Eunice is the best manicurist & Maria gives the best leg massages/pedicures. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Love this place.

I had a really great experience here! All the ladies working are super polite and friendly. They also take great precautions for covid (masks, sanitizers, plexiglass barriers). They were quick and precise and my nails turned out great! :)

Overpriced nails don’t last at all.

I keep coming back to them because it’s easy and close to where I live. The pedicure is deff not worth it I got my feet done and it felt like I could have done a better job unfortunately:( that was verry sad. A normal manicure over there is actually pretty good they don’t soke your hand in water before they start your nails but for $12 a normal manic it’s fine if you don’t want to do your own nails for once. Plus it stays for two weeks if you maintain it ( every other day a layer of Top Coat)They also do have nice offers on there website and you can also get a $5 off.

All I did was come in for a soak off they tried to get extra money out of me. The lady to the right when you walk in 2nd to last seat told me $10 then once I got had to pay tried to tell me $15 then Gina whispered “give me $5 for tip” she was trying to take advantage of me. Then the lady who originally told me $10 started lying said she told me $15. I called her a liar to her face. It was my first time there so while their work may be decent just watch out that you’re not being overcharged for their benefit.

I have been going to Kims Nails faithfully for over 10 years, every other week. They treat me like a queen. Katie has been my manicurist for all those years and is the best there is and no one gives a pedicure like my wonderful Anna! The newest edition of Paul as the massage therapist is an added bonus! He is amazing. Diane and her husband are always generous to me in many different ways. The entire staff is friendly and kind. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Thank you Kims Nails!

This place did the worst job. My so called No-Chip Gel manicure came of the next day!

This is not just a nail bar. Vicky does the most amazing deep tissue massage in the spa section upstairs. Never hard enough to really hurt, but shell keep coming back to a problem area after working on neighbouring and connected areas until its sorted. Im told that Sue (?) is also very good, but never been treated by her.

Just went for a quick pedi! fast, kind, clean and pretty decent pedi. $25 and no wait on a Wednesday around 2pm

The customer service is horrible here. I asked my lady, Gina, to fix a few nails that she botched and she tried to convince me they were fine. She is also VERY rough when she files your nails i had to pull my habd away a few times. Owner was nice but was smoking right outside the store so the wonderful trail came right into the store to enhance my experience evermore. Maria did my pedicure and although she did a decent job I spent more time waiting for her to answer her texts than i would have liked.....I will NOT be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. There are PLENTY of more place to try out.

Terrible customer service and the worst manicure - clumpy layering of polish, uneven filing, no massage. Cranky and unfriendly manicurist, owners, and reception. Dont waste your money here - go somewhere else for a good manicure.
