Super happy to be a resident here. Management team works hard on making this property so special. They are attentive and focused on the needs of all of their residents. I also have to commend the maintenance team, they are amazing and friendly!

Ive been here now for almost a year and can continue to say how impressed I am with living here. The office and maintenance staff are ABSOLUTELY wonderful! The pool area is beautiful and always clean, the gym has good quality equipment and is always clean. The hallways to the apartment (which was a major concern for me) and the garage is always kept clean! And for the most part the neighbors are wonderful. I feel very safe and convenient in a great location easy access to everything; stores, highway, market, mall etc…I highly recommend.

Eddie was very professional, courteous, and extremely efficient with the few things I needed done in the apartment.I’m very happy with the maintenance work, as he knew exactly what needed to be done and didn’t take long to get them fixed.

I just moved from AMLI Sawgrass Village, I had a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment.Now, I can say with property, that I had a great quality of life for 2 years.For me, the key and success of this property is thanks to the management and commitment of Kirk Talley, the excellent maintenance that Joe and Riky do every day, and the amazing attention that Jessica always gives to the residents.They always helped me with any concerns or questions that I had. They make a difference in this property; Thank you guys for a great service and make me feel part of the AMLI family. I recommend 100% this place to live in.

We just moved out of AMLI Sawgrass after one year of living there while our condo was being renovated. Our experience was exceptional. The apartments are gorgeous! We had the 2/2 and the kitchen was huge! I came from a 4,000 square foot home that didnt have as many cabinets and the pantry holds much more that it would appear! We moved in 2 weeks before the world pandemic shut everything down, so we didnt really get to enjoy most of AMLIs amenities, but the gym is BEAUTIFUL. Aside from the aesthetics of AMLI, Ricky and the maintenance team are fantastic and any issues were quickly remedied. The office staff are great too and work so hard to keep everything clean and professional! The manager, Kirk is amazing and we cannot say enough about Chantell! She has a way about her that always made EVERYTHING smooth and easy. She is a wonderful employee and person and AMLI is so fortunate to have her!! I would recommend AMLI Sawgrass without hesitation. BTW, quick shout out to Daniel, who I never met personally, but has helped me a couple of times since we moved out and hes a great new addition to the team. :)

I’ve been living here since October and I don’t ever plan on leaving, at least not anytime soon. This is honestly the best apartment complex in Sunrise that I’ve ever been to. Since the day I applied to move here the staff have been nothing but amazing and they’re all super nice. The amenities are beautiful and always fully functional in comparison to other communities. Amli takes pride in providing a premium level of service 24/7. Jessica, Chantell, and Nathalie Castro in the front office were all super professional and nice and made the move in process so seamless. Nathalie always went above and beyond every time I had an issue or a concern and went the extra mile to make sure all of my issues were resolved immediately. She’s the best there is!

UpdateI had a chance to speak with Chantel who was super professional and an asset to the property. Unfortunately, the apartment I was looking to move into has been rented but Im very impressed that the property reached out to help me.----------------I WAS interested in moving into this property and had a very bad experience with the leasing agent. The person seemed uninterested in providing me with assistance, and it seemed that there were trying to rush through the tour instead of answering my questions. The virtual tour had visual skips and part of the tour I could not see and there was 0 effort to go back and cover what was missed. At the end of the tour I asked the agent to provide a video which he said he would do. Days later no video or email follow up. If this is the experience I get before the move in I can only image what its like after move. Ill pass on this property.

I love living here. 3 years and no complaints at all!

My only complaint is that there are no security cameras in the parking garage. I’ve never seen that it this price point tbh. Chantal is amazing but Natalie has messed up on multiple occasions with misinformation and a couple other little things but she is a nice lady. They grounds are kept very clean. Lots of really cool amenities like the tide dry cleaning lockers and the dog park. We love the lay out of our two bedroom with a den.

I love this place. Out of the 5 communities I have been in Broward County, this is the best by far. Apartment quality is amazing and recreational areas.Personnel is AMAZING, they get everything resolved super fast and wont let you down.I really recommend this place.

Beautiful location for families or couples even singles. The apartments are kept up to date daily. Cleaned gym pools dog park. The Maintinence manager and team works hard and quick to make sure anything and everything is up to part. Any work orders are don’t quick. The office team is very friendly and were so helpful with all the questions I asked. The manager is beyond amazing. Everyone is very welcoming.

Love AMLI ! I knew I wanted to move here the very first time I visited - I literally feel like Im living in a resort! The building is kept very clean and pristine and the location is awesome (you could literally walk to Sawgrass Mall). The pool areas look like they belong in a 5-star resort with cabanas and everything, the gym is super clean and offers fun (and free) group classes, and they have food trucks every week just for us! Yum! The best part of living here is that the AMLI team is very responsive and really care about their tenants - they are super nice and really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy, and they are always putting on events and activities for everyone in the community. They are also amazing at resolving any issues that may come up and they handle it very quickly and painlessly. Thanks AMLI team!

I love living at AMLI Sawgrass Village. Ive lived here for almost a year and Ive enjoyed every minute of it. The apartments are spacious and comfy with plenty of storage space, especially in the kitchen. The apartment is well insulated, not only do I save on my electricity, but I dont hear any of my neighbors. The amenities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. My friends always compliment the design and beauty of the community.Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful. Ive always received exceptional service when ever Ive had a question or concern. Most recently I interacted with Jenn who went out of her way to explain and help with my issue.I recommend AMLI Sawgrass Village to all of my friends looking for new places and Ill continue to do so.

This is a nice and quiet place to live. The office staff is very helpful and professional. Pricing is also appropriate based on how nice this community is.

My move-in experience was smooth and easy. Ive been here for a couple of months and absolutely love this place. Nathalie at the front office was so helpful and made the process a breeze. I highly recommend moving in here.

The apartments here are amazing but what’s even more amazing is the AMLI staff. Thank you Jenn for being so wonderful to us and for accommodating our special situation. My family had an amazing time and it wouldn’t it be possible without the wonderful AMLI team. Perfect place to live. I just resently move in, and the administration is always willing to help in anything, very kind. It has everything close, malls, cinema, places to eats, BB&T center and near the 595. It is perfect. Im glad to find this place.

AMLI has been a great place to live, the front office has been a pleasure to work with offering not only strong communication but also consistent levels of service and professionalism. Maintenance team is amazing, they pay close attention to all the details and are on the property organizing, fixing, and cleaning both early and late in the evenings. Highly recommended for anyone looking to lease in the sawgrass area.

I have lived here over a year now and management has been fantastic especially Kirk. There were some issues with the lighting (kept going out frequently) along the path in the community. I let Kirk know and not only did he take care of it, he got the lighting system replaced to a newer system and now there has not been any issues! It is a very great place to live and it is all about the customer service knowing they will take care of anything you need to be done. Even if you just want some photos hung on the wall they will help out! Amazing place to live and great modern apartments!

Very nice complex in the middle of nowhere. No walking distance to anything (except if you like shopping in sawgrass mall)

We are planning on moving into an apartment in January. Chantell has made our process very fast and easy. She is very personable and funny. I told her exactly what i was looking for in an apartment and she was open and honest about which layouts, and floor plans would work best for me and which ones wouldnt. She took extra time to go over everything with me. She was scheduled to go home at 5pm but she insisted that she find us the right home before we leave and she went above and beyond in doing so. Excited to live here!! Chantell is the best.

Do not move here unless you are okay with people stealing from you. Left my car in the garage in which ONLY residents can access and someone stole items from my locked trunk. OF COURSE this places who charges up the wazoo doesnt have cameras. DO NOT move here, management is awful, the charging stations for the cars never work. AC in the apartments dont work properly. This place is not worth the amount you spend on rent. Completely unacceptable. The residents and management are not trustworthy.

What a disappointment this place is!From day one I am having issues that have not been resolved or that will never will be resolved.To top it off not only I was threatened by one of the tenants here, someone broke into my car and stolen all my property. The building manager says they do not have any cameras in the parking garage where my car is parked, so are they liable?. My air conditioning does not cool the master bedroom at all. The high rent here is not justified at all. The electric car charger was not working for me for over a month. I moved here for that reason, and the truth is that I had other places that I could of moved. Please stay away from this place!!!.The LEED certification is not worth it as the EV charger was no good. It takes too long to charge, and the air conditioning is very inefficient.

We will soon move in to our beautiful new apartment here and we cant wait! The units and grounds are stunning and the staff is amazing! We had looked a number of different communities and Amli Sawgrass Village was way above the rest. Shout out to Bianca, Jenn and Josh for being so incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout this whole process for us. We cant wait to be in our new home!

AMLI Sawgrass is beautiful. Feels more like a resort than your typical “apartment complex”. Joshua is very helpful, patient, courteous and professional. The team overall is great.

AMLI Sawgrass and their staff are AMAZING! I have lived here since they were built and in two different models. They are more than accommodating as I was just recently transferred and needed help with my lease end date, etc. I will spare you the details, but they worked with me and I am beyond GRATEFUL! Bianca was FANTASTIC! The apts. are beautiful and well equipped! I recommend not only AMLI Sawgrass but renting w/ AMLI when available. :-)

If I could leave negative stars I would. Recently myself and other residents have had our storage units broken into. The complex decided it was best to email us about the unfortunate and frustrating incident via e-mail only to keep an eye out for our items and to report suspicious activity. Being in an apartment/home/townhouse or wherever it may be one should feel safe. I should not have to worry about petty low life’s coming into my home and my storage unit, where the locks are always locked, invading and violating my privacy, taking items that are irreplaceable and that we’re earned with hard work, time and money. Not only that, but the office replaced the locks on my doors WITHOUT my knowledge. Now, I understand that locks have to be changed once a situation like this occurs, however, I would like to be informed and not wonder or panic as to why I cannot get into anything. After receiving the pathetic and poorly structured e-mail, my father went to look in the storage unit. He couldn’t get into it, that’s when he went to the office and all the person could tell him was “well now you have your key” after he asked why they did not notify him of the changed locks. After obtaining the key he discovered that one of our items was stolen. Now, we don’t know if the person that changed our locks stole the item or the thief that has now become a dark cloud and burden upon us that have been violated. Having those thoughts is draining. Being a victim of a crime is draining. I work for the state, I see cases and handle them - but never did I hope for myself or my neighbors to become victims because someone decided to be a coward. This complex management are full of cowards for how they handled this situation. It’s disgraceful.The security guard that is supposed to be working is never to be seen and never answers calls in case of an emergency which I have had to make in the past.All in al the complex management has failed to make me feel safe in what is supposed to be a top notch secure building, they neglected to inform me of changed on locks, their security guard lacks everything a security guard should have, and the complex is very unresponsive and not helpful when needing assistance with certain situations.To break the lease you have to pay the whole entire years worth. It’s unfortunate that you have to pay a price when you’re violated and do not feel safe.

Hi, I used to be a resident here from 2018-2019, This is an extremely overpriced community, if you need to extend for any reason you will be charged rent +700$. Any pending amount will go to collection in 15 days, without option for paying. Then the collection agency will report you even if you pay them on the first call. My credit went from 780 to 619 for $285 pending utilities. I tried to pay on their website, which didnt show any pending amount. I tried calling and asking for help, and clearly tried telling me to fix my credit...

After moving in a couple months ago, I can say it was the right choice of picking AMLI as our New home. Jen Joshua and Amy have been kind helpful and bent over backwards to help us. My husband and I are very happy and grateful to be living in a wonderful place like Amli.We also love all the Activities that the leasing office plans for us tenants.

I just recently moved out of AMLI Sawgrass and I had to leave before my contract was expired due to my job relocating me, but my experience at AMLI has always been very pleasant. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help me with any problems in my apartment. I also really like that they have fun events and the food truck nights were my favorite! The maintenance guy has come to my apartment to fix a few things and I like that they complete the work quickly, sometimes even the same day I call. It’s a shame that they don’t have an AMLI where I moved because I would have liked to rent at another AMLI.

I really like the place. Stuff is really nice. Nobody bothers you. I havent had any problems! The only thing I dont like is that you have to ask for a pass when you have guests for their car. Which I mean, I understand but still sucks if they put a sticker hahaMy apartment is really nice and pretty and I like the pool and gym. I recommend it. 👍

This brand new community is very nice, I have rented apartments across South Florida and this property and staff are definitely high on my list. Its too bad people write poor reviews because of their own failure to plan. This is probably the nicest, newest property in the Sunrise area and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I agree that peoples lack of planning turns into a bad review. This place is stellar and functions great. The staff is wonderful and is always on queue to assist as needed. Cant wait to enjoy the amenities soonest but so far so good.

I lived there for a year and I didn’t have a good experience. The management sucks. I moved out 7 months ago and yesterday I received an email from Credit Karma about a change in my score. When I checked further, Amli Sawgrass Village had the nerve to send me to collections for a $110.20 bill for water and sewer. When I called, they told me that because I didn’t provide a forward address they couldn’t contact me even thou they had my email and phone number. That speaks very badly about their customer service. Their community manager Kirk Talley don’t know what he is doing when you run a business affecting peoples credit for something that he could avoid by contacting me in any other way or to actually ask me on my last day there for my new address. Don’t recommend this place at all.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!!!

Let me start by saying I’m a well versed, well travelled and lived all around the world type of person. I’ve lived in high end neighborhoods and in not so savory neighborhoods too. With that being said this past Sunday (January 28) my attitude has changed to feeling so completely and utterly violated! My husband went to our storage unit to get something and couldn’t get into our unit. He was baffled. He went to the complex Office and was handed his new key. As he went back to our storage unit he saw things were stolen and realized our unit was broken into. Long story short; the breaking into our storage and changing of the locks were not notified to us. Supposedly an email was sent out to all residents about possible break ins and to keep an eye out for suspicious people and activity. You DO NOT NOTIFY YOUR RESIDENTS THROUGH EMAIL!!!! You call them!!!!!! In all the places I’ve lived in I’ve never ever felt so VIOLATED AND UNSAFE!!!! I’m even afraid to just walk my dog or even walk to my car!!! The Management team here isn’t worth for anything!! This place has become the Luxury Section 8 Complex!!My suggestion to anyone who wants to live here- Look else where!! The rent I pay here I can live in Downtown Fort Lauderdale!

The parking is absolutely horrific. In particular the guest parking. everytime I visit my friend I get a huge orange sticker on my car that takes a scraper to peel off. The buildings upkeep is awful its always dirty. The gym smelled like arm pits. I personally would never even think about living here

The blonde at the management office is extremely rude. I highly don’t recommend this place. Everything here is a problem.

I waited until my move was complete before leaving this review. From the minute I went to see these apartments for the first time up until the minute I moved out, Amli Sawgrass has been nothing short of exceptional. Any issues that may have arisen during my lease there (which were very few), the staff at Amli made sure it was resolved quickly. Josh, Amy, Tamara, and all of the maintenance staff were always so caring, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend leasing at Amli Sawgrass Village. The one and only reason I moved was to own rather than rent, but if I had to lease again this is where it would be. Thank you all for your kindness and for always making me feel at home!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This is the worst place I have ever lived! Theres has been a break in inside of the building and my motorcycle was stolen out of the garage (during the week it just so happened the cameras werent working)... They just painted the walls in the hall ways and they left spider webs all through the ceilings. The maintenance and up keep up the building in my opinion is very poor!! You cannot have a car in the garage over night with out a pass in the window which you have to get from the main office between 10-7. So if you have a girlfriend or boyfriend that wants to stay over after a night out forget it... they will be towing their car... they told me i have to park on the sixth floor with my rental car while I have it for a week. My vehicle isnt even here and I have to go to the roof? Yeah right... the rent prices werent clear it was about $150 more than what I was told after all the surcharges. The gate situation is awful theres only one lane in and out of the garage so if someone cant get in the gate because the person they call doesnt answer everyones sitting there waiting. Theres not a place the person can turn around. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED!

I wanted to finish the duration of my lease until I posted a review and I hope future residents find this useful. I lived in a 1bd/ 1 ba apartment in the building and I had a great experience. The drawbacks, parking gate entrance and the trash rooms fill up quick. Both of which Im sure they are working on. Maybe switch to a keyless gate to make access easier?Regardless, I had a great time there, the apartments are new, efficient and have all new hurricane doors and windows. The amenities are top notch with 2 style pools and fitness center. The leasing agents are great and if you are courteous they will help you out in almost all situations.The only reason why I left was to relocate to another property in Miami for work and I am at their Dadeland property so that was another huge selling point was the ability to move after your lease.

I tried to give Joshua at the office the benefit of the doubt when it came to the complaints I have about the loud music coming from the apartments around me that keep me up at night; he basically told me I’m a liar in so many words & has done nothing to help my situation. Everybody plays music until all hours of the night (breaking their lease rules) and yet nobody seems to care at the front office. Nobody offered to help or try and correct the problem. Can’t wait until my lease is up. This place is terrible.

We moved in a week ago and so far its not been a very pleasant stay. Amenities are still not available to use like the grill in the pool area. Its just there because it looks nice.Second is that your cell phone will not work so youll need to buy a booster.We have 2 young kids baby 10 weeks and 19 months old. We live in the first floor so we requested 1 reserved parking spot because no one from the office told us that residents dont have designated parking spots when we were in contact with the office. We moved here from California so out only communication was by phone and email. Amli have ONLY 4 parking spots on each floor available to reserve and im our case the 4 spots on the 1st floor are already taken meaning I need to carry my two babies trough the whole hallway up to the elevator to the 2nd floor because thats the only available parking I can pay for. They wont grant me 1 extra parking spot on the 1st floor even if they are aware of us having smal children. SHAME ON YOO AMLI!!!This us not a kid friendly area at all. The staff us rude and unprofessional!!Please think twice if you really want to move here because when the lease is signed you are pretty much screwed!!!
