When we rented they told us they were handling that problem, which was never true. Now the city has been immobilizing vehicles and charging us with around $80 and the administration just turns a blind eye. The “Property Manager” Jennifer Menoscal is a very rude person, impolite, without any care or commitment for the people. For a very clear example, yesterday the office sets up one day to register the vehicles from 5-7 pm and we are so many residents. There were people lining up from before that time so the waiting time was long and 15’ before 7 pm, one guy from the office coming out saying that was over and the office would close. Of course, the response of the people was upset because were waiting for more than two hours out in the street and she, Jennifer Menoscal came out yelling at us and threatening calling the police.. recording people with her phone, telling rudeness, locking the door.. Insane! It was the most humiliating and awful treatment I have been received in my life. A real shame!! I sincerely hope that Caroll Organization addresses this matter with the necessary immediacy and please understand that just as we have responsibilities with the property, we also have RIGHTS! Sadly, there are many things that I didnt see before renting.

I can’t believe that residents like me and others have to wait to flag down a maintance since I can’t reach u. Do any of u residents have an email that will work to reach the maintance? Both the property manager Doris and Astrid, the leasing agent are deceptive liars. Astrid gave me incorrect information about the administration fee and now that I’m no longer interested in the moving there, they are insisting on keeping my money. They told me that I have 48 hrs to cancel, in order to receive a refund. This was yesterday. Now they are telling me that I had 48hrs from the time I applied when I wasn’t event approved within 48 hrs like Astrid told me I would! I have to call 20 times before sending an email and getting a response. Justice will be served, just run away from these people as fast as you can once you’re told multiple deceptive things from different people.

My girlfriend and I have visited and/or spoken to more than a handful of leasing agents the last 2-3 weeks on our apartment search and we have yet to come across someone like Jay Lewis. We could not have asked for a better leasing agent to work with than him. It has been an absolute pleasure so far working with Jay. He is professional, clear and kind. The most genuine person we have come across as of yet. We had our appointment yesterday, submitted our application early this morning and already the ball is rolling to get us into our new home. Thank you for not only making this process smooth but for bringing back the excitement we had lost to find our first apartment.

This place is scam. If you read the fine print on their Lease which is like 50 pages long There is like $200 in monthly administrative fees attached your utilities they don’t tell you about. You are required to use their own Internet service which as per many other residents is very slow and rarely works so if you need to work go to school from home it’s impossible. There is not enough parking spaces and they don’t pick up the trash regularly.

We live here and the leasing office never answer their phones. During the day, I am at work. And you would think this office would answer their phones and assist you over the phone. I’ve called over 20 times. Not 1 “Hello”. This happens every time I need to reach them.They also have 1 guy in the office who is not pleasant to talk to. He has an attitude out of this world. I’m so upset that Dionne no longer work in the office. She was so pleasant to talk to and always resolved my issues. We will not renew our lease after this year.

This place is a complete disaster. The staff is unbelievably rude & do not care about the residents or their concerns at all. They lock themselves in the leasing office & don’t return calls, emails, or requests. There was a flood two months ago in the apartment above mine that caused mine to flood & they still have not completed the repairs. The repairs that were done were so mediocre they should be embarrassed. Long story short, this place is not worth a dime.

The leasing office is not responsive as I had to repeatedly attempt to contact them to renew my lease. They would not return my repeated calls or emails even though there is a sign on the office door to call them instead of going in. I finally had to bang on the door. Then, the property manager was so rude and would not allow me to finish my sentence. Additional ongoing problems include cheap renovations which have resulted in paneling issues and why are there ants THROUGHOUT the house. I have no idea what pest control spray they are using but it is not effective. Finally, the worse is that when I moved in they said they were going to recaulk the grout because it looks disgusting. Now, they refuse to do so. I renewed my lease out of convenience. However, had I known I would have this problems and had I looked at the reviews prior to renewing, I would have MOVED!

So far the community gym has been close for 6months for renovations and is still closed. Same was the case for tennis court when its needed it lights fixed. So overall maintenance team is pretty bad. The parking is another nightmare and the newer solution they have implemented requires people with garages to park back to back creating huge inconvenience.

VERY poor customer service. I’m convinced the new management company has zero interest in resolving any issues. I have been a resident of the property for 3 years, my experience here the past year has been awful. I was giving the benefit that COVID hit but there is zero professionalism. I’m not a resident that complains but things have gotten out of control. I know what’s acceptable and what’s not. I would never complain about noise as we chose apartment living it’s expected you’re going to hear your neighbor but when service request are being ignored or not completed, it’s an issue. When the office personal doesn’t notice things happening on the property (mechanic work) etc..which is not allowed according to our lease

Moving in here was the biggest mistake we ever made. The property manager(Jennifer Hand), assistant property manager(Jennifer Menoscal) and the regional manager(Sandra Crowe)are all a bunch of rude liars. These women have zero customer service skills. The assistant property manager has to be the worst of them all. Luckily, i have recorded every phone I’ve had with her and i have her on recording violating the HIPPA law regarding another resident. The only thing good about this neighborhood is the size/layout of the apartments & the maintenance supervisor Franklin. He’s amazing. The parking here is TERRIBLE. The people are too. It’s dirty and so badly maintained. The palm trees are dead and their huge leaves fall as you walk around. There is many more nice neighborhoods in the area, so save yourself and DO NOT move into Arium. We moved in January 2020 and recently renewed our lease ONLY out of convenience because we didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving and the assistant property manager DELETED the renewed lease and then sent us a letter stating they don’t want to allow us to renew. Honestly, THANK YOU because we just signed a new lease today with a WAY better, nicer, newer neighborhood that actually has a 5 star rating and not one bad review. I’ve got a nice lawsuit in progress directed at the assistant property manager. Make sure you always record any and all interactions with these people, they are sneaky.

The new staff in leasing office dont care about residents. Example: I was standing outside and calling them and they dont pick up the calls wantedly . I have been talking with them about my lease from september 1st week and still I didnt sign the lease as they provide all wrong details in leasing document.I definetly dont suggest this community because of how they handle lease extension even during COVID-19 they are trying to take advantage of residents and also the new staff ignore the calls from residents

Aside from my move in being completely botched and postponed due to negligence on Ariums part, I was over charged months ago (by over $1,000). Phone calls, voicemails and emails remain unanswered. My boyfriend finally got in touch with the property manager and was able to meet in person to no avail. We were still overcharged the following month even after the property manager said that she would personally see that the error was corrected. I dont know what is more upsetting, the communication or the disaster that is the parking lot. You have to pray for a miracle when you get home to find a place to park. The only reason we have anywhere to park is because we HAD to purchase a garage unless we wanted to park our cars in the publix shopping center behind us (in another building nonetheless because there is no availability in ours. Which we were assured that the following month a garage was going to open up in our building and we would be moved.Safe to say that hasnt happened either) And even though we are paying for a garage, there have been times that we have been unable to get out of the driveway due to the barricade of cars lined right in front of it. We dont even feel comfortable inviting people over because of how embarrassing the parking situation is. The only positive comment I have to make at this moment is in regard to the maintenance crew. They are all wonderful and someone has shown up almost right away when we had issues with our a/c. It is a shame because it really is a nice community once you explore a little bit. Theres a huge barbecue area with a play ground that my nephew loves and my boyfriend appreciates being right next to the basketball court but no one wants to deal with the stress of work and life, to come home and be stressed about things that are out of their control. Like excess money being taken out of their bank account and having to go through real life bumper cars to make it to your home. I am a property manager myself and understand how difficult it is and can be, especially now with this pandemic and all of the factors that come along with it, but failure to follow through with your word is unacceptable. 2 stars instead of 1 because I know we are all just human at the end of the day and Im sure there are (in regards to the parking, obstacles I may be unaware of) but 2 stars because at the end of the day because this is business and Im not living here free of charge.

I just received a call from your new assistant Manager identified from Arium office as a Jennyfer Menoscal, her approach was very rude and with actitud, she was telling me that I was behind my rent, in which I explaining to her my situation, and the we are in the middle of this pandemic! but she didnt let me talk and was cutting me off, and blaming me that Im the one who is not to let her talk! well the point is the she talks with a very bad attitude and threatening me to put me in a eviction order! I was trying to explain that Im in an easy payment plan that I was offer by the Arium administration and im using now by making easy payments! She shows no compassion whatsoever towards the tenant in this case is me! Im very unhappy with this new person that just starting working for Arium! Just my advise is keep your eyes on her and you will see a lots of unhappy tenants here or potentials tenants that will walk away because of her! Ive worked in the Hospitality Industry for almost 30 years and Ive never spoken to a client the way she approached me!

The property is the best value we found in Sunrise. Units are larger than other, newer and more expensive properties. The gym and pool are in great shape and well maintained. We find the office staff to be exceptionally responsive in the rare instance that there is an issue. The maintenance staff, especially Franklin, do a great job as well.

I wanted to avoid writing this review but felt compelled to do so after careful consideration. If you are in the market for a rental I would not recommend Arium Sunrise. I have lived here for nearly three years and I am so happy that my lease is coming to an end soon. While the first two years were pretty good the past year or so here has been one to forget. Nearly every aspect of living here has gone down the drain from the parking to the general attitude of the office staff.To be fair; when Arium took over for The Palms the service levels with regard to maintenance requests did improve. But aside from that, the office staff is very corporate in that they tend to speak to you like they are reading lines from a script. They are nowhere near as friendly and personable as the previous staff and forget about getting escalations resolved. Ive been waiting for nearly two months to get an answer back from management on a very pressing issue and they could not be more nonchalant about this. Its incredibly disappointing especially considering the rent that I pay to live here.Lastly, they are apparently unaware that there is an ongoing pandemic and the associated challenges it has presented to families. Tone deaf is the best way to describe their opinion towards it in general.Avoid Arium Sunrise. There are much better options out there for your money.

My husband and I have lived here for about a year and we have nothing but good things to say. The apartments are beautiful. Its quiet here and we feel safe here. I like walking around the property and the location is very convenient with plenty of things to do in the area and close to major highways. I love the remodeled bathrooms and kitchen it makes you feel like the staff takes a lot of pride in the property and in the appearance of it. A lot of other apartments charge less but the appearance of the apartments or property look poor, here at the palms the property is always looking well kept. All office staff, including the property manager has been very helpful and courteous with every interaction I have had with them. I give five stars to the Palms at Sawgrass Mills Apartments and their great staff.

This community is one of the best communities i lived in. The maintenance is really good. They work hard to keep the community clean. Everyone in the leasing office is really friendly and they try to help you as soon as they can. I would like to mention about Abigail (Assistant Property Manager) at Arium Sunrise Apartments, She was really helpful the first time we moved in, documentation process went really smooth. Also she helped us in the lease extension.All the maintenance requests have been resolved in a timely manner. No issues with them at all.My only problem with this community is with INTERNET. The community has a contract with “Broadstar”. So we are NOT allowed to get internet from any other service provider. Broadstar has a really bad service at least in my experience with them in this community.THE INTERNET SERVICE GOES DOWN VERY OFTEN and YES they work hard to get it up, but you know how it goes, they cannot promise anything till its fixed(Even during business hours). I understand they are doing their best but, I am software developer who needs to work from home during this pandemic. With a non-reliable internet service as this, its affecting my job which puts me under a lot of stress. I have been facing the same issue from my initial days at this community. But, Now its getting even worse. There were instances where I didn’t have internet service for 2 days(I am not talking about the days where every service provider had issues during hurricane).Calling Broadstar to complain about the service is really a tough job. There’s no direct number to call them. We stay on line for at least an hour to speak to customer care representative who then picks up and says “We know about the issue, we are working on it. We cannot say when your internet will be back as our tech people are saying the same to us”.I would love to give them more stars but internet is so important for me, I cannot go over 3. Without internet service as a factor I would have given them 5 stars without any hesitation.

I give The Palms 5 stars! It is clean, safe, kid friendly, and has spacious rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Abigail, she is amazing. She’s dependable; always answers the phone, very solution focused and sold us from day one! I am very happy with my decision.

Beautiful community right across from Sawgrass Mills Mall, restaurants and stores..I love having everything I want/need within 1 mile. Community grounds are kept immaculate. Office staff very professional, love Jessica and Abigail, new staff also very nice. Only downside is the community cable provider Broadstar... by far the worse I have ever dealt with but I hear they are in the midst of changing companies which I am patiently looking forward to! Very happy here.

I’ve been lucky to call The Palms at Sawgrass home for nearly 4 years. I just moved out this past February due to a job relocation and have find myself comparing any place I look at to The palms, and so far nothing is matching up. My experience at The Palms was 100% positive, and anyone who says otherwise is definitely an anomaly. It is a generally quiet community with great neighbors. It is mostly a family friendly place with working professionals. Living here you can get the complete package...great location--close to just about everything without dealing with traffic in the area, spacious apartments, well kept property with great amenities including a bbq area, pool, and fitness center, ample covered parking, and most importantly a wonderful team who made me feel so welcome and at home. Carmen, the property manager really takes pride in making it feel like a community. She incorporated some great improvements into the property to make it not just look better but made it more inviting. There would be a gift wrapping station in the property lounge during the holidays, food drive during Thanksgiving, as well as organizing many gatherings for residents to socialize and meet each other. If there was any repair needed the team would immediately put in the work order and would make sure it is taken care of, and not just a hasty fix but make sure it is fixed properly. It is so important to have a great staff when looking at apartments because with a good team you can expect a great living experience, which is exactly what I had at The Palms!

Amazing community with an awful internet. the communitys contract with this internet company does not allow anyone to have other service providers.will not renew the lease only because of thisAppreciate your reply, but you said you still have 2 years contract with this awful internet service. Not sure how you are going to fix this. Again after their fix from the last month the internet has been horrible since the last two days. you should understand my frustration being working from home in these COVID times and the internet sucks!!!!!!

I love the pool area, the resident activities organized by the staff, and the amenities like the tennis court, gym, and playground. The area is nice and quiet. I lived in The Palms over 4 years ago and recently moved back in. What a huge change in the property and the staff. From top to bottom all the staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are willing to help no matter how small the issue is. Also, the property itself has really improved since the last time I lived there. The units are newly renovated and look much more modern. The property is always very clean and is beautiful to look at. Definitely a great place to call home.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Palms at Sawgrass Mills and the staff. Everyone here is very polite and eager to help in any way possible. The staff goes above and beyond for anyone in the property no matter what the issue is. The common areas are very well maintained. The newly remodeled units are beautiful as well as the management office. There are activities being planned year round at no cost to the residents and the children enjoy them very much. I dont know of many places that care about their residents such as the Palms. Come see for yourself if you havent already. You will surely have a wonderful experience with Carmen, the property manager.

The grounds are very well kept and the community is aesthetically pleasing, but maintenance staff is overworked and is not reliable when you need something done in a certain time frame. It is very difficult to schedule a maintenance call if you work full time. Very poor customer service. Management does not return calls or messages left on machine. The quality of residents has gone down in the past few years. There are families of 5 living in 2 bedroom apartments. There is very limited parking. I have reported a pit bull living in my building downstairs and my neighbors across the way have stolen several packages around the community for the past year now. They have also vandalized my front door. No disciplinary action has been taken on any of these issues. I have seen the way they comment to peoples reviews on here. Maybe this is the only way things get resolved. We will be moving out in a few months after 3 years. My apartment is beautiful. No complaints there. If the staff could get their acts together, screen the residents a little bit better, treat the existing residents with more respect, and fix the parking issue, this place would be perfect.

Office staff (including property manager) condescending and dismissive. Jessica Santiago, property manager and especially Abigail Rodriguez, assistant property manager. I was treated like a 5 year old. I had to call the corporate office and complain to the property supervisor. I was explained by Carrol corp. that the above mentioned would be brought up to speed via e-mail. They claimed no knowledge of this. All while trying to pay my $1,800.00 (or about) per month rent. Serious problems with property management at Arium Sunrise. Many cars with expired tags or flat tires sit for month upon month taking up our spaces and NOTHING is done. Hopefully, new management and corporate intervention will resolve this. Other than that I love living here. Location, location, location. Great maintenance staff by the way. Tow the cars, find compassionate management and it would be close to perfect.

Lack of empathy thru the pandemic and today was the last straw, I’ve spoken to management several times about my outdated appliances and it has caught on fire today and NO ONE answers the phone and they have told me that there are no appliances to replace it. I love living at ARIUM Sunrise. The apartments are great, The location is excellent. The leasing office and maintenance people are very helpful. Parking is challenging. The big disappointment is with the cable and internet provider. Equipment is old, services are not up to competidors, channels in Spanish are minimal (even though we live in Florida) but the prices are expensive. The worst part is that you can not have a different provider!!! It is very disappointing.

I love this place!!! The staff is very dedicated to serve residents and visitors. The help and customer service skills of Crystal made us decide to live here. She made everything easy! My only complain is with the internet/cable provider Broadstar. Their services are very limited and unreliable. The security of their network is a concern. But we are forced to have them!!!! Arium Sunrise is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Abigail is one of the best assistant property managers ever and has been an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to work with!! The complex is gated and feels so safe! The entire staff here from the leasing office to the maintenance is PHENOMENAL!!! I highlyyyyy recommend Arium Sunrise and have been loving here now for about 3 weeks and it gets better each day!!

This is the worse place to rent. Moved out two months ago .... they honestly rent to whoever... they have the worse office manager there Carmen who is tremendously unhelpful and very rude. After moving out they are now charging fees that were paid. We had to move out early do to the fact that our master bathroom had a leak from upstairs causing mold..... which they took 2 weeks to fix. Terrible customer service. Horrible Parking no security, its expensive for an apartment with not many luxuries. Dont rent there!!!! If you like the area go to nexus I hear its really nice with great customer service. I have already reported this community due to the fact that we had been breathing mold.

Came in to see a 2 bedroom and to my surprise they were having a brunch themed event at the leasing office. I spoke with an agent (Abigail) who was extremely professional and had all of the answers to my wifes 2 million questions. The apartments are beautiful and the prices are very fair for the area. The entire staff was so helpful in the whole experience. I even had someone to talk cars with(John) while my wife and the agent toured a few apartment options. Thankfully they had a golf cart!!!! I will definitely be sighning my lease agreement witht the palms in a few months when my current lease is has expired.

Parking is absolutely terrible, the stair wells are filthy. The property may be in a nice area but once your inside you get a different experience. Just hide in your apartment and you will be ok (maybe). The staff has terrible communication skills, most are rude and could care less about tenants. There are many maintenance problems that do not get addressed like paint peeling off your doors, appliances not working properly. Your better off fixing stuff yourself. Oh and lets not forget the security gates hanging by a thread. I will say the maintenance staff are nice, but very busy.The cable is so out of date it’s not even worth having. Any normal company knows people want to pause live tv, record movies, series, etc. I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone unless changes are made!

It is finally time to say something about this place after being here for a complete year. Very nice community, visually of course. The apartments are very nice. The kitchen is actually nice! Terrible parking policy (Good luck trying to find parking after 9 pm. Youll find cars parked on the no parking fire lanes). Maintenance will never be there at the time they tell you they will be there. They might show up a couple of hours late or not show up at all unless you call them. And if you want to have visitors, your friends should prepare themselves to follow another car inside the complex (that is if your name isnt on the dial box because you dont have a 954 or 786 area code).This brings me to my final issue which lead to this unpleasing review and my decision to not recommend this place to anyone:Terrible customer service from Ronnie (at the leasing office). He answered the phone when I called about my concerns about the gate policy. He ended up demanding me (not suggesting) to change my phone number (I have an out-of-state number). After his unprofessional comment (and unprofessional tone) he told me to walk to the gate with my clicker and open the gate for whoever I was expecting. Thats when I decided to end the conversation with an unpleasant note due to the fact that I was feeling extremely disrespected.A few days later I was walking into the complex, when this same employee approached me (with a child on his side) and started yelling at me and stating that I was a rude person. I was appalled and couldnt believe that someone, who was supposed to be a professional, was behaving in a disgusting manner towards me. I had to repeat myself multiple times (in the middle of the street with residents driving by) that I did not want to speak with him, and that I was going to speak to the manager.After I spoke to the manager and resolved the issue on my behalf, the other person living with me stopped by the office and Ronnie decided to start speaking about my rudeness to this person. Obviously the person stated that he (Ronnie) was the one being very unprofessional and then left.If you decide to still live here after reading this. Make sure that the person helping you with your lease is Gabriela. She is a great person to talk to, and she will never treat you with a disgusting attitude or act unprofessional towards you.The act of Ronnie is the main reason why I am excited that my lease is up this month. I bet in any other apartment complex, an employee from the leasing office will NOT come out of the office and start yelling at you.

We rented here for 2 years. I would say overall, the staff at the leasing office is very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jessica moved us in, and she was great. She has a great personality and was happy to answer all our questions. My only gripe is the weekend leasing office staff. Im not sure of his name, but to say he is aloof is an understatement. He is nice, but I felt like when I spoke to him, he just was not processing what I was saying. Other than that, the pool and common areas are well kept. Parking can be an issue especially since people park wherever they want without consequence. The complex is quiet for the most part. If you jog/run, this area is perfect for you. Another note: the complex has an exclusive contract with Broadstar. It is probably the worst cable service Ive used. Expensive with a terrible interface and ancient equipment. I have to assume The Palms gets paid by Broadstar for the exclusivity, but its not in the best interests of the tenants.

I have been living in this community for almost 5 years and I have zero complains. It’s a nice community with 2 pools, gym, kids playground, dog park, bbqs, and a green area, it’s also very safe, and quite. The people working at the leasing office are great, as well as the maintance team. Carmen is an amazing manager that has always been extremely helpful as well as Jessica and the rest of the staff staff. If you’re looking for a place to rent in this area I 100% recommend it.

I enjoyed the palms overall but some things were just deal breakers. The fact that broadstar is the only cable/internet provider is horrible. That company is an overpriced mess with absolutely horrible services. I would recommend not moving here just because of that. Maintenance is slow and never comes so have to follow up to get someone to actually show up. Staff is nice and helpful. The prices of the units are completely overpriced for what you’re getting. The units are nice and the complex overall is nice, just not worth the price.Also on a side note, all of these reviews that are 5 stars, that say the exact same thing and were all posted at the exact same time seem a bit suspicious. It was rated a 3.2 and jumped to a 3.8.

The worst place to live. There is no parking available at nights. And if you park by the curb or in the grass overnight and forget to move your car the next morning they will either tow your car or issue a citation. This place sucks. They need to have at least 1 assigned parking per unit or spend the money in making more parking spaces for residents paying to live there. Theres a reason why they have bad reviews. Trust me theres other issue with living here. Crime, garbage disposal, animal control, ghetto people moving in, and much more.
