Lee did a amazing job on my nails! She was informative, helpful and quick. She helped me choose a nail color and even talked me through all the different types of polish to find what fits me best. I’d recommend.

Highly recommend. After trying to find my go-to nail salon for many years I found Kelly Nails about 3 years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Le and all of the staff are very friendly, professional, and talented. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated and there are tons of colors (gel and dip) to choose from. I do dip nails and I switch up the color, shape, and design often and I have never left Kelly Nails unhappy.

They are very professional there and they educate you on everything and make sure its done correctly. They ask what you would like and make sure its what you ask for. I would recommend them to anyone. They have change to doing the dip powder and its healthier plus its more organic.

Huge Price hike since I was there last. $40 for a basic pedicure (VERY BASIC)....20 minutes of service plus polish. Felt really rushed and it wasn’t relaxing. Sorry, won’t be going back.

Lee @ Kelly Nails has done a great job on my nails for over five years now and their NEW LOCATION by Mounds is beautiful!! All the staff are professional, the shop is very clean and I feel VERY safe going there with COVID restrictions. Extra precautions (masks, temperature check and hand sanitizing upon entry) are in place along with dividers between tech and customers. Pedis are great,too. Worth the drive from Middleton! Always get in promptly because I make an appointment. ***NEW LOCATION***

Me an my mom have been going to Kellys nails for a long time. they have barley ever let us down and they are one of the best nail salons we have ever been two. when we first started going to Kellys it was way different from now. this place has really changed for the better. If u are looking for a nail salon with great employees and nails done right this is the place two go in the area.For u all at Kellys nails keep u the great work and never stop being awesome.

Kelly Nails is great! I am always happy with my nails when I leave (I usually do gel manicures and a spa pedicure). Wait time can be long without an appointment, but when I call for an appointment, they can usually squeeze me in quickly (within reason). Definitely recommend.

I was in town traveling and decided to give them a try. Did not disappoint! They did a perfect job on my nails. Didnt damage my nail beds while taking off my gel/shellac like many nail salons do. The only room for improvement would be in the decor and appearance of the salon. Otherwise I had a great experience.

Wouldn’t go back. Friendly staff and very nice massage chairs. However there are still sharp points on my toes, the heel buff was light, no cuticle clipped, and leg massage was just a slight rubbing of the legs. Plus, on a shellac, you can’t have too much touching the cuticle or if will flick off. I said something to her and she just seemed to say “oh”. This shellac pedicure won’t last long.

I was there today to get my nails done with the dip for the first time. I have been struggling at finding a good place to get my nails done. I have gone to a different place every 2 weeks for the last 4 months looking for someone who does great nails. I have finally found that place. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. They do an amazing job and they are all very nice. I will defiantly be going there from here on out!

Got a pedicure, walk in. $35. Sat us down right away. Staff were pretty friendly. Unfortunately polish is pretty uneven. Smudged even after walking around a couple hours in sandals. Tools were kept in a plastic bins and didnt seem as sanitary as some other salons that use peel packs. Just feel like I could have gotten the same results at home.

Best place to go for nails! The salon is clean and so many choices for color! I go roughly every two weeks and have rarely ever had a chip. I could go longer if my nails didnt grow so fast. Dont hesitate to visit this salon! But call for an appointment. The word is out that they are the best so Id recommend an appointment.

Best nail place around... there are others that Ive liked, but this place honors your appointments and doesnt overbook. I drive 40 minutes to get here and its worth it. Great, friendly staff and customers, too! They have to turn lots of folks away, so make an appointment folks, you wont be sorry!

I went and got my nails done there and got a dip pay $75 for my nails and pedicure the Polish came off my tolls in 3 days and my fingernails the way she did my dip she did it cook it so I would never grace that place with my presence again However the pedicure Felt good it just did not last, its been two weeks today.)

I have been a customer for several years. Trisha and Tommy, along with their staff, have worked hard to grow the salon. If needed, they open early for clients. If needed, they stay late for clients. Furthermore, this is a clean and well-maintained salon. After visiting or trying many salons in Sun Prairie and Madison, Kellys Nails is the best!

Always professional and friendly. Pedicures are awesome! Massaging chairs and then a leg massage. Ahhh. I get my finger nails done every two weeks and the staff have always been great!! Thanks, Le!!

I was in the city for work and wanted to get a dip nails. The lady -names Yuca-who removed my dipped nails was a young lady drill the polish off she was such in a rush, not removed all color, my nails were really bad missed spots on the outside and did a coat less than she probably should have for the color to look its best. After 3 days my nails started to pull away from the powder and 2 chipped.No professionalism .No kindness .

I went in today (12/21/16) and couldnt have been happier with my experience. I had previously went to a nail salon on the west side with some girlfriends and received a terrible set of acrylics. I had went in wanting to remove them and ended up keeping the acrylics per their suggestion. They completely transformed them from bulky, long, obviously fake nails to a thin, natural looking set. They are gentle with you nails and take great care of you. I will forever be a customer at Kelly nails. Thank you Thea for the wonderful experience!!

Go to Pamper Me, on Grand Ave in Sun Prairie if you want a fantastic mani/pedi!!! If I could give Kelly Nails a ZERO ☆, OR - ZERO ☆ rating I would. Kelly nails is a joke, go to Pamper Me and pay the exact same $ for WAY, WAY, WAY better service/skill, much nicer, xCleaner atmosphere too.

Every time I have been there I have gotten excellent service, I also get what I need done even if I dont have an appointment. They are all very nice and accommodating. I dont know why people are giving them bad reviews, because you know who does the worst nails in Sun Prairie is 007 nails...They are horrible, they dont even bring the polish or the acrylic even close to your cuticle.

Been there several times, always find the staff (I think they are all related) to be very friendly. I appreciate they take their time and dont rush you out the door. The language barrier can be difficult at times, but its well worth the price.

Overall pretty good, not much conversation but they asked questions about their work to make sure I was happy. My biggest problem, which happens at many nail salons, they painted my nails to my fingers and didnt clip or fix it. I spent a little over an hour and $60 on a mani/pedi.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And very PAINFUL! I was getting my nails done and the nail tech cut my cuticle. A few days later my hand became swollen. I went to the doctor who said the tools were not clean. Im now on an antibiotic medication, an anti-inflammatory, and I had to get a tetanus shot. I will sue them for the infection and my lost wages

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten! I walked in and there were 2 ladies getting nails done and one in a pedi chair. I asked for a pedi and was seated by the other person in a pedi chair. I do not know how long she had been in the chair but I was in and out before she even got polish. I was never asked what kind of pedi I wanted, as a matter of fact, I was never spoken to at all. I was in and out in 34 minutes and that included drying time.My toenails are jagged and snagged on my sheets-the very same day! The rough spots on my feet are still there!Going for a “REAL” pedi tomorrow! Total waste of my money and my 34 minutes!Find another place!!

Had a great experience from start to finish at Kelly Nails today. I recently moved to greater Madison & have been trying to find a local nail salon that I could regularly get my mani/pedis done at. I tried a few other salons & was unimpressed. I ran across Kelly Nails & decided to give them a try. I called to make an appointment on short notice & the kind woman on the phone was extremely accommodating.When I arrived, they were ready for me & I did not have to wait at all. My nail tech was friendly & professional. I was getting a pedi for the first time in quite awhile & asked about the difference between a Spa Pedi & Deluxe Pedi. She patiently went through it with me. I decided on the deluxe pedi because it had been so long so my feet needed some extra love. Heres the thing, I would have been happy with that, but when she started to do my pedi she stopped & said that my feet were in better shape than she expected & she really didnt think I needed it. She was fine doing it, but did not want me to have to spend the extra money on something unnecessary. This thoroughly impressed me because it really wasnt all about the money like so many nail shops are. My services were not rushed & she made sure to do everything correctly. She shaped my nails better than I have seen in a long time.As I watched other clients, I noticed the same care given to them that I was receiving. It was refreshing & at that moment I knew I had finally found my salon home. Looking forward to many more excellent visits. Fantastic job, Kelly Nails! Very impressed & will definitely be recommending you to friends & family.

As soon as I sat down for my pedicure the lady doing it started to solicit her at home business. I was so turned off by the fact I came to relax and get pampered but instead she wanted me to join her team and kept going on about it. Then while getting my manicure her husband came in and hovered over me and tried to solicit his business to me. I dont mind talking to whoever is doing my nails but dont try to sell me something that has nothing to do with the nail salon. I wont be returning.

I have gone here a few times, but the last time I went there it was terrible. I was overcharged for one. My pedicure was alright but messy and I could do the same if not better on myself. My finger nails the gel/shilak started to chip off the day after I got it.

Worst experience EVER!!!!! 3 pedicures and 3 shellac for 225 dollars!!!!!!! Over charged. No way did the 2 old men have real.licence for nail tech that did my daughters nails. They were both goofy and were terrible. Dirty unsanitary will not go back.

Super quick, friendly and great service

One word that pops into my mind is RUDE. The gentleman who did my nails argued with me about the nail color I chose - he went so far as to say that he would use the color I picked but it wouldnt look very nice on fingers. It was more for toes... He also complained about the salon I normally go to saying they left my nails too thick and it doesnt really look that nice.RUDE - I only went there today because it is close to my work, I wont be going again. I dont have to pay good money to be insulted.

Terrible experience and will never return. The nail tech was extremely rough with my hands. He grabbed my hand so that it started bleeding because his nails were digging into mine. I got acrylic French tips done, and they were lopsided, and started breaking off the second day I had them. Do not recommended for anyone.

Horrible. The man that did my nails yelled at me several times to give my hand to him when I didnt understand him. He grabbed my hands very roughly. My nails were crooked.I was charged at least $15 more than when I was there 6 mo ago. I called for a refund and my nails off, the woman told me there are no refunds, they can only fix them. I will NEVER go back.
