I did not have a chance to do my nails because right at the door we had a miscommunication with the lady who works there. I asked her prices but because of her thick accent and couldn’t understand a word she was saying. I apologized and asked her again to repeat but instead of answering she rolled her eyes like it was my fault that I couldn’t understand her horrible accent. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and rude. If you planning to run a business in the US at least put some effort to learn how to pronounce basic words related to your business.

I have been trying to find a decent nail spot here since i just moved. Kathy did a really good job! So last week I went to my first salon out here and by 1 week my full set nails were popping off!!!So I called and went in. Now Kathy knew what she was doing...my nails were fixed and she even help me with my color combinations. If you want a good nail shop swing on by here!

This is the second time Im getting my nails done at pmp (black nails) and so far Im really loving this place. My first time was before Christmas (red nails) and the gel manicure held up well for a little over 3 weeks. It never chipped, and the design was beautiful.One thing to note is that you should make a reservation before coming in. They are generally busy. The second thing is that even with the reservation, you might have to wait just a little bit. Patience is necessary, but the results are excellent and I believe fairly priced.Staff is very friendly and attentive.

I went here for the first time for a pedicure yesterday. Cathy was absolutely great. She took her time with each procedure. Will definitely go back.

First time here. This place is amazing! Lisa was super thorough with my much needed pedicure. The hot tea was nice. Very clean. Relaxing music. DEFINITELY going back!

I called to ask how much it was to fix one nail and they said 3 to 5 dollars depending on the length which was fine with me so I asked if there was a minimum that needed to be spent in order to use our card. The woman who I was speaking to said yes it needed to be $20 or more and then hung up on me after apologizing. I was so confused as to why I got hung up on so I called her back and asked her if I can come in at 7 oclock and she rushed me off the phone and said yes. I come in at 7 oclock and both technicians looked at me standing in the front and continue to do whatever they were doing. Didnt say one moment or Ill be right with you just ignored meI have no patience for bad service. I literally work across the street and wouldve given them at least $100 a month to do my nails since its such a Convenient location but that kind of attitude is ridiculous

Got a pedicure and a full set and had a wonderful experience! Customer service is exemplary and the atmosphere is so relaxing I seriously almost fell asleep. Very impressed and I will be returning

Best mani/pedi experience ever! Lisa is super friendly and accommodating. She only does her best and teaches her nail techs the same way. She doesn’t rush you and gives you high quality nails. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!
