Sunnyvale Auto Electric is AWESOME! The customer service here is 100% over the top outstanding. Product knowledge and vehicle knowledge is the best Ive seen. The work that they perform is very professional, honest, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I brought my lifted Dodge Ram here a week ago and I had a list of things I wanted them to check and fix because I off road and play in the mud quite a bit. They gave me a list of things that HAD to be done, could wait, and some things that I thought needed to be changed/fixed and turns out those parts were fine. They told me most places will lie to your face and charge you no matter what just to take advantage of you and get your money when really what you think may be wrong is fine. Kevin gave me fair pricing and even discounted quite a bit since I got everything done at once.Overall, PLEASE CHECK THESE GUYS OUT!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I went to my dealership for my regular maintenance and notified them of my heater blowing cool air and my car was starting to overheat..,they wanted to charge me outrageous prices just for the inspection without guarantee they could fix the same day...they also were trying to up sell me and inform me of problems with other areas of my carI called Sunnyvale Auto Electric during my maintenance And they said I could bring it over and they could take a look..they analyzed the problem and gave me honest review of the other areas that my dealership tried to upsell me on, and said they didnt need immediate attention, that these area were fine...they even noticed an issue with my starter, and found the honest problem with it versus trying to say I needed a whole new one...I also informed that I had to work in the afternoon and have a trip to Sacramento tomorrow, and they made me priority to meet my needsThese guys are Honest, Attentive, friendly and totally worth their prices!! I will definitely only trust them with my repairs from now on :)
