Sandi is a sweetheart! I was desperate to find a place at 6:30 in the evening to do a gel tip mani & gel pedi, even tho it was a little more $ than I expected or wanted to pay ($100 & $20 tip) she literally kept her store open for me. I was so rushed, I couldn’t decide what polish color to use for my nails, so why not ask an expert! She gave me the most beautiful blush pink tips! I adore them & my toes are a matte violet! A day & a half later, I broke the middle finger nail & she toldme to come in anytime. I’ll def go back. She was attentive & communication was easy, she has 3 sons, all in college! She works so very hard & is dedicated to the success of her business. There’s only one thing I’d want done diff for next time, and that is to turn on the air conditioner! Lol Tho it was the end of the day, so turning it on for one customer may have seemed a bit much. At least she gave me a little fan! Actually it turned out to be the most powerful mini I’ve ever seen!

I would not recommend this salon. The workers are unprofessional and the place is unsanitary. Annie cuts the cuticle with unsanitzed clippers until they bleed. During the service, she is talking on the phone with her AirPods and yelling at the other employees. It was very uncomfortable. As mentioned by someone else, she will stop doing your nails to go do another service, like waxing other patrons eyebrows. She did not remove my dip before doing a new set, she filled them in like acrylic which is incorrect. She rushes through the service with a bad attitude.

Not professional at all, always set my appointments a head of time either she rushing to do my nails or take people before me or while doing my nails I’ll be spending 4hrs-6hrs just for a full set, in between that time frame of doing my nails very rough, do not allow me to SOAK then she wants to rip them off and aftermath of my nails Air pockets/ chips on gel manicures is unacceptable. If a broken nail occurs she’ll rather glue then fix it as a nail tech. Her mistakes she wants you to pay for it, not okay

Annie does my nails every two weeks. Great job on my nails. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend fantasy nails! Ask for annie

Great service and some nice looking women do a superb job. * EDIT 11/18/2018: The women are all illegals now and dont look near as good as when I first wrote my review. The service is spotty now and not at all a god job on my nails. Recommendation- Stay away. There is more than a few Asian pop-up Nail shops around town to try.

If I cool give this place one star I would. I went to get black gel polish on my nails. I simply asked the lady for black and she went and got it for me. In the morning it came out to be a mood changing polish. When I called that morning she told me to call the company and if I come in a have to pay for a color change. Even though she gave me a mood changing color the night before. She was being rude and blaming me like I picked that color myself, Never going back.

I love this place, Annie always does my acrylics nicely and the other staff are so nice.

I have been going to fantasy since I’ve been 14. Now I’m 35 and still a very satisfied customer.

Visited Fantacy Nails for at least 1 year or more.Both Sandy and Annie are very nice people. Annie was usually my nail stylist. Thought we were a good match although we had our differences of opinion what i wanted and what she did. Most times my nails were ok. Unfortunately she can be a little too opinionated. I think compared to some this is a good place to go. I no longer go there since i was accused of never giving a tip, which i did every time. I felt very insulted by that. One should never ask if a customer is giving a tip or not, its unprofessional, that is soley up to the customer. My only other complaint would be one of the young women that do Pedis there is just rude and never smiles just terrible, bad attitude. she is easy to pick out. I traveled to this shop from Belleville, N J . So it was time to go and closer to home. Blessings to Sandy and Annie, it was nice while it lasted.

My daughter visited this place to get an acrylic manicure. It was done very poorly. The next day some of the nails were already coming off. She showed the lady an ombre design and she did something completely diferent. When my daughter asked if she wanted to see the picture again, she said no, no. This looks beautiful. I went in with my daughter and asked to see the manager. We asked for a refund and they were completely unprofessional with me and my daughter. They were speaking loudly accross the tables in front of their customers to us. I told her many times that I did not appreciate her screaming at me in front of people. They were being rude and were embarrassing us. She basically kicked my daughter and I out of the place. They will never see our business again. I highly discouraged anyone from going to this place. NO customer service nor pride in their work. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Dirty, old place! Technicians have no idea what they doing! Worst mani & pedi ever!!! If I could give zero stars I would!
