I live close by and decided to finally try Woodhouse out - SO glad I did!Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy. Upon arrival I was given a brief explanation of how the spa works. Undress, change into a super comfy robe and slippers, and wait in the quiet room. It was really peaceful, and I was given a tea menu to order from while I wait.I scheduled a back, neck, and shoulder massage with Henry. It was honestly one of the best massages Ive EVER had! Henry is so talented, and it shows. I sit at a computer for 8+ hours a day, and its difficult to find someone who can work through my knots. I walked away feeling restored and pain-free. I highly recommend him!After the massage, I chose to take a hot shower to soothe my muscles. The massaging stone floor felt wonderful, with the bonus of Lacoste towels and luxurious amenities. I only wished they had disposable combs, but now I know to bring one next time!Overall, a fantastic experience. I regret not coming sooner and will definitely be back for more. 😊

First time here and I was very pleased, from the front desk receptionists and on. The place is very warm and welcoming. We were asked if there were any areas we needed extra attention on. Janet and Aria were just awesome. She asked how much pressure and it was on point. I appreciate the after advice on me performing my stretches slower and Ms Janet it has helped tremendously so very much appreciated. Didnt get to experience the pedicure but next visit I will be sure to book in advance to have a far more full experience.

Expensive. I went because I had gift cards. The manicurist was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. However was disappointed with the pedicure. I have a callus and corns on my pinky toes. That wasnt taken care of there. Beautifully quaint inside. No bathroom on the main floor. The manicure was good. Would return for that only because I have money left on my gift card

It was my first time with Woodhouse Day Spa in Summit. I am very happy with my deep tissue massage. Feel so rejuvenated and my migraine is gone. Love the atmosphere and the vibe. The front desk was so friendly and accommodating.I highly recommend.

Avoid if possible. After confirming a couples appointment and reviewed all particulars a week prior (both digitally & via telephone) they completely messed up our sessions. We arrived checked in and waited for thirty minutes and then were told the couple that checked in after us has the couples room and they cannot accommodate our appointment as scheduled. Meanwhile this appointment was clearly designated as a special occasion as me and my wife were just married three weeks ago and looking to have a special treatment. The resolution was us leaving without a proper and measured solution to accommodate their mistake. I’d like to know where and how my time can now be reimbursed just as their time would if we had to cancel on them. As a health professional in the area I will adamantly be discouraging all friends, peers, and patients to avoid services rendered do to the level of customer service we received today.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Woodhouse Day Spa in Summit. My husband got me the Valentines Day package. I really needed a day for myself :) I had a volcanic stone massage with an illuminating facial. My body and muscles feel extremely relaxed. Felt like huge pressure has just dropped from my shoulders. My facial was excellent too and skin is glowing. I highly recommend the spa for everyone!

This is my favorite spa ever! I have been coming here for almost a year and I just wanted to recommend this place to everyone who comes to the Summit area. I always get the massage series because you get a better deal in the long run. Plus I strongly believe that getting a massage at least once a month is the best thing you can do for your over wellness. Finally, the staff is great at the therapists are very knowledgeable. LOVE coming here! My facials are always top notch and leave me feeling amazing for weeks!! My skin is improving thanks to Sheila’s careful work. She is amazing and always listens to your concerns. I was terribly disappointed with my facial. The lockers were dirty and there was one that had a coffee stain. No one came to the relaxation room as they have in the past to offer me a warm neck roll

Stopped by on Saturday last week. I usually get deep tissue, but I wanted to try something different and this time and I got a volcanic stone massage. It was amazing! Reminded me of deep tissue except more restorative and the stones add more deep pressure. The stone experience itself felt very healing for the muscles. I feel like the tension was really gone from my shoulders and spine especially. Thank you Woodhouse for always taking care of me! Jeremiah is the best!Referring more friends and family for you!!!

I come here once a month for my Hydrafacial. Luba has transformed my skin. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend that specific facial for everyone who looks for overall improvement of your skin, minimized pores and definitely less wrinkles!

I usually come in once a month for a Deep tissue massage. Very happy with the service provided. I switched up therapists last couple times because of my work schedule and both therapists were great. Highly recommend wood house to my friends and family, especially for deep tissues.

I think this place is absolutely amazing. I remember how I came there once and I was having such a bad day. The front desk took me in, showed me the cute quite room, brought me a neck warmer and warm tea! What other spa offers a neck warmer?! I loved it. Then, I had a Swedish massage, a facial and a warm agave pedicure. I really liked the organic products that were used. Skin felt amazing, muscles on my back were relaxed. Pedi was great. Stuff is also amazing and so patient! Thank you guys so much! I am coming back for more services!!!

A friend at work shared her experience she had at the Woodhouse Spa, in Summit knowing little about the spa I search for more on the facility and the services they offered enticed me so that I booked the Spa Classic a much needed massage with a wonderful therapist Shayna ....she knows her stuff...I upgraded my facial with Mary she was excellent and very knowledgeable and my nails were done by Ty...thanks ladies....the ambience of the spa will make you forget the cold outdoors,, very pleasant staff.... My friend was right what a great spa... dont rush to leave take your time and enjoy the atmosphere check out their boutique area great gift ideas just had to purchased their series package so that I could share with my family.. wellness is always a Great gift to Give.

My son got me a gift card for my birthday. I finally found a moment to book an appointment and have a spa day. My experience was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality team was so accommodating. I booked a deep tissue massage, and I got an anti-aging facial. I came out from the spa very rejuvenated. And my skin was glowing. Great idea to use micro current for the facials! I had that done at a medical spa before, and didn’t expect Woodhouse to have it.Once again, Kathaina and Luba were great! Thank you for the making me look and feel young again. Coming back soon!

Nice services offered here, pretty much anything from massage to facial to pedicures. The staff is very nice and professional. Expensive, but typical for the area, and overall worth the cost.

I booked a massage for my mom for Mothers Day and paid ahead so she wouldnt have to deal with any payment issues. She was excited to go, her appointment was at 5:00. On her way there, she got a call saying what are your whereabouts your session starts in 4 minutes. For starters, she wasnt late and secondly, what a way to start a relaxing experience what the heck! Id understand if she was late, but they were just blatantly rude to her and rushed her. Then, when she was done with her session, they told her that she needed to give them the credit card info again, even though the woman I spoke to on the phone for payment said shes all good to go! She clearly was not. Also, it was not my moms card so we had to schenanagain around trying to text back and fourth to pay these numnuts. When they said Id already paid. Safe to say I dont think anyone in my family will be going there again. Bunch of idiots.

I had my first pedicure at Woodhouse this weekend. I chose a lavender & seaweed sugar scrub pedi and had the pleasure of meeting Zully. The room was private, relaxing with soft lighting and I felt comfortable that the highest standards of hygiene safety were being followed which is very important to me. I enjoyed my time with Zully as she was professional, efficient and explained what she was doing. Zully paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Zullys nail services at Woodhouse. I will certainly be back!

I was welcomed with a cup of hot tea and spa ciao on a late Sunday morning. This is my second time going to a medispa, and I was super intrigued to try their new hydrofacial.My enesthetician was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt relaxed and at peace with the background waterfall sounds. I opted for the Pure hydrafacial service- uses glycolic/salicylic blend, antioxidants peptides, and hyaluronic acids to exfoliate, facial extraction and neck warmer. Exactly an 50min long which I really appreciated.Along the way, we discussed my normal facial skin care routine, and she was happy to hear I was on the right track. Just need to add daily spf, and she recommended Skinceuticals.I was super pleased with my experience that I plan to surprise my mom for Mothers Day. Thank you so much Woodhouse Spa for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!
