These ladies are super sweet and good at what they do. This was the first time I thoroughly enjoyed having a conversation with the girls that were doing my Mani/pedi. Their work was spot on and prices were reasonable.

I was there today after an Year.. Vicky still remember me and I was so happy to see her .I really love this place. They did perm hair straightening for me a year back, i really appreciate their patience as my hair was thick and curly.Right today I had my nails done Kim did a good job. I have been using their service from almost seven years and so far they have been best. The value of money gets justified when you come to this place. Owner Viky is friendly and accessible, they make quick appointments whenever they have slot. I prefer to take help of Kim who is great at her job. My wife also prefers to have their services, they are polite, well behaved and warm all the time. As long as you are not interfering multiple times in between their work they are best, they have value for money. Dont stress test them. It might backfire you. :)

Impression SPA is the best Salon in the Sunnyvale area and i have been going here for over 6 years for my haircut with scissors. Me and my kids started with getting haircuts from Vicki and she is passionate about what she does, super friendly and patient, and makes me feel very comfortable. This is my favorite salon and i was so happy with my hair, and this salon never disappoints me and even my kids love that they get a lollipop at end of their cut. I am so honored to be a client at this salon.I highly recommend this place for all salon related services and its very clean. Her (Vicki) highly talented staff Helen, Anne, Kim to do their absolute best to keep your hair / nails(pedicure) as healthy as possible. I was just so happy to have decided to get my hair cut here. My bro and cousin usually goes here and suggested me to try here for my haircut and they didn’t disappoint me. The work was so evidently seen in my hair cut and was in detail. It made me look much younger I felt. People here are sweet and professionals with experience over 20 years. Im baffled by the fact that people are complaining so much about this salon. Im not sure what youre expecting from a reasonably priced salon.I have been going here for the last 2 years and have never had a problem. Viki is amazing and takes care of you with the highest regard!

Vicki did a fantabulous job with my hair. She gave me a wonderful haircut. She just did a complete makeover for me. I liked it very much. Moreover, she is very friendly and perfect with what she does. I highly recommend this place to everyone hunting for a good hairdresser.

Vicki, the owner of this place almost remembers everyone by their names. And is always friendly towards the clients. And she does not act like the owner because she works a lot with the clients and is a humble lady herself. This salon is placed in the heart of Sunnyvale City, and could be very expensive because of its location. But Vicki is always reasonable with her fees. From pedicure, manicure, hair color, haircut, new hair style, massage, body waxing, facial waxing, tattoo removal, body wrap, she does it all, including a laser to remove some freckles and blackheads at very nominal fees. Ive had some small flat moles that she had helped wiped out using her laser at a fraction of the costs that I will incur in other places. And her salon is almost always open to the public all day long and all week long. I keep on coming back to her because of her friendliness and flexibility towards me. What a great personality indeed!!

Been coming here for years, Vicky is the best. She knows what best for my hair since I was born with a wavy hair. Went today with my son, his 2nd haircut and the wife swing by. All 3 of us decided to have haircut and my wife had more services on her dry heels and had her hair fixed. Youll never go wrong when you come to this place . Theyre all great and very professional . Walk in are welcome or get an appointment .

The stylists are excellent and so is the cost. Highly recommended.Much much better than those clip stores where the hair stylist asks you what number should I use.

I drive from San Francisco to get my hair and beard trimmed. The staff here are confident, quick and funny.They give and take suggestions and never let me ask for something stupid. The very best!

I do like this store, it is so neat and wide, fresh air around then, Vicky is the best one there, she is skillful for hair style, hair cut, medi&pedi, facial services. She is professional for her clients, good at customer service. Last week, i did microdermabrasion in this location so everything was perfect, so my skin looks better now, i am pretty sure i will return sooner.

Absolutely terrible. My mom has been taking my brother and I there for haircuts and other stuff; never have been more unsatisfied in my life. The interior is beautiful, clean and workers are polite but the service is terrible. My brother gets haircuts from there and it’s not even decent, just a number all the way around. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A FADE! I have wavy/curly hair (you can’t comb through it unless its wet!). Everytime I would get my hair cut, my hair was not washed or wet (she didnt even attempt to spray it with water). Very painful. Everytime I told her it hurt I was ignored. I also had a manicure there before and it was terrible. Rushed. It looked like a child attempted doing them. IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR HAIR DYED, DONT. If you have curly, kinky, or wavy hair avoid this place at all costs. Lastly all the clippers and combs are never cleaned, it’s disguting. They would move on from client to client without spraying air or something to get rid of the hair. It’s an expensive place that doesn’t meet standards. Absolute disgrace. I would give it no stars if I could

Horrible service! Unprofessional staff! Waste of money!I found this place on yelp with some good reviews. So I called up Vicky to make an enquiry about Hair Smoothening treatment. I told her that my hair is just a little wavy and not at all curly. She initially said it would cost $220 for shoulder length hair and will include a hair cut as well. So I agreed and fixed an appointment with her.When I went to the salon, Vicky looked at my hair and said it will cost me $250 for the treatment. I told her my hair is just wavy.... but she was very adamant and did not agree. Finally I said ok and she started with the haircut. Now here comes the first bizarre. She held my dry unwashed hair, did not even comb it and literally chopped off 1 foot of my hair. I was shocked. Who cuts hair like this! When I asked her about it, she said she will give me a proper haircut after the treatment(which she did not). Then she washed my hair and applied neutraliser and smoothening solution. Washed my hair again and started with the flat iron process. As she was doing so, she kept saying my hair has become sticky after the wash and she doesnt know why it was happening (Reason: She was using the same comb that she used while applying the solution to my hair). I started to feel skeptical about the entire process and asked her if my hair will be ok and smooth after the treatment. She assured me by saying that we were just half way through and everything will be fine. I kept calm and let her do her business. The treatment went for 4 long hours. After the final wash I couldnt believe that there was absolutely no change to my hair. Instead they have become more rough now. When I showed her my discontent she started talking rubbish that the treatment did not show any results because I apply coconut oil( also made racist comments about my hair). When I finally asked her how much should I pay her for doing nothing. She passed an indecent comment( Vicky said: I will call the police if you dont pay me the complete amount) which really blew my mind. I mean who says that??? She had no decency at all. The staff is horrible. I wasted my money for nothing! I was in tears when I came home. Please dont go to this salon!

Horrible experience! Dont go to this salon as its very dirty. You will see the hair lying on the floor. Wash basin somewhere in the corner. Combs are not clean. The staff keeps chatting amongst themselves.

I had an haircut here from vicki and i totally loved it. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Im totally looking forward to come here more oftenly for other services too. They are mostly open all the time and i appreciate that guess what.. they are open on weekends too !!

First reason I give them 5 stars is because they were open on Easter Sunday..giving up their family time to service the community.They were very friendly with my daughter and I. My daughter has a learning disability and they made her feel like a little lady..she get mani & pedi all the time and dont relax, but at this shop they made her so comfortable that she wanted to get everything done and even got a beautiful design. They they very warming and talking in English the whole time they service us.I was having such a good time talking with them I didnt even play with me phone!!!! :-) a plus with me since Im very social and like to meet new people.they did a great job on the pedi.was gentle when needed to be since Im very ticklish. They made sure they had clean supplies..and to top it off I have my Cosmo licence and do this for a living, so I know what they should be doing..They have my business when ever Im in the area and need my nails done..Kim and I think she was the owner Vicky was the ones we had and I remember there names.check them out..also the chairs were very comfy.also the most important part the price was wonderful.Even my husband was happy that the price for both of us came out to the piece I pay for myself at the places I normally go to.FIVE STARS
