My first time here and they left a really deep impression. The price for their service is affordable and worth it. The workers are super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Tiger did my color-changing dip nails and was super informative about their products. He knows his stuff and I really appreciated how well he prepped and cleaned my nails. The service was great. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place.

They had great service. We had booked appointments the day before and we were able to get done sooner than planned and they were very accommodating to our schedules. It was a fun and kind environment and most importantly the nails turned out better than I even expected!!

It is sad because I really like the owners as they are really nice people. But the quality of the work is not the best. My friend and I were going there to have a dip manicures and just a week past, both of our nails have chipped. This isn’t the first time. I have had to go back there three times prior to get my nails fixed just a week after I had them done. We were completely rushed as it was the end of the day on a Friday night. We won’t be going back there needless to say.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Needless to say the owner and her employees are very friendly and extremely professional. They were absolutely masterful with my pedicure and acrylic set. Overall the atmosphere was fantastic and they’ve made me a loyal customer out of me!

I haven’t walked out of a nail salon thinking WOW, I LOVE MY NAILS, in a very long time. They honor appointments vs walk-ins. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Mai took her time and even made my nails not so thick and actually went to my cuticles. She went for a more natural look. She asked if she could do a design on my ring finger and I said ok even though I was hesitant. I’ve been charged for some not so pretty designs in the past. BUT, I absolutely love it and she made sure that I liked it. I can’t say anything negative! Great job! I’ll definitely go back. My new favorite nail salon!!!

Today I had Mai and she is absolutely so sweet. She fixed my nails because they were crooked from the place that did them in Verona. She took time to to above and beyond and my fill only cost me 41! I will definitely be making this my new nail place . She was super efficient with her time she moves quick but took the time I needed to fix my crooked nails and my cuticles were long

I love K nails and I’ve been going here for years. Usually my nail specialist is really good and works quickly and efficiently. I particularly have liked the acrylics here. However, this past time I went my nail tech did not pay as much attention to detail. I’ll admit that I’m picky, but it’s because I often do my own dip/acrylic nails and know how they should be done. In particular the filing/shaping can make or break the nail look and they need to be shaped evenly - length on both hands should be the same and shape should be consistent. I found my nails had various lengths and shapes. Just something to note

My overall experience here was alright. It was my first time here and I had looked at the reviews with a 4.5 star out of 5 so I thought Id give it a shot. I expected the outcome of my nails to be clean and neat like everyone elses on here, but it wasnt. The workers there were kind and welcoming, the manager was kind as well. I picked my colors and told the lady how I wanted it. The lady wasnt his wife but someone a bit younger than the both of them. Do they clean your cuticles as part of the process of getting your nails done? Do you have to pay extra? I wasnt sure because the other nail salon I went to cleaned mines before actually starting anything. Do I have to clean my cuticles beforehand? Because the result of my nails was because of that; the dip powder didnt fully cover my nails and it looks like my nails have outgrown them. Shouldnt it start from where your cuticles are? The lady didnt cover my thumb either. Plus during the process of the lady doing my nails, she was rushing for no reason. I understand that there may have been customers waiting until its their turn, but she wasnt focused on getting the nail polish evenly painted on my nails. Overall, the nails were alright.

I had a great service today from Hoai. Hes done my nails several times now and I love how much attention to detail he has. Hes also got a great personality. Hes defiantly my favorite nail tech!

Hao (pronounced like why) is the BEST for acrylics, especially for a beautiful classic French manicure. Tips are glued on straight, nails are even in length and smooth. Cuticles look great.

I get dips and was a bit skeptical of having anyone other than Bob do my nails.KNails is definitely my new fave! My nails look amazing and my daughter got a full set with gel for prom done by my guys wife. Lovely couple!Love! Love! Love!

Not perfect and a bit pricey but content

First time here was amazing. We called last minute and they got us in right away. Then when we walked in being new we didn’t know what to do and they were very friendly. Not to mention I’m super impressed with how my nails turned out! They look so natural even though they are far from it! I will definitely be going back.

I went in for a Mani/Pedi and got really poor service. First, the guy who was doing my nails cut the skin around my cuticle. He did not apologize or even acknowledge that this had happened, despite avoiding it when cleaning off my nails with acetone. When he was finished with the curing process for the gel nails I was getting, he filed the edges again so it was no longer sealed. Not what I want from paying extra to try and keep up that two-week wear. Also, the entire time he seemed like he was coughing on my hands.They even used an E-file on my natural nails, which is not good for them. Ill pass on this one.

I have tried many nail salons in the Madison area and this salon is my favorite. My experience with this salon has been nothing but positive and they care about doing quality work. Everyone is so sincerely friendly and attentive. The energy of everyone working is positive and I enjoy my time there while getting my nails done. I highly recommend Chloe for the dip nails. She does an outstanding job and is very friendly and personable. She takes her time to be sure your nails look beautiful and are done right. I highly recommend this salon!

Tiger was awesome. I showed up early and he pleasantly accommodated me. My nails look wonderful. I love that he provides a manicure in addition to the dipping. The competition only does dipping and doesn’t clean up the skin on the side of the nail. They also have a loyalty program which provides money off services after a number of visits. Very nice touch. Very friendly service and professional. I will be back!

I have been going to this location for over a year, and I have had a positive experience every time. With COVID, they are checking temperatures at the door and distancing clients from each other. There are massage chairs for pedicures. The gentleman who does my pedis always checks that my polish is dry and flawless before I leave.

Such a great nail salon! I’ve had bad experiences at other salons in Sun Prairie so I was relieved that this salon is so nice. The service is fantastic and they accommodated me as a walk in late in the day. The prices are very reasonable, and they don’t rush through things which is great. Two weeks later and my toes still look nice!

Tried K Nails today for a dipping service. I was really impressed with their concern for excellent customer service. I went here with my sister who was visiting from Wyoming and my two nieces. We all had manicures then decided to have pedicures also. They were closed by that time but did the pedicures anyway. Very friendly and did an awesome job.

I came across this place on the web and tried it out. I have now been coming here for a few months and i am thoroughly impressed! The people are friendly and its a great atmosphere. They genuinely care about their work and have reasonable prices. I have never been happier with a nail tech. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been going to K-Nails for about 2 years and I have always been happy with the work they do. Recently I have had problems with my nails just breaking off, the entire nail. When I brought this matter to the attentions of the owner, he said I had to tell him what I wanted him to do. At first my reaction was surprised...I am paying him $40 dollars to do my nails and with tip that is 50.00, And I am the one that should tell him what to do. He fixed that problem but was very short with me. I have enjoyed going and talking to him for the past years of going there. I sent him a letter explaining the issue, and when I came in the next time, he was as cold as cold could be. Now I have two nails that have broken off again, so I am not going back. I feel when you have business in our area, most of the employees should be able to understand some English. When the owner tells you go this website and give him a 5 star review...wait 2 years and then rate them. I feel bad about doing this but isbut you are a business owner be ready to take suggestions from your customers.

I have been going to K Nails in Sun Prairie for some time now, and I’ve not been disappointed. The owner is very kind with a great sense of humor and the staff is just as welcoming. What you ask will be done and it’s important to them that you are happy. And the prices are great!

This was my 3rd visit since before Christmas and I love my dipped nails! I have weak nails that curve when they get long but the dipping has started to help my nails grow straighter and are very strong. The last time I was in, was almost 4 weeks ago without any problems and I am pretty hard with my hands. Tiger is awesome at what he does and the staff are always friendly! I have never had much luck with nails and pampering myself but this experience and satisfaction has me sold on dipped nails!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!The owner is a rude individual and he doesnt know the first thing about pleasing the client. I brought my 4 year old child who is very well behaved and he brought some quiet trains and wooden tracks to quietly put together behind my chair. He saw my son putting them together and immediately jumped all over my 4 year old and pretty much scared him. And basically wanted him to just sit in the corner and not touch anything or move. He clearly doesnt have children or understands kids. But got into a little bit of an argument because this was his workplace and not a daycare. My child was very quiet from others that I have seen in there and I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK to this place. I also will make sure to tell everyone that I know to never go back. The only reason I went here was my nail place is so good, and was so busy they didnt have time to get me in till a time that didnt fit my schedule. You also could tell the girl that was doing my nails (only female that was working in there at the time) was always looking over her shoulder wondering if the owner was watching her or not. I could tell it was a very hostile working environment and wasnt enjoyable what so ever.

Went in and got full set done. Customer satisfaction is a 5 star here and I will tell you I havent gotten my nails done so perfectly in a while! Prices are the lowest in town for perfect nails! They have blown all other shops I have gone to in town!

I was able to get in on a Sunday which I was really happy about. The people seemed very nice. As far as my nails I feel like I can see the gap of outgrowth already because the product isnt all the way down to the cuticle, nor was the cuticle pushed back.

Great people taking great care if their clients! I am sensitive to price and quality of finished product. I had a manicure last night. Looks great! My mother, my daughter, my nieces and I all frequent the Knails in Sun Prairie. Now that they are open on Sundays, there is no reason to go elsewhere!

Stopped in right after work and they were able to get me right in for a pedicure! I was given all of the info for each pedicure they offer and offered refreshments!! Since I’m new to the area this highly impressed me knowing they took the time to explain everything to me!!! Plus my pedicure looks great!!!!!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

The best service I’ve ever received! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere and the nail technicians take their time to perfect your nails NO MATTER WHAT. This place is great! They always make sure I am happy with my nails and take the time to fix any chips fully (which has only happened to me once in the past year).
