Palmetto State wrecker and Towing was very professional, fast, and affordable. They were there to pick up my car within 20 minutes and I thought I would be paying a couple hundred dollars for the tow because of the distance. I was extremely shocked how affordable they were. Someone nearby called palmetto state wrecker for a car issue of their own. I asked mike if he could help me out after he finished with the first person and he kindly replied I’ll be right over! I’m so glad he was kind enough to give me a courtesy jump! Definitely helped me have a great outlook on the rest of my day!

This a family owned business and what a great family they are! My car was hit and the state patrol called them in. Initially, the one son moved my car off the road so traffic could flow then the other son came within less then 10 minutes as a flat bed was needed. Fortunately he reminded me of how insurance companies act as I was initially gonna have it towed to my apartment but it would’ve sat over the weekend before someone from insurance could’ve done an estimate. The insurance company could’ve claimed damage happened from sitting in my apartment complex instead of the accident. So I had it towed to their lot to protect myself. The mother, Mrs. Barnette was very kind and helpful in a stressful situation. A lot of stress brought on by my insurance company and the body shop the car was towed too. All together, they were the most honest, respectful, kind, and helpful part of the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend them for and towing needs!

A great help. I had a disabled car I needed moved to James Island from Summerville and they gave me a quote and had a driver onsite within the hour. Good rates and friendly service. If I need another tow I know who I will be calling.

The driver (Jered) was very professional and explained the process as he worked. My 4WD vehicles key did not work, nor could it be placed in neutral and it was inside the garage. Jered gently extracted my vehicle form the garage and placed it on a flat bed. The compamy followed up with me throughout the process to make sure everything was okay and answered all of my questions. I would use them again and i high recommend them if you need towing services.

When I called I was told one price and at the end of the conversation, with no factors changing, I was quoted another price. The guy on the phone was very impatient and presented an attitude as if my business didnt matter. Needless to say, I didnt use this company. Customer service means a lot.

After waiting for 3 hours to have a flat tire replaced, Im told by the driver that they do not have jacks and can not perform the tasks. I told Barbara I did not have a jack when I called and she said the tow truck driver had one and it wouldnt be a problem. Flat tire repair should not be listed as a service on your site if this is the case.
