I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive been coming here for a little over a year now. Kathy is great and so are all the other ladies. She always takes her time on manicure and it never feels rushed with her, which I appreciate greatly! I recommend calling and making appointments if possible. They do take walkins, but most of the time they are very busy. Ive gone with a group of 5 and they were able to fit us all in with an appointment. It is always a great experience here 💅❤

Ive been to a lot of nail salons in and around Sunnyvale and SF and this is one of the best Ive found.They spend a lot of time prepping your nails before your service. Ive gotten gel and acyrlic sets and every time my friends comment on how well done they are. The gel also doesnt chip and lasts a good 4 weeks.

Beauty fusion is the best nail salon in the area! Cathy and her crew are amazing, so clean and so thorough. Never disappointed!

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 5 years. Cathy runs a very beautiful salon. I appreciate that she takes appointments as a priority but also open to walk ins if they have time. Her staff is always friendly and works extremely hard. This salon has racks and racks of the best nail polishes and colors. Cathy is always up for trying new designs.

Bright ambience - even in the bathroom! Comfortable pedicure chairs, and the ladies really make you comfortable by giving you a pillow, and a shoulder warmer in the winter. They offer a pretty wide color range, and color matching becomes easy because they offer the same colors for normal and gel.Tracy is super fun and sweet to talk to! She even brought me some Vietnamese coffee to try after we chatted about my travels there. I have been getting ombré nails by them the past few times, which have looked very pretty and made me happy. They had mentioned that the nail artist I had could not mix two solid colors for ombré, but in other reviews I see that other nail artists there can.PS Nails in the photo were done a week ago.

I had such a great experience at beauty fusion. They did a great job on my toes and Cathy did an amazing job on my nails. I just moved to the area, and she will definitely be my new nail lady :)

$30 Gel Manicure + $5 design fee. -1 star because after 2 days its started to look bad.

Bad service the lady didn’t glued good the nails she charged $75 dollars full set ombré style not returning to this place don’t recommend.

They provide foods and snacks, very nice commodities for relaxing, the people there were very nice, a great place overall! :)

Hands UP best mani I have ever had. Every one has lasted 5+ weeks. Amy does a fantastic job and is always patient with my crazy can you do this ideas. On my most recent visit, I was out of ideas. Amy came up with this cute Pumpkin Black French Tip design for me. Not only did she do a fantastic job, I was impressed she had learned my style and was able to think for me lol.

Im not an avid get my nails done type of gal but this place has me thinking i should be. Im all about customer service. Why pay for something i can do myself is my normal philosophy. But give me good customer service and little extras and you have me as a customer for sure!Anna was my nail artist and she was smiling and talking to me not everyone else! She really made sure the colors and pattern were right b4 she even started! I tell you these small oversights are what pushes me away but not here! On top of offering snacks while waiting they brought water from a bottle, instead of tap water.Its all customer service! Thanks Anna for a great 1st experience!

Kathy always does a super awesome job, especially her nail designs are fabulous. My acrylic nails look even better than real nails. Just make sure you book an appointment in advance and leave yourself at least an hour - but you won’t regret it!

My friend and I had an appointment set at 2:45 we arrived on time but workers wasn’t ready, not very welcoming..had us waiting 15min past our appointment.. there was a lady that came in after us and they got started on her,instead of us .. so we left !!I give 0star the establishment was nice but not friendly ..“I’d recommend“Melange nails& spa”, They welcome us in and did an amazing job! both my friend and I was very satisfied” ..

Cathy has been doing my nails for over 15 years starting way back when she had her previous salon under a different name. Beauty Fusion is wonderful. Cathy does my nail fills (powder and gel) every 3 weeks and the price is very reasonable. She also does my eyebrows (wax) and I am always satisfied. My daughter and I have gel pedicures every couple months and the color lasts with no chips. All the nail technicians are very friendly and they have plenty of nail and pedicure stations available. I always make an appointment, but they do accept walk in customers if they have the availability. Plenty of colors to choose from and they always offer water, coffee, or tea.IMPORTANT NOTE: Although they accept credit cards there is a $2 transaction fee. They have an ATM machine, but there is a fee for that as well. Since they request cash only tips, its best to treat this salon as CASH ONLY.

It was a little pricey but I love how my nails came out. I went here to get my nails done for my baby shower, it was the nail techs first time doing baby feet design but you cant even tell! They came out so cute I got a lot of compliments. I also got my first ever pedicure and they just made me feel so comfortable. So over all had a great experience

Ive been here twice and really like the people who work here! Tracy was really gentle and attentive with my manicure. The manicure also lasts a while as well and they have a week warranty on gel manicures. I wish there was a way to book appointments online, but I think I found my regular mani pedi spot!

After a month, the gel and gems stay strong! I don’t know much about nails, but the staff came up with an amazing design for me. Unlike the two other places I’ve been to, the coat was thick and has been solid so I can remove it when I’m ready.

Slight expensive, but the service is really nice. I usually go here for gel mani/pedi and have always left satisfied with results. They charge 2% extra per service for credit cards and have an ATM in the store.

Very very slow: 2 hours to get gel manucure and pedicure. The nail polish lasted very long and was nice, but 2 hours long for the simplest gel manucure and pedicure is really far too long.Works well but only if you are willing to spend the day there.

I had my first 6 mths ago and I really like this salon! Cathy and her team are very meticulous with their work. They also have great customer service and provided me with hot tea since I had lost my voice. The salon is very clean and has beautiful decor.I have recently started using powder with gel polish and my nails last for 3 weeks!! Love coming to see Cathy!

They give good services for hair, nails; waxing and Facial & Permanent Make-Up.You will not find a better place for creativity and caring for getting things just right in Sunnyvale. They take their time and give you their best - fresh, updated, and personal.Try them out and you will not be disappointed.

I think Ive found my new regular salon! I have only gotten a normal manicure here but I am planning on getting a pedicure in the coming months.I had an appointment but I went on a Wednesday afternoon so I dont think there was any need for one. They offered me water when I arrived and were very nice. It was a relaxing experience.The manicure was high quality and I only removed the polish because my nails grew out. No chips!Im not sure if they have an official parking lot, but there is a big lot over by Macys that is a 2 minute walk away.

Lots of chairs so if you are going with a group, easy to all be taken care of at once. Done both appointments and walk in and have been accommodated both times! Really nice employees here who are quick to get the job done. Nice atmosphere inside as well!

Chose Beauty Fusion Studio based on the great reviews and will definitely return! Bright, professional and pleasant studio with 6 or so chairs. Very clean and loads of colours from Perfect Match with the same colours in both polish and shellac - brilliant! Very friendly and cheerful staff who were gentle with high quality results.

I have been here a few times, and they generally do a thorough job with manicures and pedicures. The salon is not as lavish like a lot of other nail spas, but they are also relatively reasonably priced and do a good job for the price point. I definitely recommend it.

This is the 3rd time Ive been here first time tracy did my nails wow I loved it and thats why I came back this time I got a full set kathy took care of me,she is very nice pleasant respectful offer me drinks, I was just very happy with the service Im forsure taking my girls there.

Good staff and great services. Pricier than some places but I liked it. Usually busy dont go without appointment.

They now charge a $2 fee for using a credit card. My service cost $40 (more on that later), and MasterCard probably charges the merchant 2%, which is $0.80. So they just pocketed an additional $1.20. And to top it off I asked for the $35 ice pedicure, and instead she did the fire pedicure, which is $40. I said something about it, and the guy at the counter actually told me I dont care. Its unfortunate because the pedicure was done quite well. But there are plenty of other nail salons out there to choose from, so next time Ill be visiting one that cares about their customers, represents the actual cost of their services, and doesnt violate their credit card merchant agreement.

Have been here a few times and the most recent time I brought two friends with me. We called a week ahead to make appointments. First, its cash only and they will charge you 2$ extra if you use a card. Second, I said that I had a mani and pedi and they kept talking like I didnt make an appt for a mani which I thought was a little rude to start. The regular pedi costs 28$ and they scrub your legs and feet so hard it was hurting. Not relaxing at all. For my Mani, I got the dip and it took about 15 minutes bc they dont clean your cuticals or give you any lotion on your hands. I asked if they could clean my cuticals and she said it would be 10$ extra! The dip costs 45$ already. I also had to sit there for extra time bc another customer didnt like her gel manicure so she had to go fix it. Not a relaxing experience at all ..would find a better more friendly place next time. My friends and I will not be coming back.

Based on my experience Im guessing this place doesnt offer service to people of ethnic backgrounds. I went in based on the reviews and was greeted by a man who asked how could he help. I said Id like a pedi. He says with a frown do you have an appointment. I said no. He says oh well sorry were full. But there were several chairs available. I walked back to my car, called and asked if they take walk-ins or appt only and the guy says yes we take walk-ins what service do you want. Guess Im glad Im only visiting sunny not so friendly Sunnyvale!

Consistent hygenic and quality service.

They took me within 10 - 15min of me calling and making an appointment. (I also came when it wasnt too busy, so that could explain how fast it was) The ladies are always friendly here. I was offered water, coffee or tea. Pretty fast service. I did a gel pedicure. It took about an hour, but they also had to remove my previous gel and I changed my color 1 time because I didnt like my first choice. Lol! She was nice about it. Depending on your selection, you get a hot oil and stone massage, foot massage and other soothing treatments. The only thing I didnt like is that they have a $2 fee if you use your card. I gave a cash tip to the lady who helped me, but opted to pay the rest on my card. Not cool. Maybe if you tell people that on the phone 1st, they can come prepared. Its not cash only like some places, but it might as well be. Oh well. Lesson learned. That was the only thing. Would definitely still recommend and I will be coming back again in the future...with cash!! 😂🙂

This lovely salon does not look like much on the outside, but it is pure class and beauty on the inside. Cathy and her husband own the salon. she does the gels, etc. and he does the hair. For those of you that remember ol sunnyvale - Cathy used to have her own nail salon in the downtown Sunnyvale Town Center mall. Cathy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My manicures/gels with her last much longer than any others I get. Her prices are great - I believe slightly below market for the quality you get. The pedicures are in nice salon chairs and include an herbal scrub and hot rocks. For an extra fee you can get hot wax as well. You do need to book ahead - I do not recommend walk ins. Cathy is very fluent in english, but not all the staff is. Ask for Susan for your pedicure. She gives a good massage:)
