I have been coming here for almost 2 years in September. She’s done my hair, nails, toes, eyebrows and eyelashes. Super sweet and always does an amazing job.Highly recommend coming here and you’ll never go to another spot again!

I love how great Hannah was! Shes very professional and has over 10 years of experience. She was super gentle and really took her time to explain the health of my nails and every step of the dip manicure process.

Rude so 1/5. Last year I gave it 4/5 rating because back then they were good. I am taking that back now. The service was disappointing in my recent visit. May be the staff has changed, I dont know. I called them to schedule an appointment. The lady on call (around 3pm) said they were very busy. I told her not a problem, she could give me next available slot as I just needed a hair cut so nothing urgent. She said if I came at 6.30pm the same day it should mostly be free. They close at 7pm. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. When I reached she said oh, I forgot to take your number to call back but we are busy This was not cool. I told her that my ride had already left and I wish she had told me earlier. I am non confrontational person so all this discussion was done with respect, I was not angry, just surprised. She was like ok fine be seated. I thanked her but was puzzled that she made me sit on an unclean chair where the hair of previous customer was still on the floor. I did not want to create any fuss so kept quite. She made me wait for 10mins all the while texting on phone and repeating they are running busy. The parlour literally had just 2 ladies on pedicure chairs and no one on hair cut seats!!! She finally came and started straightening my hair. I do not prefer to steam my hair unless there is any special occasion. But again, I kept quite. I asked her how much she wud charge and she said $35. She wud charge me $10 extra due to length of my hair (reaches till waist and am short height). I said okay but I did mention that I only required a trim and not styling. Again she was back on her phone texting. The cut was over in 5 mins. Till date my sister makes fun that my hair does not look trimmed at all! No difference. After having already overpaid for mediocre service, I was explicitly asked how much I would like to tip. Truth be told, I did not want to. But again, I did not want to make a scene and gave 10% tip. I left the place with a smile but I was really frustrated with the way I was treated. I am not going back and would not recommend to anyone.

Great Service! I get my eyelashes done here regularly and Anna is the only one I trust. She is very patient and meticulous and always makes me very comfortable.

My local place walking distance and convenient. Mai is so sweet and she really is personable. They do quality to work! Love the chrome finish my new favorite.

My third time getting gel fill and pedicure, great quality work, done just how I like them. Mai is darling, bubbly and friendly. Love this place! Very good service and location.

I came without appointment for nails fill. She told me to wait 15 minuets, and eventually I waited 40 minutes. She didnt clean my real nails as she should. Instead to listen to me she argued and didnt accept to clean them . The shape is not good . My real nails are long . So in a week I would need to do again nails fill. She takes expensive 35$ and it doesnt worth it . Listen to me dont go there ! I thought to myself that everyone know to do nails fill and I so wrong !

This salon is very convenient because you have a hair cut and nails done at the same store. They are good at both hair and nail works. Today i came with my daughter. She had a hair cut for $20 and i had Spa Pedicure for $30. They gave my daughter a great hair cut and my Pedicure looked great. I know they are all hard working ladies so i tipped them well for their great services. If you are looking for a place to have a hair cut and nails done, this is the best place for you. Highly recommended!!!

My favorite and only place that i trust to have a haircut and nails done. They never disappoint me and always give me the best haircut and Manicure & Pedicure ever. Today i came to have both haircut and Basic Manicure and it turned out great. They had many talented staffs who really knew what they were doing. Very good nail salon in my area!!! Every time I come here, no matter what service I get, these ladies do an excellent job. All the ladies are friendly and know a lot of designs. I rarely have to wait too long and the seats are some of the most comfortable massage chairs Ive been in. Their price lists are very reasonable and the place is always clean. I am always pleased when i leave. Highly recommended!

I got a gel manicure that lasted less than a week and paid $45 for this. I called to get it fixed and the person was very rude to me. I understand its the holidays and you might not have space, but this is the result of poor work being done and the fact that you dont offer any other option and/or redoing it for free says a lot about the service and this place. Will definitely not come back.

This location is very elegant. Nice view from the streets. Great places to come. I really enjoyed my services there. I highly recommend this place to any ones. Gotta loves this place. The wax service was very soothing. It didnt hurt at all. Some places does hurts with wax. Not here.

Top Hair- Nails is my favorite salon. It is incredibly clean that make me feel comfortable whenever I was there. I usually get a good consultation due to my short nail bed. The nail technician shaped my nails squarely, painted tactfully and meticulously to get a beautiful results. I felt so relaxing and comfortable afterwards. The environment made me feel warm, nicely like I was at my own home. I paid suitable price with high quality service. I know To Hair- Nails will keep doing a great job. Strongly remake 5 stars for this salon.

Nail polish all over my skin around my finger nails. Was disappointed in the manicure quality, unfortunately. People here were really nice though and I did like my pedicure. Im sure other services may be great but attention to detail on my manicure left much to be desired ☹️

This salon is absolutely fabulous. They have excellent customer service and provide quality nail treatments. My sweetheart and i went for his and her manicures and pedicures. We both really enjoyed our service. We will definitely return very soon.

I fear the hair dresser like people fear the dental office. Hong took care of me and gave me the best hair cut Ive had in a long time. She really knows hair! All the ladies here do a fantastic job and I highly recommend them for the 5-star experience for a reasonable cost.

What I really like about this location is that you can book your appointment online and it is very easy not complicated. Basically, you can book any thing online. From nail services too waxing. A Variety to book rather than calling or you could call too either way.So I used a coupon online and gotten 30% off myMani Pedi ! Plus win for me and also gotten my haircut. Both a terrrific job. From my hair she recommend what I should use for my split ends. She gave me advice and it really could see the improvement in my hair.But on to the nails....Just a terrific job, outstanding. The techs here really know what they are doing and takes there time.FYI just book an appointment because they do get busy and you have to wait. If you are inpatient I highly recommend you to book online or over the phone. So it wont be much of a hassle for you.It really Top off other nail locations. I recommend this store to anyone!

Awesome salon! Left here knowing that what I paid for was completely worth it, they made my nails look beautiful! Now I can go home and brag about my nails to my friends and theyll never know where I got them done!

This owner doesnt respect their customers time. I had to wait for one hour for an appointment last month. I scheduled todays appointment one month ago and confirmed the time again this morning but she still had me wait for 15 minutes. I wont come back again.

Great haircut and affordable price

Top Hair- Nails has to be one of the best nail places Ive been to and it is very inexpensive for the quality you get. I have been here twice and both times i was satisfied when i got out.

Really enjoyed my first time at Top Hair Nails, my mani/pedi was just perfect! I almost fell asleep during the pedicure, my nails look so nice, the nail tech was very nice and we had a really nice conversation about vacation plans and such, definitely worth the price!

I walked in and ask if I could get a full set of Acrylic nails and the owner I presume Helen said yes like 15 min wait. She was nice at first but once I kept pointing out mistakes she kept gettting increasling angry and got agressive with my nails thus cutting me since she was obiviously mad. She cut my nails all different lengths and the thickness and shape was all wrong.I know whats quality work and whats not I been getting acyrilc nails on for 7 years. I told her to stop what she was doing because she did not want to give me what I wanted and said the shape I was asking for (coffin shape) was not possible. Plus I always get my nails on the longer side but she kept telling me that was too long and cut them to the length I did not want. Even though she satrted with a new set of nails any license technician can shape nails and at least cut them at the same length. She kept arguing with me that it was my fault and made me pay $40 for unfinished nails which had been filed unevenly and had no polish. I told her ask anyone if my nails are uneven and she said let’s take a picture and I was okay. She took a picture and saw my finger was bleeding and tried to wipe the blood off and? I pulled my hand away and said no take the picture how my finger is and she proceeded to laugh . I was livid at that point and left. Helen if you are reading this please for the sake of your business adjust your attitude because reality check you can’t blame a customer for your crappy skills. I don’t even know how you are licensed. I hope you guys read before trying out this place! No need for negative vibes try somewhere where they know the meaning of customer service!
