They took the call to tow my vehicle. Denied me the ability to ride so I found my own. I called back for a ETA so I could let my ride know. They told me they would call me straight back. However they canceled the tow and left me stranded on a busy highway in heavy traffic without even notifying me.

I had to use this company twice within a 2 week period. They were efficient and professional. I appreciate their help and would call them again.

Worst roadside assistance ever. Luckily for me my vehicle was disable at a Gas station because I received text that my ETA would be 60 minutes but 2 hours pass and they never came. I called but didn’t get an answer. Very disappointing.

They canceled my roadside assistance this morning because they couldn’t find where I lived after I specifically called and spoke to someone confirming that someone was on the way I called 2 times to make sure but somehow College Park Towing didn’t have my number to tell me that they we lost and couldn’t find my apartment complex!!!! And the same person who answered the phone the other times was nonchalant the 3rd time around. I could never would never suggest them to anyone!!!Call JackRabbit!!

My truck was making an awful metal on metal grinding noise. I went to them because I was recommended by a friend. I thought it was going to be so expensive I wouldn’t be able to do it. Well they gave me a fair price and my truck is running great. I’m so grateful to have an honest mechanic!
