Ive been coming here for several years and this place never disappoints. Sunny, the owner, is always updating and improving things in the salon and her staff is always friendly. Speaking of improvements, shes made some awesome changes due to the requirements for reopening during the pandemic. I recommend you check this place out if you need some TLC for your hands & feet after hibernating. Have a great day everyone! :-)

The salon is clean and the staff is friendly, however, check your nails thoroughly before you leave if you get a gel manicure. I got home from my appointment and some of my nails were still gooey as they didn’t cure them under the UV light long enough. I’ve had many gel manicures in the past and this has never happened. I’m extremely disappointed, especially given the holidays are coming up and I just wanted a nice manicure that would hold up during my travels. I expected a lot more, especially for the price.

What was my favorite place (to which I would drive 30 minutes to) has beyonddisappointed me.First and foremost I am not one to write reviews.Went to the salon Saturday. I Called Monday to speak to the owner and explain how a few days ago I got a gel manicure and all the nails on my right hand broke off by Friday. When i got there I was greeted by a male, not the original female who greets me and whom I spoke with on the phone. He reminded me I was 10 minutes late to which I apologized and blamed on parking (which is true). He continued to tell me that I had two options... that he could fix them but that I had to get them done anyway in two weeks. He said I had ripped them off and I stated I had to because the broken edges were poking my 1 year old child. He was very very nasty and I ended up leaving the salon and informing him I would leave a bad review. You don’t argue with your client after the situation was already explained on the phone. You don’t talk in another language in front of your clients. You don’t make your client who spent $125.00 (irrelevant) on a pedicure and gel manicure, feel bad for coming in 10 days after they broke. He kept saying it had been almost two weeks and why didn’t I come in when they broke. I don’t mind if they don’t want to fix them but you can say that to me on the phone prior to me having to come in and embarrass myself and their salon. Unacceptable. As a mother it isn’t easy to escape for an hour or two to get some relaxation time which is why I wasn’t able to get to their salon within the 7 days that it took the nails to break off. I’m done. I will no longer go here even though it is my favorite place for a pedicure. Customer service is key.
These ladies know how to do nails! Have been going every 2 weeks for 2 years now. Found the spot. Clean, fast, done right ! Staff is very friendly .
