They came out and gave me a good price. He was very professional. He took the measurements that day and told us the glass would be in within a week to 10 days. 7 Days later received a phone call that glass was in. 3 days later it was installed beautifully and professionally. Would highly recommend them again and will definitely use them again.

Glass Doctors is a wonder company I will definitely recommend…. I called them on a Wednesday about lunch time explained what I needed fixed not only could I bring it to them the same day they even offered to come to me I was like wow… I received a call Thursday afternoon saying it was ready & I could come by anytime. I figured it would take weeks not days & the price was no where near what I imagined it was so much lower …. Glass Doctors is a great company with a friendly staff 5 stars!!!

I had to have window glass replaced due to them having a seal break that caused fogging in between the glass on two windows, one upstairs and one downstairs.I had them come out for an estimate which I thought was a bit high, but used them and ordered the glass for both. They came back about a week later with the glass and did the install. The two guys, Alex, and cant remember the other ones name were very professional and did a great job replacing the double paned windows. I have no complaints about anything they did/said. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

Install was awesome, technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, great price for the job.The only downside was a new guy who showed up to talk to his coworkers, he didn’t knock or use shoe coverings, that was very disconcerting/rude.

*** Contractors beware*** I am a contractor, I called to have a customers window repaired. When I called, I let them know I was a contractor and even told them the bull needed to be in the business name. After waiting for 4 days for the tech to arrive, they sent the poor guy to the wrong house 40 miles away. Customer Service called me to explain the issue then proceeded to tell me they dont deal with contractors, just home owners. Maybe that should be in their marketing? Maybe they should have told me that on the initial call? Wasted 4 days of my time and put me behind 4 days. Poor business ethics.

We had a double panes glass panel that had gone foggy. Called Glass Doctor and they came immediately, measured the window, repaired a loose spring and ordered the glass. Right on time they called and said the window was ready to be installed. Made an appt for the next day and they arrived on time and cheerfully installed it. Everything was professional, prompt and hassle free. Easiest repair we have ever done. We highly recommend this company!

I didnt think I would be so satisfied. The gentleman called to let me know round about when he would be here and again when he was on the way. He was very kind and professional and did a quick job putting in new glass for the windowpane which he cut just outside. Ill definitely be using glass doctor in the future if need be.

In the middle of things getting closed and halted for the pandemic, the insulated dual pane insert in it French door got broken. We had no idea what to do! We called a friend who found Glass Dr in a Google search, and called them. They came out in about 90 min (definitely reasonable), and have is an estimate to fix. We had them do the work. The most impressive part was that the gentleman who did the estimate and the work, Malcolm (I believe), was able to make my wife comfortable with the options. He is courteous, friendly, and understanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am very grateful for Glass Doctor. I had a glass shower door break over Christmas holidays. I was given a few estimates to replace it by other companies in town and Glass Doctor was by far the lowest; they saved me over $500. The man who came to measure and install the door was very polite, explanatory and professional. 5 star service.

Worst nightmare, I ordered a glass that I was told would take max total 5 to 7 days to order glass and install. I had to keep calling this company for update of delivery and installation of my order. I kept getting the run around by Susan(extremely unprofessional and rude) of glass order, however she kept changing up her reason for delivery and installation. Susan was not user friendly, service was not on time as promised to be delivered with no apology . She stated their estimate was free, however when i got the bill they had the nerve to charge me extra $10. After waiting almost 3 weeks, I finally got the window installed today 7/31. Having good customer service is just as important as the technician who actually do the work. I paid for my service in full, no discount offered. This was my first and very last time that i will deal with Glass Doctor. The technician however did his part.👎😈

Glass Doctor replaced a window that had been damaged by a BB. The technician came out prepared with COVID-19 protection and measured precisely. Showed me why the other bid I had was not measured properly and would not fit the window frame. Replaced the custom 2 layer window in less than an hour with no mess and all payments were handled on site with a credit card and handheld computer. Great service and very professional/highly skilled technician.

My experience. We hired this company to give us an estimate on 2 vent leaks in trailer and put a storm door on trailer. Estimate was $1050. They dont guaranty thier work which we agreed to. They explained in detail what they were doing. Unfortunately I still have a leak in my house and the work looks bad. Door is functional . My conclusion is they not only guarantee thier work, way over priced and they cant guaranty that they can even fix the original issue. I do not recommend this place.
