My gym. I have membership with them for 4 years now. It used to be nice gym. Now a days managers are not giving attention to basic amenities inside the gym. The water dispenser has not been working for many weeks. We complained many times but managers chose to ignore that. After a long wait I see the water dispenser is working now. I hope things will be back on track soon.

I am an all Fitness 19 gym club member and I have been to about 15 gyms in northern and southern CA. One of the smallest Fitness 19 gyms I have been too but really good use of space and resources. Good free weights, bar, and squat options. Nice amount of cardio stuff too. Neat little deadlift area with mirror by itself....my favorite part of gym. Nice touches like lifting belts if you forgot or dont have your own. Now just remodeled with hydromassage in the back. Really nice and hard-working staff. Sam is always cleaning and its nice to go to a gym thats really clean

Excellent management, staff and clean environment. Every single staff greets you with a smile upon entering and leaving. Helpful, knowledgeable,and professional. I felt happy safe and motivated to reach my goals for physical and mental healthiness. I thank you for such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! RAUL is an tremendous leader, trainer and motivator! This place is value for money, yes they don’t have state of the art equipment or any fancy amenities although it’s a well stocked gym for all workouts. No showers or pools. They are super clean though and staff are extremely polite and courteous.They have memberships as low as $15/$25 a month (besides some enrollment fee etc.) and even after all that it’s still very competitive.Allen is the best personal trainer in this location, he has a background in physiotherapy and understands body dynamics very well. He has helped me recover strength and fitness after a nasty accident, he puts in a lot of effort in managing his clients. I wish I had found this trainer earlier.

This is a small gym, but it has everything you need (except pool & sauna). I am extremely happy this gym is open right now because I needed to get back to consistently working out. I most use the cardio & leg machines which they have plenty of. The staff is often cleaning all the equipment & have sanitizer wipes to wipe down equipment & hand sanitizer. I would like there to be more hand sanitazing units across the gym though (I only see 2). Even though the gym is small its not crowded, and you have access to plenty of machines. Masks are required to use the gym, but thats per regulations so nothing they can do about that. I would recommend it for someone that just wants to get a workout in & be in a good atmosphere with others working out around them. Theres enough parking for everyone & the staff is nice.

Unfortunately it seems that this location is closed most likely due to the Pandemic open/closures. However, no one updates the site stating what’s happening!!

Used to be great gym but of late management is ignoring things.1. Drinking water supply is broken for more than a month.2. Many useful weight training equipments are removed like shoulder shrugs machine and many leg exercise machines.3. Could see many machines in out of order state for weeks to months.Hope management will work on improving this.

Very friendly staff. Very reasonable price for all the necessary equipment. I find it clean and the atmosphere works for me - get in, put in some hard work, and then get out. I got at off times because of my flexible schedule - it can get full at certain times. Lots of exercise options with free weights and even some things for CrossFit style workouts.

Pros:- Affordable ($15/month + $45 yearly fee)- Has all the necessities- Helpful employees who offer good adviceCons:The main con is that its small and therefore can get crowded or have long wait times for equipment. Also, it doesnt have many extras that some gyms offer.Overall:Good gym, worth the price, and great for someone just looking to get into shape or casually work out.

Great place. Clean and lots of machines. Not many people on the two times I went. Great row of ellipticals. Great layout. Good pieces. Good all around place at this price point. Just a tech guy here. Update: coming 3 weeks. Everything is great. Not $150 a month level, but just a great gym.

Its awesome coming to a clean gym every single morning. The staff Sam always consistent keeping this gym extremely clean in the morning hours. From Greeting the members, to putting the equipment in its proper place, mopping the whole entire gym, vacuuming on a regular basis. wiping all the machines. Also picking up paper towels and empty water bottles. I know its tough to open up at 5am. Sam also opens up on time. He definitely takes pride in his work and it shows. All the morning members really appreciate SAM the Man

Ive tried to apply here as a Personal Trainer, but quickly realized that the management system is horrible. They lied about how they had one manager, but then said they were two. They are driven by customer retention such as hidden fees and membership as the companys profit. They were trying to explain that making a sale is all that matters while disregarding the importance of costumer service. Honestly dont believe anyone should go to this gym. If your looking for a cheap membership or a bargain personal training sessions then you will possibly receive cheap customer care and service.

Fantastic value for the price. The equipment is plentiful when I go to work out in the middle of the day. They also have an open floor area where you can stretch or do other exercises. I find the staff very friendly and always willing to answer my questions. They dont bug me unnecessarily. Its a no frills kinda place - just go in, work out, done.

Very dirty, equipment was all over the place. When I brought these up, the man at the front desk was acting disrespectful. Price may be appealing but other places in the area are more worth it.

You think its cheap but wait until you see hidden fees in your bank account. My girlfriend and i have membership there and we both get charged. I was charged 71 dollars and she was charged 61 dollars. The name of the transaction will show ABCFITNESS in your bank account so i reccommend you sign up to a different gym like 24fitness or city sports.

Numerous cardio machines. Good availability of free-weight equipment. A strange combination of kind, sincere employees/trainers and obnoxiously loud, ostentatious ones.

Coming in, the people behind the desk are always just chatting and there is no greeting or anything. It is pretty awkward to just scan the tag and walk to the lockers. Sometimes they will say something on my way out. I like the location, but the people dont seem too friendly plus the training is right where you have to walk through to go to the lockers. Also, the weight area does not seem very accessible. Wish I felt more comfortable going where the people would be nice and friendly.

You get what you want and this is quite spacious and friendly staff. Samuel is a great guy

Friendly, yet ever changing staff. All seem like trainees. Too many different promotions, unfair working out next to someone that paid less, for same membership. Machines are frequently full at peak hours, small bathrooms and TVs DO NOT SYNC to your phone, meaning: you CANNOT listen to your program while working out. Months in to membership, I am getting calls/texts about a problem with my set-up?! And after calling the number they left in msg; I felt like I was being scammed. San Ramon location was WAY better. Really disappointed.

Did it happen to you at Fitness 19, Sunnyvale? Not on their Membership list after 2 yrs!!!I paid one-time for a 3-yr membership starting on June 2011. Then, in Jan 2012, I was stopped, and told that I am not on their system. I went back with the original Membership Agreement, and they told me somehow I am not on the system, and it will be fixed within a week. Then, again today (May 11, 2013), I was stopped, and told that I am not on their system. Again, I went back with my original Membership Agreement, and again I am told it will be fixed within a week.How a business can run like this? None of the people I dealt with in June 2011 and Jan 2012 are here anymore!! Nobody seems to have a clue!!

Good size gym with a well layout. I was there around 1:30pm and it was not busy at all. Downside was no wifi access.

I moved and requested to cancel my membership over the phone, I was told that they couldnt cancel my membership over the phone and would have to come in person. Over a year later, Im still paying for this membership...

First three visits were ok, the lady at the front desk was very nice. My third time coming, there was a man at the front desk who was being a massive dick and refused to stop shouting. My freind was just trying to swipe me in as his guest and the guy starting shouting at his coworker to not let me in. Turns out there was a new rule that guests can only come on weekends. He then questions my friend, demanding that his guests should just buy a membership. My freind tells him we have been coming for a while now, and the guy starts to accuse us of sneaking in and just overall goes off. He then told his more sensible coworker to cancel my freinds account. They got into their own little argument and the angry guy clearly said I hate people like this. No sense of customer service at all. He then told us to just get out. And we did. Wont ever be coming back

They dont maintain their customer data properly. If you have left and joined them back they chanrge extra as pending payments.

Small gum equipment not the newest but it is super cheap a month

I wanted to start off by saying that this gyms employees are extremely disrespectful. So, a couple months back I started going to the gym, but I was going as my uncles membership. He wasnt going to the gym, so he had told me that I could use it. The employees were okay with me using my uncles card/membership. Ive been going to this gym for about 5 months now, and all this time they never said anything until today. They were straight um c*nts to me. All i wanted to do is get a quick workout in before ending the night. This guy made up stuff about me sneaking in b/c I was using my uncles membership. What I dont get is, Ive been going for a while, and they never said anything. But all of a sudden they decided to kick me out for using my uncles membership. This is the first mistake they did. Second thing I try to bring my buddy in as a guest. Ive been taking him inside the gym for about two weeks now, and all of a sudden they said that I could only bring guests in on weekends. Which is totally bullsh*t b/c when youre signing up they advertise their You could bring your guest thing everyday/anytime This place is sooo fricking bad. All this time they didnt say anything but now today they confront me for their mistakes. This place is a joke. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP here. When it comes to money all they do is kiss ass. They truly dont want you to have a healthy life. All the employees are extremely fake. I wish I could rate a 0 out of 5. FRICK THIS PLACE.

Weight room was pretty good. They even had bumper plates.

All equipment are there, but facility needs renovation. They provide economic rate plans, but other gyms like PF have similar rate plans yet have better facilities.

I have been going here since 2007. I lost 90 lbs there. It might not have the bells and whistles most gyms do, but thats why this gym keeps their prices low.HOWEVER.................I understand they arent fancy schmancy, but THERE IS NO EXCUSE for their equipment to be super dusty, and just plain FILTHY! Yes, some people are inconsiderate pigs and dont clean up their sweat (really?), but it is not the responsibility of the members to deep clean the equipment. It should go the someone they designate to CLEAN the equipment.Have you looked in the cup holders of the treadmills, ellipticals, other cardio machines????? Its covered with black scum-like residue that SHOULD NOT BE THERE! Not only do they not dust, they dont just plain clean it!I 1st grab the papertowels and what ever that wierd liquid the keep in a spray bottle (wish they used spic and span) and wipe down the parts I am actually going to come in contact with. I work out, then re-wipe everything down. If the members have to do that, why cant the staff?Now, Im not in any way, shape, or form a germophobe. But, cmon! Filthy is Filthy! Im surprised no one has called the Health Department on them! Some one has to say something soon!
