I little hard to find as its in a residential neighborhood. But the staff were super friendly and helpful loading the glass and wrapping it safe for transport. Glass is good, no defects or problems with it. Exactly what we ordered

They take a while to get back to you. They have reasonable prices. But the service is slow. They lost my glass and we had to wait 2 weeks in addition to the original time frame so they could order another one.

I operate a nonprofit arts organization. I hired A Morgan, for the third time, to install mirrors in one of our studios. I specifically asked them not to glue the mirrors to the wall, knowing full well that one day we would move to a larger location. The installers glued them to the wall. I went round and round with the manager/owner. She finally offered to remove them when we relocate. 4.5 years later we are moving and so I emailed them, using the same email thread to refresh their memories. I heard nothing in return. 5 days later I sent another email. I received a reply saying that they are “already scheduled for several weeks” and “Kathy does the scheduling and will be back in the office tomorrow”. This was on March 26. I reached out again after calling letting them know of my frustration. Nothing. I have clearly given them every opportunity to honor their word that was made in writing 4.5 years ago. Looking back on our email communication 4.5 years ago, it was the exact same, ignored emails and no replies. On their website they have listed under WHY CHOOSE US? Honest & Friendly Staff...I would certainly have to disagree.

I liked this place because they could do the very detailed, custom work I needed them to do, and the staff was so incredibly nice especially the actual glass cutter crew, and when they got something wrong, they made it right at their own expense. I gave it less then five stars only because my original order got a little messed up and I had to come back a few times to get the situation back on track ( they had lost the template I brought), but like I said, they made everything right and then some and Im very happy with the outcome. I will be back for future custom glass cutting

Wonderful! This company was very helpful in having a couple panels of glass replaced, and they were very quick with their services. I definitely will be bringing my rental property repairs over to these guys! :)

Just to give a recap on the kind of people they are. One of their employees hit my brand new truck a job site and he took off. The home owner grabbed me and called the company to send the guy back. When he arrived the manager/owner told me on the phone she would cut me a check for whatever amount. I stated I’d get a estimate done so everything was the right amount. I get the estimate done and don’t u know she has to have it her way and pay a certain body shop and stuff instead of just writing me the check as stated. And now won’t answer me back. I really hope but pretty sure that’s exactly how the business is ran. I’d steer clear of this place
